The service department has had a change in personnel for the better. If you use the service department ask for Brad. He is the best service advisor I have ever had. He has been servicing my cars for 15 years and he has never disappointed me. He is the reason I went back to autoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach.
I am a longtime, repeat customer with AutoNation Cadillac. I travel a lot and have my car maintained by other Cadillac dealers in my travels, but it’s never the same experience. The mechanics are excellent and my Advisor is the best. I’ve been with my advisor for more than 10 years. They get it right the first time, and always keep me in the loop about scheduled maintenance. He always tells me right off the cuff what it’s going to cost before they do the work.This place is well maintained with plenty of comfortable seating. One of the things I appreciate the most is that AutoNation Cadillac in Riviera Beach still does shuttle service. My dealer in NJ does not. I’ve bought my current Cadillac here and I could not have gotten a sweeter deal. I am trading this SRX in next month and I’ll be buying its replacement here. This is a reliable, quality dealership with conscientious salespeople. If anything does go wrong, they go out of their way to make it right and exceed my expectations.
Just want to say James in the Service Dept, has great customer service. I drop off my car, inspection was done on my car. He gave me information on tires and when my car was done, he called me for pick up and my car was clean. Thank you JamesGreat job

I bought a brand new Cadillac in 2020. Have had issues with this car. Most recently, I’ve been trying to get in for an appointment for an oil change, window tint (that was left off when they replaced the window because it was rattling, and still rattling), and the camera is defective and works when it wants to. So the rear and front camera sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. I make an appointment, the week later, am told the tint person isn’t there.apparently no one told them that I needed to a tint. Make another, no loner cars available. I specifically request one because I am in healthcare and have to travel a few times a day. I can’t go without a car. I’ve been trying to get in for 2 months now. The lack of communication is awful. The fact that I can’t bring my car in, a new car, receive a loner, is ridiculous. I’ve NEVER had this many issues with a car in my life. Not even the car, the dealership. Even when I had my Nissan Rogue I had better experience. This is supposed to be a luxury car brand but I’m not feeling like I’m being treated as such. I spend more money on a car to be treated better. I was treated better with my Nissan. I understand short staffed and such but the communication is awful. I’ve even emailed the service manager and no call back. Does anyone care? Doesn’t seem like it. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and have never treated anyone this way. Especially when you are paying for a luxury car, you expect some level of communication and service

After more than 10 years of dealing with Autonation Cadillac in West Palm Beach, I’m thinking of taking my business somewhere else. The service department is not what it used to be and I will not accept Covid-19 as the reason for poor customer service. The service advisors used to greet and inform the service that will be performed on your car, and tell you the approximate time it will take for service. In my last appointment yesterday, service was totally nonexistent. Not only did the advisor acknowledged me for service, he completely ignored me after sitting in the waiting room for over one hour. When I went to his desk to inquire about my car, he said “your car is in the shop being diagnosed.” Two hours later, I went back to him for details on the diagnosis and the response was “the technician is finishing things now.” Needless to say, I left four hours later, not knowing what was wrong with the car and why the engine light came on again, only that it was reset.
Great service. The service department checked out everything I asked him to and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done.
This dealership keeps the same people year after year and they are all amazing to work with. Takes care of you and your car. Love the wash and vacuum at the end of the service. Never pushes anything to have done. Great experience!
Wow, what an amazing buying experience! Marlena was very professional and new her inventory and she also new the options by heart... She directed me to a beautiful car that was right up my alley. Within two and a half hours I was driving home with my new car. I even saw Marlena giving my car a final wipe down while Hoss did my financing. What a great team to work with! I bought a car. It was beautiful. Worked out a great deal. However with a great deal comes problems. First was only one of the two keys worked. Drivers side seat would not forward to let out passengers. Never received my free oil change because the car wasn’t assigned to me through GM. Recent problem is the support guide is crushed. I go to a different service center that is closer and they informed me that before my purchase the car had impact damage on the back bumper Which most likely happened on the car lot. I purchased the car with 125 miles on it. My current service center informed me the car had service at 69 miles 115. Which is when they attempted to fix I am out $330 because of this. I would never recommend to purchase a vehicle from this dealer.

