I was taken care of by Tony Palmer, and the whole experience of knowledge and gaining trust and answering questions on various aspects, technical, functional and economic, and feeling welcome was superlative.There was no sense of “I will care for this customer depending on whether I believe he will buy or just browse”.Everyone in the process afterwards was also very friendly and knowledgeable.The follow up on pending items was promptly executed without needing second follow-ups.All in all, a great customer experience.Now I only need to go on the track and actually enjoy the vehicle.

I spent several weeks looking for the right truck for my family and I. During that time, I went to several dealerships where aggressive sales tactics, high mark-ups, poor communication, going back on deals discussed, and even lying were all too common. I happened to find a truck online at Ferrari of Palm Beach, which is approximately four hours from my residence. From the start, Francis was friendly and eager to help facilitate this sale as if I was in the showroom looking at the truck. He answered all my questions, and made sure I had all the information prior to taking a four hour drive to look at the truck and finalize the purchase. My family and I ended up making the drive and Francis, along with the rest of the staff, exceeded our expectations. Terrible experience. I had an appointment made and confirmed for service of my Maserati Since I needed a car for work I requested a loaner and this was also confirmed. I arrived on time and the representative takes all my information and my car. When I asked for my loaner they did not have one on the premises and told me they would take me to Enterprise. When we arrived there there was no car reserved and the Enterprise representatives had to call the dealer and ask for my service rep James. After waiting about 25 minutes they came with an old Nissan.I was really disappointed and went back to get my car. I would never return here for service.
I’ve purchased 2 cars and had 5 cars serviced at Ferrari PB. I recently traded a car for a preowned Ferrari . I worked w Tony. He was exceptionally professional, competent and sincere. I never felt pressured to buy but guided through my purchase decision . I’ve dealt with other dealers but none compared to Ferrarri of PB . I purchased a prior Ferrari from a non Ferrari dealer but should I purchase another Ferrari, I would only get it from Tony and Ferrari PB. Their service team is also exceptional.

A+ Dealership! I bought my first Ferrari from them 12/31/18 and about a month later noticed a slight oil seepage by the heads. My local F-Car dealer (Tampa) confirmed and said the repair could cost up to $9000 depending on what all was leaking. Since the New Power Warranty only covers major components and not leaks, I thought I was in for an unwanted expense.I called Ferrari of Palm Beach and explained the issue asking if they could be of any help. They immediately apologized for the leak on a CPO and offered to have an enclosed transporter pick up my car, bring back, repair, and send back all at zero cost. I was speechless.Given the fact the leak was not serious we decided it was ok for me to enjoy the car for a couple months before sending her back. I finally made the appt (6 months later) and the planning/communication was great thanks to Klaus the Service Manager. They set me up with Gerry who owns Apogee Towing and that man deserves his own review! Perfect on time during pickup and drop-off, excellent comms, and a man who not only owned and raced his own exotics but one who treats each customer car as if it was his own.As if that wasnt enough, the Business Manager Carina Hood, snuck a surprise in the trunk! When I opened the trunk it had a beautifully framed window sticker to commemorate my first Ferrari. When I bought the car as a CPO, the original first owner did not have the sticker. So she ordered a new one made from the factory which was lengthy and difficult. Very very cool gift!Many say, youre not only buying the car, youre buying the dealer/service dept, and that couldnt be more true. Im ecstatic to have made my purchase at Ferrari of Palm Beach and plan to continue to do so down the road. If youre in the market, make sure to add them to your list! -Adam

Terrible service and communication. I have purchased 3 Mercedes, 1 Ferrari and 1 Maserati from this dealer and got the treatment of a stranger. They didn’t even clean the car after 3 days of having it. Did not complete service either. Last time I purchase a car from this dealer. No remorse, no offer to make it right. Total Joke!!!

