I recently visited the pepboys in west palm beach on military trail and was very happy with the knowledge and service of Mathew and the other representatives who assisted me. Recently I have been anxious about driving because I now have a 7 month old baby but I left pepboys feeling very relieved. Matthew and the associates looked over my vehicle very thoroughly and assisted me with new breaks and tires. Matthew and the other members of the staff at this location were very friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me with all of my questions and concerns.
Tire lost pressure really quickly while down the road from the pepboys. Ive bought tires here before and had a good experience so I took my vehicle back. Matthew did a great job getting me squared away and Djorguensen the technician quickly got me back on the road. Super nice staff and great service! Will be back.

I had a past negative experience at another Pep Boys location. After trying this location and dealing with Matthew I am very satisfied. Today I went in for an oil change and few other services. Matthew was a one man show handling several customers with employee shortages & a disgruntled manger who quit abruptly today. Today was not good. I was told my work would take two hours. Two hours later my vehicle had not been touched. At that time I was told it would be another three hours. Just be honest from the beginning...we all have places to be and work to do, not just you guys.
They were very nice made my appointment on line got my car in the next day but when I was making my appointment it was not easy . They had coupons couldnt get, couldnt add anything from my cart that I also wanted and there price say its cheaper on line than they are when u get there. It took them 3 1/2 hours for 2 tiers & an alignment. They told me 2 hrs. But anyways its done

The entire team service staff was great. We came in close to closing time on a busy long weekend and the service team took our vehicle in and were able to get us back on the road within 15 minutes so we didnt miss a beat on our road trip. Charges $160 to put a light bulb in a 2015 traverse. Asked for a manager because previous 1 cost $85, Guy with the glasses on at the register said he doesnt have a manager. So we left since he was doing his on thing. I will never understand businesses deciding they would rather have no profit than just being reasonable.

I went to pep boys in February 2021 walked and asked them if they could fix my AC in my 2005 Ford F-150 and they said sure and wanted 1800.00 so they did some work said it was fixed. It blows hot air and the heater didn’t work. They assured me they could fix it well after taking to the lake Worth store 4 time over the course of 5 months still blowing hot air. Then the manager Renee begged me to to my truck to west palm beach store . And CV I did one more try to fix it. Well Nick at that store couldn’t fix it and someone shoved a shop towel in the engine area and my truck caught FIRE!!! As my daughter was pulling in drive way took the hose and got it out. Then I took it back and the mechanic and put on the life and that’s where he pulled out the shop towel what was left after fire . This is just part of story but now I’m dealing with an area rep. From pep boys Daniel Consuelo he is giving me brush off I would like to talk to his boss or someone who can help me I have back to pep boys 7 time had a fire and my AC and heat doesn’t work. I didn’t want to go to a small shop that would be here today and gone tomorrow pleas help me!!!
Is best to get there early in the morning... If you dont You will be there all afternoon It doesnt help that theyre extremely shorthanded But they are reliable And they know what theyre talking about..

Organized and efficient. I got the earliest appt for new tires, so it took only an hour and change. Albert the mechanic, was super-friendly, and took the time to answer questions and explain a few things about tires. Id give him 10*. The manager (?) Matthew however, needs to keep his mouth shut about politics. TOTALLY UNSOLICITED. Calling Fauci a murderer, DeSantis the greatest governor in the country, and comments about democrats loving taxes (regarding my Pep Boys service (!), taxes not listed online). Other than that, he was still friendly, and efficient, and helpful. lol Overall, very satisfied with the prices and service on my car - and thats what its all about, right? So not gonna detract any stars. Id come back here anytime.

