I was recommended this body shop by my insurance company and it was a great experience. They made it as easy as possible and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with all the repairs that were done. If I ever need any work in the future I will definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family. They are very detailed with their work and straightforward with setting expectations and if something did come up they were quick to let me know. Everyone is very friendly and nice as well.

They take a look at your vehicle upon arrival to learn more about the issues that you are having and provide you with further information immediately. Ray and the staff at Collision 2000 are truly the best. We’ve had a good deal of unfortunate luck with vehicles - from a tree falling on our car to a truck hitting the other car in a high speed police chase, so we’ve had a substantial amount of damage. Upon professional inspection when selling my car, not one person noticed frame damage. Our cars always come out looking better than before damage was even done. We continue to bring our cars here because of the incredible work that they do and we always have wonderful costumer service. We have also referred friends who have been more than satisfied. Pulled up for estimate the lady basically told me my car was ghetto and not even worth it so i went down the street to tuff coat and had my whole car redone way less than the price they even gave me to paint a few panels on my car also told me that if they did take the job my car would just sit there for a while before they even got to it

I have a brand new Chevy Tahoe a rock hit my passenger side rear quarter panel while I was driving on the turnpike and I was pissed off. The work done at Collision 2000 was simply amazing. I dont know a thing about car repair, so I go on the advice of others. When I needed body work, a friend sent me to Collision 2000 - and that friend is now on my Christmas list forever. This shop is family owned & operated, and they couldnt be better. Honest as Ive ever seen, and they worked hard to be sure I didnt spend any more money than I truly had to. They worked with my insurance to be sure the job was done right, and reasonably. Nothing is fun about having your car fixed, but these guys do it as painlessly as they possibly can. If you need body work on your car in West Palm or nearby, dont imagine going anywhere else.

These people were fantastic! I moved here 6 months ago from Chicago and have had a tough time dealing with companies and people who do not do good work. Repaired a dent in the rear but left trunk lining detached and fasteners scattered. Went through my glove compartment and center console. When I picked car up the drivers side floor mat was gone. Company did nothing for me. Do not recommend, will not return.

I will never do business with this company again and Im writing a review in hopes that nobody else is treated like I was. When I was a paying customer, I was told I would be taken care of. Everyone seemed so nice. Once the job was done and I paid for the service, I experienced a problem and I brought my car back to the shop and spoke with owner and explained what the problem was on my car and he acted like its my fault and made me feel like I was the problem and not their workmanship. I was told there is nothing they can do on their end and the technician who is supposed to be the expert and who repaired my car was very rude and disrespectful. I am the customer and I felt like they didnt want to help fix the problem on my car. I will never recommend anyone to experience the problem that I experienced with Collision 2000. Theyre unreasonable to work with and theyre not professional.

I have been sending friends and family to these guys for years. From dents and dings to horrific accidents, Collision 2000 has always treated us right. Recently, my wifes minivan was the victim of a smash and grab on Friday afternoon. The driver side window was smashed in. We called the dealership and they wanted her to bring the van in on Monday. On a lark, I called Collision 2000 and they had me drive the van down right away. I pulled in at 4PM and pulled out before 5PM with a new window. My wife was able to drive her van that weekend. No, they didnt pay me to write this review. Theyre just that good.

I had a technician that works for me take their work van to this shop. Repairs were overpriced, not done in a timely manner AND roughly $600 worth of items were stolen from the truck. Avoid at all costs.
