I have used Penske Collision in the past to repair my Toyota RAV4 and had a wonderfulexperience both times. My latest visit was the n 10/26/21 and my estimator was, Matt A. He was great to work with and always professional. He kept me informed as to the status of my car. I would use them again.
I needed to get my Toyota C-HR repaired. I chose Penske Collision out of a list of repair shops. My first contact was John, then Julio. They were truly amazing and professional. My car came out of the shop looking brand new. I would recommend Penske Collision to anyone who needs any type of repairs. They are consummate professionals and truly care about you as a person. In my book on a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 20!
Dealing with Tony was a nightmare brought my car in for a simple dent on my drivers door. Took a week to finish the repair when I went to pick up my car there was a stain on my passenger front seat. Tony insisted that the stain was there and that he had a photo to prove it when I saw the photo you couldn’t see anything. My car was painted white and the stain just so happen to be white. Mind you they cleaned the seat but Tony still had the audacity to tell me that the stain was there and even called me into his office to try to point out the stain on the picture that he had. These people will not take responsibility for anything that they do to your car I suggest looking somewhere else. Other issues I had was what appeared to be overspray on the entrance to my door which he also claims was there even though that was also cleaned up by them. Another issue I had was the door that was painted had spots on it which they buffed out. Overall the experience has been far more complicated than it needed to be and I’ve wasted my time coming on multiple trips to pick up my car. They do sloppy work and charge the insurance a fortune.
Great experience. Very professional. If you have State Farm insurance it will be a breeze. I simply walked in and spoke to the receptionist (she was very friendly and knowledgeable) then she linked me with one of the agents. He took pictures and set a date for me to come in and drop the car off. He had the rental company ready for me and they came to pick me up from the location. In the end my car was back to the original condition and I was able to leave the rental car at Penske. They took car of everything and made it headache free. Since they were a partner with State Farm the payment was handled between the two companies and I didn’t have to deal with any of that complication. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Excellent service from this company. My daughters car was repaired there after a serious collision. The experience from the moment we walked in and spoke to the receptionist,to the continuos professional work from Tony Ramos our estimator, was excellent. We have not had a car collision before, and dont wish that on anyone,however the whole repair process was completed to our most satisfaction. Thank you very much.
I went to drop my vehicle off for estimate and repair. The staff was very friendly, professional, prompt and very organized. My rental car was waiting outside. The entire process was easy and quick. I recommend Penske Collision to everyone.
My insurance company asigned this shop to me because it was the closest to my location, so i called them in order to schedule an appointment.Right away the person answering the phone had a very bad attitude towards me, and made me feel like i was bothering her; i kept providing her with my information, and i really tried to overlook her rudeness, but after the 3rd time she made me feel like i was begging for something, i had no choice but to stop the process and cancel my appointment.I ended up selecting another shop, and the process of making my appointment with that other shop was night and day: pleasant conversation, as they made me feel like a valued customer.Customer service is a MUST for this type of business.If you have zero peoples skills, then please get a job in accounting, or something similar.
My toyota rav4 was hit in the back. Julio came out took some pictures and called me when the parts were ready it was an easy process. They did a great job plus even cleaned my rav4.
They refused to fix the car saying previous fix wasnt done the way it should be. King service did a great job instead
This place is great. The repairs to my car were done well and the staff is excellent. I had a little issue after it got fixed and they got right on it and handled it immediately. They are very professional and give excellent customer service from the receptionist to the mechanics just everyone it seems you deal with is all about customer service in an excellent way.
Both my car and my husband’s car had mishaps with debris on the road within a two week period of time! My car was much more badly damaged, and yet was taken care of in less than a week and they made getting my rental and retuning my rental very convenient. My husbands car had minor damage, and when we showed up it was put up on the lift immediately, it was a quick fix with just a few small connection pieces and the grill cover that needed to be fixed - and it was done immediately with no charge. Your service people are so polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I worked with Glen but we did not catch the name of the gentleman that worked on my husband’s Prius yesterday. I will recommend your service department to ANYONE I know who needs repairs. Thank you so much!
I had the unfortunate occasion to utilize the body shop at palm beach Toyota, due to an accident. However it was a very professional and pleasant experience. Jeff took great care to discuss all repairs and keep me up to date on all the happenings. I really appreciate all the hard work they put in to fix up my 4Runner. Which incidentally looks better now than when it came off the truck at the doc. Side note: everyone in the office is very happy to receive a bag of chocolates.