Reasonably priced and wait time for servicing of vehicle. Never had an issue with vehicle after servicing done. In fact servicing is so good that vehicle doesnt need to be serviced until 4 months later.
Bad experience for just an oil change. Price advertised over the phone and on the spot doesnt correspond to the one billed. Oil level not even reset on dashboard. Wrong recommendation by saying both front tires need to be changed while the front passenger is brand new and has just been changed one week before ! It isnt worth for you to lose a costumer and probably others just for $15 pricing error. I am expecting my review to be answered by a ridiculous commercial response / explanation but my opinion for this location is STAY AWAY.
I recently had a phenomenal experience at Pep Boys. Matthew B. Was the gentleman who assisted me on today. He was clear, to the point, and did his best to meet my car needs. Above all I was highly impressed by his customer service courtesy. I rarely leave reviews for businesses, But I just had to for this experience because it was just that good.
On Monday morning 8/24/2020 my Uncle and I went to Pep Boys on 800 N Military Trail and encountered Matthew B! What a pleasant encounter it was indeed. We were looking for help with the exhaust system for my Infinity G37x. Matthew B. shared that Pep Boys didn’t handle it, but referred me to a local mechanic Harvey that could be of assistance. I am so grateful for the referral because it really helped me. I recently relocated from NY to FL and with that comes various levels of transitioning; one of my main areas of transition is finding great service for my car! Even though Matthew knew that his store couldn’t help, he still went the extra mile to assist me. Due to his help, not only did he save me thousands of dollars that other mechanics wanted to charge me, he actually rekindle my belief that there are still AMAZING people out there that want to provide service and even if they can’t are willing to be of assistance! I called days ahead of time and set an appointment for 10am Friday. Then came in admittedly 10 min late so they said they were too busy and had to reschedule. I believed them and rescheduled for 9am on Monday. Come Monday I came in early and as soon as I mentioned it was under warranty from drivetime their attitude completely changed and became rude. All of a sudden there is soooo many cars In Front of me and they can’t see my car. What is the purpose of an appointments then????? Terrible customer service with the worse attitude. Both assistant managers showed no interest in helping just trying to get me away while they just twiddled their thumbs and drank coffee. I would never bring my car here again and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Im very disappointed once again with my service here. I thought it had gotten better but again service was lacking in integrity. This is the second time I have requested my tires to be rotated and it was not done. Yet the invoice shows it is done. I am having trouble because how do I know that any of the work was really done. This is upsetting and I cannot afford additional cost due to this poor service.

I legitimately thought my car had been maliciously unaligned- after I declined the option to have it aligned with 4 new tires being installed. After driving it for a couple of days it has proved to drive as it did before I brought it in. I have deleted that portion of the review.Because I do most work on my cars- the only thing I can say is that I do believe some work that was suggested didnt need to be done. Shops do it all the time though as Preventive care (only reason to not give 5 stars)Overall, I would say it was a good experience!Honest Feedback:Bought 4 new my tires through Tirebuyer had them delivered to this Pep Boys.I called and made an appointment for 11:00. Most of my experiences with Pep Boys have been positive. Their customer service and wait times, have not been too bad. Tolerable at best.But this day was the worst experience I have had with a Pep Boys Service Center.Arrived 10am for an Oil Change. Was told there were two vehicles before mine.My wait time would be 1 1/2 hour.As the Hours pasted. I noticed a few things. While I was waiting, TWO other customers had come and asked for Managers. The Managers come out speak with the Customers and Next thing you know. These customers who arrived after I did. Were moved to the front of the line.They were given prioritiy over myself and another customer who had been waiting in the wait room.These Managers should be ashamed of themselves for doing these kind Of CON jobs.I ended up waiting close to 5 hours for an oil change. The service technicians are over worked. They are not happy campers. Thats very noticeable by their attitudes.The Managers at this location show a blatant disregard for customers. The way they openly speak of customers is not professional or show in anyway that they care about the Customers.If it was not for us (Customers), they would not even have a job.I waited cause I had no choice, I was already there. But I was Super Frustrated and Angry. And they are lucky I choose not to speak out.But next time they wont be so lucky.

He’s a great ambassador of the brandOrdered tires online. Said they were out of stock and discontinued. Offered cheap replacement. After hours wasted, they offered one good tire at matched price and other at regular price. Ended up going with it since I was already there. Guy that was working the front desk had a bad attitude. Felt like he was mad that I got one tire discounted. It also took about 3 hours .
Such horrible service. The new management is horrible mathews practically robbed my sister when she went to get an oil change. Did not reset my meter, had to come back and the worker that helped me came out with an awful attitude. By the time we left we shouldve gotten a new car because apparently mines runs on a miracle. Horrible horrible horrible.
So I met a great employee there name Jorge a few weeks ago. He is super nice and helpful. He check the computer to find the items i were looking for and walked me to it to help me make the best decision. He took time to explain to me that I had points with the membership that I didnt even know about. I promise him a good review because he was so amazing and had such a great attitude and Im pretty sure he would have rather been at home when the news predicted Dorian was going hit.Thank you.

Good customer service, fair prices, prompt attention, less than 2 hour waiting for replacing all tires and alignment. Couldnt give them 5 stars since they didnt put the right pressure in my tires and I noticed it on spot, but they fixed it right away.