Not the greatest experience today dealing with Eric the Manager at Ferrari Palm Beach. After chatting on the phone with the salesman I took an hour ride to the dealership to find the car we had been talking about was not what I was told. I was told the front bumper was repainted from previous rock chips. I brought my paint thickness meter with me and after putting on the vehicle I found the entire front clip had been repainted. I negotiated a new price with Eric the manager and we SHOOK HANDS on the agreed price. After test driving the vehicle I returned back to the dealership to find out he wouldn’t honor the price we agreed on. Out of principle I walked. Very shady business practice. Would not recommend doing business with Eric. Francis the salesman was a gentleman and very professional. But this was out of his hands

I felt I got a fair price for my trade and was not nickel/dimed with a bunch of add-ons to the purchase the way most dealers try to up the price you pay. This was a great dealership to do business with. I highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.

I brought my 2016 Ferrari Cali T to Ferrari Palm Beach for a tire replacement due to a nail. This was a super low miles car that we purchased from Ferrari Palm Beach just months before. We purchased with 1600 miles in new condition. It had 3300 miles at the time of the repair.Approximately 4 days after dropping the car off, we received a call from Ferrari Palm Beach service that our car was damaged while their employee was cleaning it.I arrived at the dealership to see a paint gouge in the middle of the passenger door. I was told by the dealer that they could and would repaint the door to take care of this and it would look as good as new.A few days later, I received a call that the car door was painted and fixed. When I arrived at the dealership, the car still had a very detectable gauge in the door. It was also dirty and had wax or rubbing compound still on the car. It actually looked worse than the original damage.The general manager, Jack Clark, conceded that the “fixed” door looked terrible, and that the paint “must have settled”🤔 which is why the paint job was defective. It was so obvious, I was shocked that they tried to pass it off on us. At that point the dealer said they would paint the door AGAIN to make it right.NOW this is the 3rd paint job on the door of a Ferrari that came into Ferrari Palm Beach’s care for a nail in the tire.It’s very common knowledge that when selling Ferraris and other pre-owned supercars, they get paint tested to assure that it’s all original paint. This car won’t pass and takes a huge hit to its value. As for a resolution, the dealer was willing to give zero compensation other than apologizing and giving us a terrible offer to buy back the car. Jack, the GM, said “well we paid for everything.” Well isn’t that nice, they damaged the car and paid to try to fix it.We finally took $140,000 for the car just to avoid a bigger disaster at resale. We lost thousands of dollars.This shouldn’t happen at any dealer. But complete lack of care from Ferrari Palm Beach was offensive. People that hear this story are mortified that this could possibly happen.Ferrari Palm Beach sells you the dream and then gives you a nightmare. There are plenty of other places to buy or service your Ferrari, I suggest you do just that.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Ferrari from Ferrari of Palm Beach. Eric, the Pre-Owned Manager, was awesome to deal with. I had a couple of items that needed to be addressed and he made it happen immediately. Carina in F&I actually went out of her way to find better financing for me at a lower rate. And they were still responsive to my requests even after I took delivery. I was made to feel like their best customer and this is the first vehicle I have purchased from them. I cant wait to buy a new Ferrari from Ferrari of Palm Beach in the near future..!

Inquired on a Speciale that was on consignment sales and received a call from Anthony Verrico. After our conversation I forwarded to him trade_in information. At this point I never heard back from him. After 1 week I emailed the dealer and the GM Jack Clarke to express our experience. You guessed it, nobody responded. After 2 weeks since the initial correspondence, no return conversations and the car is still listed. Hope this review demonstrates this dealers attitude and that others considering consignment sales here think twice.

I left my Ferrari in Ferrari Maserrati Palm Beach to fix paint scratches. After they returned the car there was a big part of paint missing on the side. They told me that it has nothing to do with the job they had performed and refused to take responsibility for the damage.
Sales guy was actually really nice even though it was clear we had no intention of buying a Ferrari. It helped that the guy I was with actually knew about the cars.