After a little miscommunication about what was needed for my service visit, all was taken care of quickly and professionally. I was able to secure a loaner car and my car was ready by noon the same day. Advice...call the dealership directly. Do not rely on the My Cadillac app or OnStar.

Since I bought this car in 2016, Ive been having issues with it not starting, no clicking nothing. Every 6 - 7 months, Ive taken it to Cadillac, each time they said they couldnt find anything. Cadillac had me replace the alternator, so I bought & changed it. Then they said I needed a new battery, I let them replace it. After a few visits, I found out that the battery in the vehicle was not even the right battery for my vehicle. 7 months later it will not start, nor even take a jump. I got it towed back to Cadillac. I had to rent a car. I was told it was the base terminal wire and this was just what happens. The wire had to come from Germany, which is odd as its not a German car. This cost me $350. When I went back to pick up my car, William Jackson barely looked at me and did not acknowledge me until 5 minutes of me standing there. Then very hesitantly he said he would get to me after he was done typing up whatever. Stephen instead tended to me after 10 minutes & gave me very great customer service. I have not had the best experience and have spent hundreds of dollars on this car for the same issue. Noticing that every time I go to Cadillac, its a different set of faces and hearing other customers complain that they keep having to bring their vehicles back for the same issues. Not good. I give 4 stars for Stephen alone. Everything else gets a 1 including Wiliam Jackson.

I bought a Certified pre owned car here, that I had found online. I live in Miami an hour and twenty minutes away. The sales person I got transferred to randomly was a young man named Goodsondy. He was polite, professional, thorough, honest and patient. Obviously coming to see a used car that far away, I had questions. He answered them all honestly and disclosed a potential issue that I hadn’t thought to ask about, which could have been a problem for some. The fact that he told me before I drove up there was thoughtful and professional. No one there pressured me and all treated me well. His boss was also cool (can’t remember his name) and the finance guy Hoss was also cool. This is an AutoNation dealership so when you buy a CPO at one they offer you a lot of packages. These packages add up quick and really raise what you’ll pay. Gap is really good to have and the maintenance one is fair. However I’d avoid the rest, especially the $2500 appearance package. I elected only for gap and nothing else. They were able to give me the GM 1.9% currently offered by GM. Also this dealership provides the carfax online, which most do but not all.

Contacted Auto Nation Cadillac for Customer Care courtesy oil change and tire rotation. Even though I leased the vehicle through another dealer in another state, they were very courteous and attentive and provided the Customer Care service without any charge. They also did a full vehicle check and discussed the results with me and made recommendations for additional service. Total time of 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation might be a little on the long side, but they had a very comfortable waiting room with complementary coffee. I would definitely go back there for further service if necessary in the future.

Every person I encountered was awesome and made me feel really cared for...My only regret was not getting to meet them in person. Tried my local dealerships first but very glad I found the car and dealership of my dreams in FL. This was my first time even considering looking, shopping and purchasing a car on-line, but will not be the last. Will look to AutoNation for all my future vehicle needs!

I scheduled a noon appointment at West Palm Beach for an oil change for my leased Cadillac (for which I was dickered into an upsell on a maintenance plan along with it). I drove the 1/2 hour there, and was told it would take 2.5 hours for the oil change, tire rotation and a hand car wash. I expect an oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take more than 30-40 minutes. I did not need a car wash. Excuses were ‘short-staffed due to Covid’ and ‘running late’ (at noon, really??). So why schedule an appointment that you can’t meet? I don’t have a second car here, and they would not offer me a loaner (for a Cadillac, really?). I work every day and don’t have time for a 2.5 hour oil change. I asked to speak with the manager, to which the service tech says he is in a meeting and would be “unsympathetic” anyway. I waited for a while then decided to leave. I asked the service tech to tell the manager that “an unhappy customer” is leaving and asked them to have him call me. No call ever came. I wasted 1 1/4 hour on this today. I am only here on a 5 day trip. I am extremely disappointed in Autonation Cadillac of West Palm Beach. I will NOT lease a car with a service contract from them again. I’ll have to see if I can get service at one of the other branches.
I love the car that I got. But the way that I was treated by the financial department Was wrong. I purchased my car it was almost closing time. The lady in finance told me that I had to get their 3rd party services. And it was a requirement of the dealership. Which I found out was a lie so that she could get a commission. They avoid my calls and I went to the dealership for 3 days. One of the Managers name Adam tried to help. But it was out of his had they cancelled all of the 3rd party services. But they wouldnt do the contract over. I will Never get another car from here & I will Never Encourage anyone else too. Worse experience ever.

