Good luck trying to get someone to pick up a call the first time. It takes about 2-3 calls and back and forth with the operator for someone to answer. Appointments are backed up so a small 1 hour job is a week out where an oil change I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Ended up coming early morning on the wrong day (the week before) and they got me in with no wait so I don’t know why to make an appointment in the first place. 🤷🏽Did not experience any issues during my two visits
