Well I saved $249.75, everything was 75% off. If you got kids or ANY SIZE BUT MED, youll be good. ALOT of med is gone. Posterpedic beds were 2,000.00 now 500.00. Anyway still worth a drive even if you DONT buy anything, just to see the mall one last time was sad. Good times there!!

Great place to shop. Unfortunately, J.C. Penneys has decided to close this store. This was my favorite store to shop. Very disgusted with their decision. After all these box stores closes, and there is no where to shop, maybe then the younger generation will realize that this on-line shopping will get old very quick.

This is the very very end of Century 3 Mall. I went to see what was left with the going out of business sale but honestly I wouldnt have stopped there otherwise. Go if you need to say goodbye to the mall. Be prepared for a long wait at checkout. Many prices not marked. There are signs that prompt you to download the app to check prices. Dont. The price checker app doesnt work. I waited awhile in line at checkout but I suppose I could have gone to a register upstairs. Ehh. Goodbye jcp@c3

Bought a mattress on sale and although I was initially pleased with the ease of the sale and precautions the salesperson took for Covid, I will not be using jcpenney again for anything like this. They make you pay for delivery because the company doesnt allow you to pick up and then they arent in touch with the company they outsource to find out delivery restrictions to communicate. They also sold me an add on of my old mattress removal only to find out that the delivery company would not remove. Again, poor communication. I was able to get most of a refund, but the trouble that I had to go through was not worth the aggravation. I understand restrictions due to the pandemic, but just be up front about it so that customers have all the information.

With a store closing...you would think the management would value any customer who walked through the door. Explain to me how a cashier can be so condescending working in a failed store...do they really think they are better? I think they are the PROBLEM

Good prices. Great supply of all types clothes. Courteous staff. Was impressed- hope they stay in the area!!

There is no longer air conditioning in the store. Very difficult to shop under those conditions. I dont know how the staff is able work a full shift under those conditions...especially with a mask...

I love the merchandise at JC Penneys! What I dont like about the Penneys at Century III is that they have so few check out registers!! There are 2 on the lower level and only 1 on the upper level (which also is catalog pick up). It takes forever to cash out!!!

They have no idea how to handle online orders. Signs are small and not very visible. Girl who checked me out(Harley) was exceptional. She made my day.

We only go here for their portraits business, we love the staff and they do a fantastic job with our kids. If you go in the holidays, its best to call ahead and ask the team when they will not be busy as sometimes their schedule can be an hour+ behind.

This JCPENNEY is closing soon and they have a big sale at the moment.

I go to the salon there to get my hair done. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have had no complaints.

Sales were awesome! One of the few places still up and running in the mall. Shopped for Mens size 7 shoe which is impossible to find. ( Most stores start at Mens size 7 1/2 or 8 and size 7 is kids) They are NOT created equal. Kid shoes are cut different even if they are the same style. It was nice to find brand names at affordable prices and the right size

JC Pennys is a very nice store, their items are good and they are always on sale,the sales people are always very helpful and friendly with the customers, a lot of people dont think its even open, but it is, try it you will be happy you did.

They do have quality linens here. Sometimes, I feel theyre overpriced. Some of their clothes are very nice but as a plus sized woman, some of their clothes can be matronly.

Good selection in the clearance section ..Staff here are very helpful, Especially in the teens/juniors dept. And theres always a sale or coupon, dont forget to ask at the register. Fitting rooms arent labelled M or F so use your best judgement.

The mens selection pretty good n discounts you can find are pretty cool. Id like coming here for new jeans.

This store is very good to shop at if you dont want to deal with a lot of people, theres never a huge crowd but they have lots in stock. Easy to find everything, employees were very helpful in helping me find the right size.

JC Penneys at Century III is one of 2 stores still open because they own their space and open to the outside. This Pennys is fairly well-stocked, has friendly staff, and is easy to navigate.

Sorry to see it leaves our area I shopped there a lot.

I love JCPenneys! I only feel bad that its attached to a mall with nothing else in it. Theyre still prom dresses casual and more formal dressing theyre as well as childrens mens footwear purses and all the other good stuff. You get to try it on you get to hold it in your hand look into the purses Im check out the clothes or try the clothes on your kids see the cookware stuff like that. I hope Penny stays open forever no matter where its located. I heard they were having issues I guess like everything else but I hope this store stays open

They are not handling appliances again which is disappointing. Century III is under construction so things moved and they have limited activewear.

I was looking for a dress to wear to a concert. I found a great red dress, then i found a all white dress. Quality clothes. Look in newspapers for coupons.

JCPenney is decent, they are running a bunch of sales at the moment. However, this particular JCP is attached to the abandoned CENTURY III mall and is a little run down.

Depressing store in a crumbling wall. Sad because there arent any JC Pennys around anymore. Really went down hill when they changes their pricing system a couple of years ago. Makes it seem like an outlet rather than a reputable department store.

Store is in Century 3 mall. Went to look at appliances. They had a good selection but felt deserted. The mall is pretty much closed. JC Pennys was dismal, dark, and depressing inside their store.

To begin if I could give my experience 0 stars I would. I was shopping the clearance racks. All of which were marked as 50-80% off. I found 2 very nice Nike tank tops, however the tags were only marked down 40% (there werent even any 40% clearance racks in the entire store) When I asked a sales associate about the price they were clueless and couldnt give any additional discount. When they called and asked their manager they said that they cant honor a higher discount. Their reason is that someone could have put all of the Nike tank tops on that clearance rack so they could get a better discount.... What?? At the end of the day I feel they should have to honor at least a 50% discount. I would not shop this location. Its a disorganized store with mismarked merchandise and clueless, rude and careless employees.