I made an appointment for service on my car at 10 am. I was told the car would be ready after 1:00. Showed up at 3pm and was told it would be another two hours because priority was given to customers waiting - not customers who booked an appointment a week earlier. When I called to check on the status of the car I was told the service advisor was unavailable and no one else could update me on my car. I left a message for the service manager to call me, he/she never did. The car was finally delivered the following day. I am not at all happy with the service department.

Sales people were all very nice, polite, patient, and efficient. The car had someeliv details that were overlooked in cleaning and preparing for delivery. After delivery the right turn signal and stop light were not working and I had to return the next day to have it repaired. It was repaired in a timely fashion and the car is fine now but I thought that was something that should have been caught before delivery.

I purchased my car from AutoNation Cadillac WPB in December and wasnt able to drive my car until after February. I love my car and my sales person (Eddie) was very good. However, I had an immediate issue with my car and it had to be serviced. It took a month for them to fix the issue, and that was upsetting, because each time they called and said my car was ready, it was not..... They did give me a loaner and the manager Adam was fantastic and kept his word with taking care of everything related to the purchase and he was very accommodating, under the circumstances. However, while my car was sitting there being repaired, I felt they should have credited my 90 day warranty for the length of time it took for them to repair it, while waiting on parts. So for that reason I cant give them 5 stars.....

Have purchased cars there before but management has fallen thru the cracks,listing a car for 4k over retail and told them what wholesalers offered me for my trade and was told he couldnt even get that for it retail. After telling him I wasnt interested in be insulted he told me its only a car. That it is buts its my car a very desirable 2019 shelby gt350 with 7k miles.the car they are listing as certified pre own had overspray all over car and hood wet sanded thru clear coat and my car is only a car. I would rather walk than deal with them again.

Went for an oil change, but with a free vehicle inspection, I ended up with 4 new tires. Better pricing than I could find elsewhere. Service department is great giving me options plus offering shuttle ride home and back due to extended time frame.
Rudy went above and beyond to put me in 2021 XT6 when I had just came by to have my XT5 in for service with 9 payments left on my lease. Super happy with our new vehicle. Fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership.
UPDATE When I checked the 3 issues that I was told were fixed they werent fixed. I told my service advisor, he said the tech did upload to CUE and the update function is working, he test drove the car for the second issue and it was working, the third issue had the part ordered, the fourth item wasnt included on the repair order detail so I guess it was not looked into and doesnt work either. Over the next month and a half I asked the service advisor 5 times via email and telephone the status of the part so I could bring my car back in to get the part installed and get the three fixed issues readdressed. I got no response from the service advisor. I call the general manager as requested in the response from AutoNation to my review 4 times and left messages for him, he never returned my calls. From my initial service appointment it is 2 months with nothing from AutoNation.I made an appointment for service to have 4 isssues checked and waited for car since no loaners were available. I went over items with service advisor and provided images showing the issue and what action should be taken. Several hours later I was told my car is done. All issues except one were taken care of, a part had to be ordered for the remaining issue. I received a Repair Order Detail - Customer Copy that has 3 of the four issues listed, but nothing more, no explanation of what was done, no notation of a part being ordered. I didnt physically check the issues until a few days later. The error message is still in CUE rendering the function inoperable, the second issue I could not verify as operational. I was told the tech drove the car and it is now working, I drove the car and I could not see it working.
This was our first service on our 2020 CT4. It was for an oil change. I was greeted by name as soon as I pulled up. Service was fast and my car was even washed!
