I always find what Im looking for and some things I cant find at other stores. It helps that after 3 visits you get emailed a 20% discount to use on your next visit. Very satisfied consumer.

Normally I have great experiences at big lots but not with the furniture department, had to wait over 20 minutes for a salesman to help us out and then not to have the furniture we wanted that was on display, a waste of my time. Cant even order it til May .

Beautiful furniture but not in the style we wanted.

Place should be shut down. Display furniture on the floor as on sale but they tell you they are unavailable, can not be ordered and wont sell floor model. I might be wrong but that is not only false advertising but misrepresentation. Im going to be sure to check into it. By the way, there was another customer there that the same thing happened to him but with another set. Employee couldve cared less. I plan on pursuing action.

Clean and neat. Limited staff that day..couldnt get anyone to help. The one lady was walking around on her phone but didnt pay attention when we asked for help. Other than that, I wouldve gave 5 stars

I was surprised with how much furniture they sell here. The store seems cleaner and better stocked than in the past. There are sales associates available (someone broke a glass Xmas item, and it took almost no time to find someone to help clean it up), but they are not so attentive you feel stalked. Its a decent discount place to shop.

This Big Lots is the cleanest, most organized store that I have been to in years. The staff was sparse but I had no trouble getting my questions answered quickly and correctly. Be sure to stop into the Big Lots in West Mifflin next time you are on the area looking for deals. This place cant be beat!

Found exactly what i was looking for when everyone else was sold out of the Christmas present i was looking for to get my daughter. The curbside pick-up was smooth and efficient.

Once again, I wish I had pictures to prove that this truly happened, but I dont agree with taking pictures of people unknowingly. There was a very attractive woman in what appeared to be her 30s, casually walking around Big Lots on December 24th, 2020, touching things, rubbing her nose etc...I walked up to an associate and reported this lady. One of the cashiers came from behind her station and over to the woman with a box of clean masks. I could clearly see the lady wave her hand as if to say no and shook her head no, and continued to shop! I could not believe my eyes! Then she was checked out at the register right behind me. There needs to be rules in place: no mask, no service! Period!

Clerks at register dont go out of their way to help you with coupons

They have changed their business model a ton. They put a lot of emphasis on their furniture sales, but I miss being able to walk into big lots and find different deals that I can’t get elsewhere. Kinda like a “junk” store. But I still love it here

They have many products to choose from however none of the item s had pricing on them or on the shelves, so I left the store without my item.

I was in the store at 1pm today 11/18. There was a line for checkout.. there’s was a man checking out no mask.. when he got to the cashier he was eating something.. touching his nose .. no mask.. used their pin pad .. the pin pad was never wiped for the next lady in line.. when it was my turn.. told the cashier I preferred to go to the other cashier because of the above issues.. she said I’ll wipe it down for you.. meanwhile another customer had used it & she wouldn’t have wiped it down if I wouldn’t have e said anything.. we are in a pandemic.. the mask rule should be enforced & things like pin pads wiped down!!! I will think long & hard about going back because they are not safe!!!

They had extra fireworks ! Walmart ran out and they remodeled the store a little.

Donna was very rude. Only people in the store and I had my arms filled with stuff and my girlfriend did also and she made us walk all around to walk through the aisle they had set up to get to the registers instead of letting us walk straight to the register and was being very rude about the whole thing. I do not appreciate that type of service what so ever. Especially since I am a general manager of a business that concentrates on good customer service. (Made us walk back through after already being at the register also and refused to wait on me will I walked back) just a very rude person

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service. Went to the WM store to buy stools to match a set I purchased from the Munhall store. Im waiting in the furniture line behind a couple. Once thier transaction ended the employee is approached by what seems to be a manager with horrible fake eyelashes and they just walk away. I was completely invisible to them. So it gets better. Im finally able to flag down Carlise, shes sweet, apologizes, rings me up and bring out my purchase. I get home, start to un box the table set and is messed up, like beyond fixing, this should never have left the warehouse messed up. So my husband and I put everything back into my car and drive back to the WM store and Carlise is again helpful, but unable to ring up the return, so she calls Joshua. He is not a nice person, no greeting, no sorry for your troubles. In fact I dont think he once acknowledged us, simply looked at the messed up piece we bought into the store and went to work ringing through the return.If you have any expectations of being treated like a human, do not go to the WM store. And Carlise, if your reading this, quit now. You are way better then this business, they dont deserve to have you working for them.

The price are to high in this store.

As soon as my family and I walked into the store we were immediately impressed with how open, clean and well organized it looked. Very nice improvement. Saw staff stocking all over the store. Pleasant experience and plan to return soon. Only area that seemed somewhat hazardous was the marked down items. This is reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Not a lot of choices. They are a lot of good things for discount for Christmas and that was good. I also bought Christmas decorations ahead of time and they were reasonable. Things are evenly priced I guess just not a lot of selection. Thats okay I definitely would go again. Its just one place I dont really think about going to its not on my radar.

Absolutely horrible store ordered a mattress and they waited till i arrived at the store to tell me my order was cancelled. Didnt try to correct the situation all the Employees were unprofessional and seemed un interested in helping anyone.

I like Big Lots, but this location is kind of depressing. Theres really nothing else around the store other than concrete. The location is almost like a ghost town. The Big Lots in Munhall is much nicer than this location.

It is a very clean store. But alot odmf the merchandise isnt marked. I put a few things back because they werent priced. I dont like the layout of the store either, furniture should be in the back of store. Didnt see one person looking there

Its a better value than the Marshalls, TJs, etc. Seem to be pushing furniture which I havent purchased. Some good food finds & occasionally housewares. Much cleaner, bigger & better organized than many dollar stores.

Big lots is always ok. They have some pretty good deals on regular every day stuff. I think their furniture is the best you can get outside of a traditional furniture store.My problem is that the shelves are not always the most organized and the staff is bare bones, although they are very friendly.

Did not like the one at century 3 West Mifflin had stuff thrown everywhere nothing marked with the right price get up to the register and they tell you it cost more then where you found it still had to pay higher price which is embarrassing when youre trying to save a couple bucks any other store will give you the price that was marked where the items are laying

Usually I love going to this store but this not so much! I specifically went to look at fall decorations and I was looking at a sign that was hanging over flowers that clearly didnt belong there, an employee stated that doesnt go there I replied ok someone else put here I dont know where it goes Im just looking at,he replied Ill put it back but it looks like you are hanging it in the wrong place I stated again Im looking at it I dont know if Im buying it he showed me where it came from I said ok. I proceeded down the isle he was behind meI went up another isle he was behind me again so close to me when I backed up with my buggy I backed into him! As a result I put all my items back where they came from and left the store!

Employees are nice, very helpful. just the other day we were looking at furniture and a woman came over to help us, we were only looking at the furniture we werent ready to buy at that time. but one nice thing that she said was in acouple of weeks they are having the 20% off sale and that would include the furniture that we were very interested in. that was very nice of her to mention it. i really like big lots for alot of things and know other people who shop there to but a another location closer to there home.thank you

This location is absolutely disgusting. Upon entry, I needed to use the restroom and proceeded to step in human feces in the middle of the floor. When I told the cashier, she simply said oh, what would you like me to do about it?. Will never be back.

It was ok when you buy big stuff from them they should let there workers not only help you put it in the car but when someone ask them if they can tie the trunk shut for you that you just had surgery . the guy that Did help put it in for us said he was not allowed to tie it down for us

Its just like any other big lots but this one has a mini freezer section. Its clean and the employees are nice.