Bad experience at Pep Boys store # 0370 West Palm Beach, FL; went to obtain a copy of a tire purchase I made on 10/2019; the assistant manager Justin was not helpful at all, he said no history found under my cell ph #; he kept asking me for a copy of the invoice which was exactly the reason I went to the store; I asked to speak with his boss and that was not welcomed by Justin; I told him need a resolution to my request; I waited for about 5 minutes while he was answering incoming calls; finally this lazy employee decided to get out of his comfort zone and asked me to go out and see my vehicle; he took the license plate # and was able to find the history of my car and I was provided with the copy of the invoice. This employee made my experience extremely stressful; he made me wait too long to come up with the solution which was to obtain the license plate. He found out that my file had a wrong telephone # associated with which I asked him to make the correction, not because he offered it to me. Bad, very bad employee!!
This place is awesome they went out of there way when I was stuck in west palm beach to get my tire fixed on a busy Saturday. They were able to get the right tire size and all thank you for the great customer service.
So glad I chose to get my tires replaced and shocks repaired here. Evan, one of the mechanics was a HUGE help. Justin and Jessica saved me a good amount of money as well by adding some of their coupons. I appreciate the fact that they all stayed late for the repair. Definitely coming back here whenever I need more service for my Volvo.

Brought my car in for a couple of new tires that were worn on the back. These guys were fantastic! Got me in right away, put my new tire pressure sensors in and had me out the door in no time. Ive been with Pep Boys for the last 9 years when my 2007 Saturn warranty ended. I am always MORE than satisfied!Ive followed the same Service Manager Nick Osbourne to every location hes moved to in my area.
Bought tires, ask PepBoys to install them and do alignment. I wanted proof of my alignment from the beginning I asked. The guys on tires said he was going to take a picture and send it over to the cellphone number on file. Never did. When we pick up the car, they said they didn’t do no picture and also their printer doesn’t work.I didn’t like that.
I had a battery that I bought a year-and-a-half ago that died when I try to start it to go to work.that of course is not good but I dont really think it was their fault, it was a Bosch battery that wasnt cheap and I think thats more on the manufacturer.I went back to the same pep boys where I bought it and they were able to find my transaction even without that I had thrown away a long time ago. They had me back on the road in about 45 minutes. The return was easy and nobody gave me a hard time about anyting at all.
I forgot what day it was but my sister had taking her car to this pep boys because of the fantastic customer service and how fast they worked on her car so she can be on her way so she recommend me to come get mine look at the moment I walked in I was automatically greeted by a smile by Matthew even though he was busy he recommend me to Diego who did such a fantastic, so overall I was very satisfy with the Staff and everybody that helped make my process go smoothly and fast. So a big thank you to both Matthew and Diego. I will definitely come back and recommend peoples to go there if you want smooth and great customer service.
Terrible service. I went to repair a flat tire. Employees at the tire station told me to go inside to the desk to register. Most of the employees didnt have masks on. They told me they have a two hours wait . I left and I asked the same employees that were outside if they will do the job they said yes but they were too busy on their cell phones......
This place is fantastic! I went to three other auto parts stores in search of a steering rack boot and none of them had it. Also, the employees here will work to get you the exact part you need. Truly a one stop shop for your automotive needs!

My children and I were evacuated from NC for Hurricane Florence. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, but the wire was showing on my tires already. Diego at the service desk was amazing and did everything to help get my vehicle taken care of with new tires for the best cost. I felt very well taken care of at this store during such a difficult time. Rodney in the shop wasnt just excellent at getting my service needs met, but he did so with a great attitude and a great sense of humor.

I bought tires on Amazon and this was the only place in my area that Amazon would ship them to be installed. That part was relatively smooth, although even though I had an appointment, it took over 4 hours.The 2-star rating is for the borderline fraudulent $2000 estimate they gave me to repair things that arent broken yet.He looked at me with a straight face and said, we believe in preventative maintenance. which translates to: we know these repairs arent needed, but you should do them just in case.Newsflash: if your steering tie rod breaks... youll know it! Ive never heard of anything so ridiculous.
Making an appointment doesn’t matter - made an appointment over a week in advance. Came in, checked in and both my car and I sat for 1 hour 15 minutes. Johnathan came out after 35 minutes and stated that it’d just be a little longer before they could bring my vehicle in. 40 minutes later still hadn’t even taken the vehicle into a bay (1 hour, 15 minutes after my appointment time). Walked in, asked for my keys and Johnathan stated, “sorry, we over booked last night with work...” Had he known that when I checked in, I would have appreciated the courtesy of telling me up front and not waisting 1 hr 15 min of my time.
Jose Ruiz is a fantastic employee!My phone call was answered almost immediately and his natural demeanor came across as extremely competent and professional. I only have an average understanding of car construction and repair.Jose, was extremely efficient with his explanations into what parts I needed for my car - even when I could only describe the part itself he was able to determine exactly what I needed.Every personal interaction from salesmen to customer, acquaintance to friend, or even total strangers should be as personable, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly as this one happened to be.

