I came in for an estimate on my 2021 Audi A4 for a bent passenger side door that I was beyond stressed about. (I bought the A4 2 weeks before having a bent door.😖) John couldn’t have been any better with assisting me and assuring me that the damage would look like it never happened! John and his amazing staff took the stress off my shoulders. John’s work is impeccable because he strives for total perfection. Satisfaction guaranteed! I have been using Elite for more than 30 years and I wouldnt go any place else. John and his entire staff are top of the line in every way. Their work is impeccable because John doesnt accept anything less than perfection. Just two days ago I had to take my 2004 Toyota convertible with only 60,000 miles into John, with a lot of damage. My biggest concern was that they would total my car, but in his typical reassuring way, he told me that whatever the outcome, he would help me. He asked me not to worry and just to let him do his job. He did and my car will be repaired, not totaled. Before I get my car back I know that it will look perfect. Having had John do the work on all of our cars over the past 30 years, I know exactly what I will be getting when I pick up my baby. It may be a 2004 vehicle but it will look like it just came off of the showroom floor. I am writing this before I pick up my car because I want to share that in addition to doing amazing work, John is a breath of fresh air in todays environment. He is honest and ethical and caring in addition to being a perfectionist when it comes to the finished product. Its not surprising that the rest of his staff follow in his footsteps. I have always recommended Elite to my friends, and I am happy to recommend to anyone who reads this, there isnt a better place to take your car for bodywork. John and his staff are the very BEST. We recently purchased a new Honda Insight for my mother and someone carelessly smashed their door on ours and put a small dent in the door. The Honda Dealership recommended Elite Paint and Body. I met with John who assessed the damage as minor and suggested that given the limited damage and newness of the vehicle and its paint, we would be better off having a well-recommended paintless dent repair company do the repair for a fraction of the cost. John even called the company for me on the spot to confirm an estimate, which we needed for obtaining payment from the individual who damaged our car. That company in turn did a fantastic job. His honesty and helpfulness truly exceeded expectations. Whenever we have any paint or body shop needs in future, well definitely be bringing our vehicles to Elite Paint & Body Shop.

After much research, I selected Elite Paint & Body to repaint my hood and blend the fenders on my 370Z. John was extremely knowledgeable and fair with his estimate for the work. He stood by his prices and went out of his way to polish my headlights and cover them with vinyl. He wasnt happy until I was 100% satisfied. I can say that I was amazed with the quality of the final product. Every employee there is a professional and very respectful. This is the only shop I would recommend for paint and body work.

Great service. My 2018 M5 had a loud sound coming from the engine and I was super worried and my buddy told me about these guys. Stopped in to get a quote on my bmw sedan to fix a few scratches and a dent on my bumper. The owner and staff were the nicest I have experienced in any auto body shop. Best bodyshop in town

We just picked up our car yesterday after 2 weeks of them working on it. Long story... wasnt their fault though. This body shop was very professional from beginning to end. Everyone from the owner on down were very nice. In the end our car looked like it wasnt even damaged! Will definitely bring our car back here if necessary...but praying it wont be 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Thanks again!!

Great shop to take your vehicle to. My wifes car got rear ended. John and his team provided a detailed estimate, worked with my insurance and delivered the car as promised. Used Elite for a car wreck repair through Progressive. Had to take car back initially to fix a few things that were overlooked. Final product met my wishes and exceeded my expectations. Unless you were looking for it and knew where to look, you could never tell the car was in an accident. And it drives like it was never damaged. John operates a good business. I would recommend him, even for high end cars.

I could go on and on about the fantastic work they did on my SUV, you really have to see it to believe it. I brought my son in laws SUV into Elite after he had a run-in with a large trailers tire. The side of the front bumper, fender, and a portion of the passenger door had terrible marks from the trailers tire rubber and the front fender was bent in a little making opening of the passenger door precarious. Fearing the worst, John reassured me he could remedy the problems in a matter of moments. Using his secret sauce solvent with his spray bottle and with his towel he was able to make it all disappear. For the fender, with a tug here and a tug there, the gap between the fender and the passenger door was restored to perfection. My fear of needed extensive paint and body work was put to rest in a matter of moments as I watched his expertise in action. I have been taking my cars to John at Elite for years and have never been disappointed!

What can I say, John is just simply superb! I was about to get hosed by a local dealership to have my hood hinges replaced and luckily I was referred to the capable and trusting hands of John and his team before I got hoodwinked by the ripoffs at Infiniti Palm Beach. The work on the car was done flawlessly and John was professional, straight forward, easy to work with, honest, went above and beyond numerous times for me, and was just again, all around SUPERB and a true pleasure to work with! An Honest and Reliable Body Shop. Cares about its customers and its employees!I stopped by to get a quote to get an aggressive bumper dent pulled. The gentleman from the office immediately tried to fix it on the spot, clearly showing no intention of charging me for such a simple job. After determining that it would require a bit more effort (and some help from a heat gun), the gentleman said he would have one of his boys fix it and suggested I merely give him a $20 tip for the courtesy and be on my way.Thats right, folks: the company had no intention of charging me who-knows-how-much for a mere bumper dent. The company would rather I have my problem fixed in 20 minutes for $20 and leave happy and have their employee keep the $20 than to charge me full price and go through all that paperwork.And yes, the employee did a phenomenal and very meticulous job. You could hardly tell there was ever a bump!

Owner is cunning, dishonest,and disrespectfull. Sublets paintless dent removal to his employees in his shop which raises red flags. This operation didnt sit well in my head. I was listening to a mouthful about how he called me a liar. These service companies who write fake reviews by the hundreds are getting really good.

This is the model of work, customer service and care. Mr. Hauser truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his product. Elite Paint and Body does superior work. I wouldnt go to anyone else for repair on my car.