I had a wonderful experience with Penske Collision. They level of Customer service that Rick provided exceeded my expectations. I hit some road debris on the way to work and thought that there may be some serious damage to the bottom of my car. My insurance company set up an appointment with Penske because they were close and could see me right away for an estimate. Rich was supper helpful in seeing to it that I got into a rental car right away as I really needed to be back at work. Luckily no significant damage was found but Rich pointed out a problem I suspected I may be having given how my car was pulling to the right. One of my tires was damaged! Rick said he could have a new tire for me in a couple of hours which I was surprised about because my from my experience my tires are difficult to find. He also found one for me at a really great price as my tires can be very expensive. I am very loyal to the Tire Shop that put the Wheels on the car to begin with so I was hesitant to take Rick up on his offer to change out the tire and adjust the alignment. What most impressed me was that Rick was insistent on helping me not trying to sell me on something I did not need telling me I could come pick up the car later and they would put the donut on for me so I could take it to my regular tire shop. After experiencing this level of customer service I couldnt help but take Rick up on the offer. Thanks so much for all you did Rick! I will certainly recommend Penske to all my friends and family.

I recently was involved in an accident, one of the options my insurance company suggested was Penske Collision. I took my car there and met with Jeff Ferencz, he was very helpful and guided me through the entire process during the repairs. He said his goal was to make this as easy on me as possible. I was impressed with their facility, the service and the repairs that were done. It was a relief that everything went so well and that my car looked great again. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Brought my car here after an accident and a whole month later I was able to pick it up. The process was so slow its ridiculous. The car doesnt drive the same and heats up now. I can see where the car was fixed and the hood of the car gets really hot now. I literally had the car for a day and I plan on bringing it back in as soon as they open it in the morning.Will revise my comments and rating if the car is fixed correctly.You would think if you brought your Toyota to a place that deals with a lot of Toyotas you would get your car back in great shape. Im disappointed in the work. Feels like they only put in half of the effort they were supposed to.
The receptionist Diane is unable to provide basic customer service. She is unhelpful and lies on the phone to customers. She will tell you to hold on the line and then transfers you to a random department. When I ask her to locate my information in their system, she tells me that they dont do that. Then when I walk in the office, she refuses to help me. Another employee in the office was able to locate my information and assist me. Why is she even working as a receptionist???
My sister had a terrible wreck a few weeks back in her GMC Yukon due to someone running a red light. the truck was so bad it ended up needing a frame. When we picked up the truck it was so clean and shiny you could never tell it had been in such an awful accident. the workmanship was amazing and the estimator who handled my repairs made it so easy and seamless. the shop is truly state of the art and the work shows. this place is hands down the best and most beautiful shop arguably in the state of florida.
This was my first accident and they were really patient and walked me thru the process and what i needed to do to get my car fixed as soon as possible. Afterwards when repairs started they kept me very informed and did really great work. My car looks good as new. All the staff is very nice and the place is very clean and best part - free coffee.Would recommed and if ever needed would return.

The estimator Julio Vazquez never called me with updates on my vehicle. I called him and left messages but he never called back. The receptionist was rude and not helpful.

After having my Subaru BRZ repaired there (had some damage to left rear of the car)... The BRZ had a weird issue of pulling left while accelerating, and then to the right when downshifting/letting off... And only VERY slightly, almost unnoticeable.Tony was very patient with the issue and myself... Having me bring the car in on multiple occasions to help rule out any possible issues. We ended up figuring out the issue and it has been fixed... but that level of continuous effort weeks after the insurance companies sign the checks is worth noting... A lot of businesses wouldnt care, and say it was operating normally or within acceptable limits, but Tony at Trail Auto Body went several extra miles to make sure the car was to my satisfaction. Well done!
Well, I got rear ended and wanted to take my car to the dealer for repairs, trail auto body does all the body work for toyota, mazda, whatever they sell there at the auto mall on southern at 441, and they have an office inside the dealership. All major work is taken to the military Dr location. They first quoted $1800 and the bill went up to $4900. They did the WORST JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN. After a couple of seconds looking I saw paint over spray everywhere (even on my windshield, they only painted my front bumper) and trash in the paint and it doesnt match, the rear hatchback was not aligned, the tail light that was replace (they used a used part) was sticking out 2 farther than the other side, there is trash in the seal where they replace the rear window, it smelled like glue for months inside, where they were working inside they damaged the seat cover slightly, my car sat for over a month outside so the AC fan froze (according to them). Lets see, what didnt the damage? the paint in places that was unaffected is now noticeably scuffed. They replaced my rear bumper cover with an aftermarket one (Geicos call) and the corners stick out. My right rear speaker rattles badly (they replaced that quarter panel). This is, without a doubt, the worst workmanship I have ever seen. They wanted to argue everything I pointed out too! But reminded me I have a lifetime warranty on anything they did....bull$hi^! Take your car anywhere but Trail Auto Body!
