They did an amazing job installing speakers in my ceiling around my whole house and my yard. Good quality speakers and receiver for a good price too. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good quality work for a reasonable price.

Great Company! Greg was very professional. He came over for free to do a walkthrough with me. Most companies charge for that. We needed some stuff fixed and replaced. The cameras and AV work was installed very clean.

I will post my email conversation with Greg below and let you be the judge on what type of person he is.

SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. Quality work on the installation, but isnt interested in servicing after the big sale. Greg has missed 2 scheduled service calls where he picked the day and time and failed to show up or call on either occasion. These were not warranty calls. I was paying him for his time and expertise to service what he originally sold me.

Thanks Greg for another fabulous job. The new OLED is beautiful and amazing. I’m always impressed with your workmanship.

Greg with Palm Beach Custom AV installed a WiFi enabled smart lock on our rental property. He handled everything from procurement to installation without us being present. Now were able to unlock our door for renters, cleaners, maintenance from the other side of the state. Greg was prompt, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and stayed with us on the phone to set up everything and verify it functioned correctly.We are very pleased with the service and will use Greg for any future AV/Security needs.
