So happy I found this company. I purchased a large OLED that weighs about 100 pounds and they hung it quickly and securely. Very professional team. They overcame little obstacles with my wall and made suggestions to ensure the installation worked really well. I will definitely use them again or recommend to a friend.

Wanted someone to work with closely with her, set up a bunch of flat screens, ring, Integrated audio, WiFi, etc who can be trusted to focus on quality, attention, and generally be there for mom if she has questions or concerns (while working with me directly on cost, models, and any underlying issues from another city)To say Palm Beach AV “crushed it” would be an understatement. We had a 65 TV that was still under warranty with LG. I guess this is the reason LG uses them. They were so accommodating and professional. they ordered the parts they thought would be need to fix the problem and when it turned out not to be, Tom took the TV with him, ordered the parts, fixed it in the shop and returned my husbands pride & joy within a week . We are very happy with their service and would use them again even if it werent for a warranty issue .

After my surge protector failed, i thought my new 65 inch tv was a gone for good. I called Palm Beach Audio Video who showed up within the 2 hour time frame that they said they would, quickly removed it from where it was mounted, fixed it so it runs like new again and mounted it back on the wall for me. They did an excellent professional installation of walk brackets & mounting TVs on wall brackets indoors & on the patio. This required installing new cable & working in the attic. Not easy. They were friendly, courteous and their goal seemed to be to insure we were satisfied with their work and we were. I would strongly recommend using their service.

I shopped around for the companies with best reviews and called a couple. The lady at the phone with PB Audio Video, asked me important details about the job I wanted done and then she said the owner, Robert, would call me back. He did and asked me a few more interesting questions that other companies did not ask me before and made sense for both parties not to waste our time and to get a correct quote on the job to be done. He mentioned they were busy but could send his team after one day. And so they did. Price was also very competitive. Two nice gentlemen arrived at the house and proceeded to professionally measure and install the system for our 75 inch TV, they were detailed and cleaned up before they left. Shared some insight on the quality of the TV and how to use the remotes and all that, the final product is beautiful, we can now thoroughly enjoy our HD 4K TV as we should! I was looking for someone who could quickly help us rationale my elderly parents TV and all of their equipment. I usually only get resources through referrals but this time I went on line and found Robert Cassi and his company. He was amazing! He showed up the next day, figured out what my parents needed, and within 24 hours had his guys come to install everything. It has made such a difference in my folks life. He is presently writing a how-to so they will remember how to use their new streamlined remote. I would highly recommend and will most definitely use him again!

Just like other reviewers here, my TV (65 LG E8 OLED) decided to toast itself, and in cascading fashion first HDMI ports 1 to 3 failed, then HDMI 4 failed, and not to be all alone, Ethernet and WiFi then failed too.I called LG and they referred me to Palm Beach AV (aka TV CR) as their warranty-authorized repair outfit. I had a very efficient and productive phone call with Palm Beach AVs office, then the technical crew showed up exactly when promised, and fixed everything via careful circuit board replacement.The Palm Beach AV crew were not only expert, they were friendly and thoughtful; they cleaned up everything, including all the dust I had let accumulate on the unit for months.My highest recommendation! I couldnt be more pleased.

Our 2 and 1/2 year Samsung we brought from Best Buy was broken. The Company Samsung recommended had terrible reviews so we chose this company. The only disappointment was that they could not fix it . They agreed to match any other price for a new TV and give us a credit for the service call. After giving it some thought we upgraded to better model. What pleased us so much was the positive interactions with the Company and the fact that we had a fully installed and upgraded TV within 7 hours. after picking the old one up for diagnosis. We are now enjoying a much clearer TV. What started as a stressful event turned out to be much less stressful.

I had these guys over my home to repair my WIFI system - After this very successful process, they also talked me into putting Sonos in for music. I am enjoying my days now with control right from my IPAD. They are very professional and will use them again.

I highly do not recommended this place. I went there to get the power botton of my tv fix because it was loose and I needed them to fix it. They gave me a called saying something else is wrong with my TV. Keep in mind my TV work find with remote control and my controller broke so I wanted them to fix the power botton so i could program a new tv remote control to it. They told me my tv board was mess up. Its not turning on at all and they repair it and i had agree to they pricing to fix it then i get there my tv would still not turn on. They claim now it can be turn on with a remote. I told them thats not what i ask for i want the power botton fix. So they told me they cant find the part for it. So i went to go pick up my tv unrepair and all the bottons are jam. So now i have more problem then when i first gave my tv. 😑😡☹ the light on my tv doesnt even turn red now. And before i went there it did.
