The gas/electric ranges that were for display were dusty, some broken and not much variety. The salesman took awhile to show up. He did not have a label with his name, no tie. The place was empty. The prices very high fir what they are offering. Disappointing.

I recently purchased a refrigerator and over the range microwave. I was quite nervous since these are major kitchen appliances and my husband and I was unsure where to purchase them. I went to P.C. Richard & Son per the recommendation of my neighbor. Upon our arrival on May 29th we met Nelson Ortiz who was such an honest, great salesperson and answered our many questions. We live in a condo and I had to inform them of this and supplied them with an example of the certificate of insurance form required and they submitted this to the property management company within 3 business days via email. ( I was shocked! I didn’t have to constantly call it was there in my email just as Nelson indicated).In addition, we live on the third floor which is technically 2 flights up and Nelson indicated there would be no issue with the delivery. The day of the delivery (June 8th) we had no issues the delivery crew delivered our items installed them and took away the old items (this was requested during our purchase) They were very nice and truly did an outstanding job!Nelson and P.C. Richards we plan to be returning customers. Nelson, you were so phenomenal!

Had to resolve a problem in getting my moms dryer purchased at Manhattan location but was told after waiting almost 2weeks that it will be another month in delivery of purchased item due to not being in stock, not having it! Went to store in NJ where I live and salesperson Milton was very helpful and polite in resolving issue by showing me another model with a little price difference if I wanted it, and can have it delivered in a few days.