Pep Boys SAVED MY FAMILIES LIFE. Literally. Location 0370 West Palm Beach. Justin and Evan took the time to look over my vehicle and found certain parts of my vehicle had been welded rather than replaced. This made my vehicle a rolling death trap. I purchased it a year ago and drove it up and down the highway in this condition not knowing this price could have failed and could’ve caused me to loose control. This is our family vehicle so we were all in the vehicle during long trips. I can’t thank Justin and Evan enough. GOD Bless them always.

I only use one mechanic to service my vehicles when I go there. He always does a very very good job. I would recommend him to anyone. I just purchase a 2017 Toyota Sienna and he did my first recommended maintenance service and I will continue to use him. He worked on all my vehicles in the past and has always done a good job.
My tire lights came on when I was on my way to a very important event, I went to the nearest pep boys and explained my situation, Kristoff was very quick to help so I could get there on time and was also very knowledgeable about what could be done...Excellent customer service from that young man! I would definitely recommend him for any tire change or services!

Brought my car in for new battery terminal and new AC Resistor. Six hours later, I pick up my car, pay the bill, I was told they couldnt fix the AC because their machine was down. So six hours for a battery terminal replacement?? The next morning, I start my car for work, but wait, now the battery is dead. I pop the hood and see the battery terminal was never replaced! They didnt do anything! They practically just stole my money. When I called this morning to get an explanation, initially, they said I didnt bring the vehicle in yesterday. Luckily, I had my work order. After I read them the invoice and store ID, they said, Oh, okay. I found it here. Then they went on to say that the auto technician must have overlooked it! It was the ONLY thing that they were able to do for ky vehicle, and yet, they overlooked it?? Im NEVER going back to this rat hole! 6 hours for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FIXED! AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME!
Two and a half hours for an overpriced oil change AND I had an appointment. Didnt even out air in my tires or top off fluids. I wont be back.

I took my car to the shop today from the moment I walked in Jonathan greet me with a warm and welcome smile. Everybody was extremely nice and helpful. Eventhough I had to wait 2 hours (which was suppose to be a five hours work they did it in 2) in order for them to fix everything that was wrong with my car they made those 2 hours pass like it was nothing. My mechanic rodney was very nice and genuine. Everyone I encountered with ( Jonathan, Rodney, George, and Michael) worked hard and stayed later then they had to to make sure I got the best experience. Last but not least the price is very affordable unlike some other shops. I would gladly recommend this Pep Boys to anyone.
Could not be more thankful for Evan and Justin at pep boys. They were so patient and knowledgable, AND got me in and out in less than an hour. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else for my services

I made an appointment earlier in the week for 9am. I was told I would be 1 of the first to be seen. I come in today at 8:40 tell the technician a have a 9 oclock appt for a diagnostic scan he looks at the other technician at the counter says hey you wanna do this scan second technician says nah, rodney comes in at 1 he can do it first technician turns to me and says can you just come back at 1. Seems incredibly lazy to pawn work off on a coworker when youre perfectly capable to perform the task yourself. probably the worst customer service Ive experienced
As a heads up. Im not exactly the type to wander into auto shops, normally someone handles anything car related for me so I cant compare multiple place to this one but on my first experience it went well. The location is clean, well organized and seem to be well stocked. As for customer service they have a lot of people working in the back and front and I had no issues waving to someone for help. Bought two new tires and the associate Justin was knowledge (In the tire section). The wait time was longer than I expected since they took a while finding my tires overall I came back happy.
Jessica Anthony luis EVANSon my way to work this morning my tire almost blew out... I called Evan, who always work on my car, he was so kind as to come by my job to take a look at the situation. He made an appointment for me at the West Palm location and quoted me a great price on a set of 4 tires. When I arrived at the store, Luis was waiting for me. Every time I come to Pep Boys I get speedy quality service. I have been come to this location for over 10 years and have always been treated with respect..The staff and mechanics are superb. Thanks to Evan and the front desk staff, I feel safer now driving
