Robert is incredibly professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that my expectations are met. This shop has done an amazing job numerous times especially with matching bmw metallic white paint which is so difficult to do. I highly recommend this shop if you have high end or special colored vehicles.

I had a green light on Franklin Turnpike in Waldwick, NJ.Their driver in a huge flatbed tow truck turned left in front of me even though i had green light and right of way, had to hit breaks to not get in an accident. I wouldnt want this company driving in my town, going to end up killing someone if they keep driving this way. Really crazy someone in a large truck like this would be cutting off cars turning in front of them. Think they need to train their drivers better.

Ive been going to this shop for over 20 years and Robert and his staff never disappoint. This time around I needed some work done on a carbon fiber item for my s2000. I live 30 mins away and final touch was backed up for weeks so I checked a couple local spots before and they all declined to work on it due to the sensitivity of the material. Some shops would do it but wouldnt guarantee the work and charged more which made no sense.. Rob and his crew welcomed me and took the challenge as usual and got it done in 2 days with no doubts or concerns about it.Thank you for the great work

This local family run business is one of the finest body shops around. It is an old world shop filled with craftsman and artisans who take pride in their work. I have used them for normal collision repairs and high end restoration on a classic car. All levels of vehicle from daily driver to high end exotic or classic car are treated with the same high care and extreme attention to detail attention. This review is summarizes all my interactions with them but specifically a high end restoration Final Touch recently completed on a classic European car. The final product has exceeded my wildest expectations.The team at Final Touch went over and above and was always honest with me on the timing and expectations of the work being done. If you give Robert (the owner) and his team the time to do the quality work they do you wont be disappointed. The best work cannot be rushed. They use only the finest materials, paints and genuine/OEM parts. If a part could not be found they will restore your old ones or craft new ones. They are masters of metal work, restoration and preservation. If they see something that should be addressed or isnt correct they will let you know. Robert constantly anticipated what needed to be done on the care before me asking. His attention to detail is beyond reproach. Robert, his family and the office staff always called back and provided me with constant updates throughout the restoration process. If something wasnt right they went over and above to correct it. They are the best around, period. I look forward to using them again in the future and will be my go to for any and all paint, body work or high end restoration needs.

One word. Amazing. I have a 2014 BMW M5 which was damaged in a accident needing a great deal of body work. Robert and his team were amazing. The repairs were done far better then Princeton BMW did my previous repairs. (Side note) I am crazy about my cars paint. The painting was amazing, and the body panels were all installed perfectly. I had damage to the body of my car. Robert and his team did a great job in making it look brand new. They also provided additional work on my headlights and made it look spectacular. I would highly recommend this shop.

I got a dent repaired in my Honda Accord 2014 here in January this year. This included detaching and repainting the rear bumper. Although I was quite pleased with the denting/painting/cleaning job on my car for the premium price I paid, I noticed a weird sound while closing the trunk while taking the car back. I asked the manager (Harley) to take a look at it and right away the entire staff, owner and the manager got very defensive and told me thats normal sound in every Accord sedan. I left the shop and realized my passenger side windows were not working. I took the car back right away and they told me that the electrician forgot to put a plug back on. Few months later the car trunk stopped opening through the button at the back or the remote. Itll only open manually from inside the cabin. I didnt realize the issue was related and showed it to the Honda dealership last month during oil change. They informed me that the body shop place massed up some wiring which goes into the trunk lock and its hard to fix now.All in all the car looks great but the the electricians at Final Touch are not properly trained and I ended up loosing an essential functionality in my car.

Awesome is one word to describe Rob and John at Final Touch Collision. I had some damage done to my 2010 Evo X that required the roof and drivers side door (top portion) to be repainted. They were patient, honest, and extremely professional. I had the car back within three days. The price to me was fine, though some others Im sure may find expensive. However I must say, there is no substitute for quality work; in life you get what you pay for, and these gentlemen are true magicians! Definitely look them up if your car is in need of some cosmetic loving!!

The shop owner promised me whole lot when I was shopping around for a good body shop for my BMW M3. And then he decided to keep my car for over 3 weeks without returning my multiple calls. At the end of the day, he told me he cant work on my car because he is not making enough money from insurance (All state)on this and that I can find another body shop. Also he exhausted all of my supplement estimates from insurance and now Im stuck without a supplement if I take it to another bodyshop. Never take your car to this place, and dont, I repeat dont ever take his word on what he is selling you. Its all BS and waste of time.

After someone scraped the entire drivers side of my range rover sport, I took it to Final Touch on a recommendation from a detailer I buy supplies from in Norwood NJ. Not only did my car come back better than new, Robert had repaired the curb rash on all 4 of my 20 OEM wheels at no charge. He said he couldnt bare seeing the wheels like that especially after the paint work and new front bumper he had put on. I was speechless. His shop is 45 minutes from my home in Bergen County, but I will always go to his shop if I ever need body work or paint work.
