Never again!!! Toddlers could run this place better. Messed up everything from the oil change, battery replacement (because they ran mine dead), to headlight bulb replacement that took 3 people to complete. Completely disappointed

Pulled in and lady at the counter for customer service lied and said that their air compressor was out of air and that they arent taking any more tire problems for the day.Imagine a tire place running out of air.....😒 Then apparently she didnt know what day or if their air compressor guy was coming to refill the tank. Lady find a better lie because you sound as dumb as you look. All bs. If the mechanics are at their max for accepting cars just say that...

Pulled in line at 3:15pm for a oil change went inside and was told no more oil changes by a cashier who yelled it over a crowded line of people who apparently had been waiting in line way longer than myself, very disappointed at such early time of the day to be told this. Do better!

I went for an oil change and tires replacement. I had my appointment for 3pm, they helped me at 4:30! Told the mechanic to please rotate the tires and put the new ones in front. Well he didnt do that. My passenger tire had a nail on it. I asked him if he could fix it, but he said he didnt have time because his shift was over at 4pm! Today I woke up, and had a flat tire, the same one he changed! Im super late for work and waiting at another car shop to see what the f* is wrong with the tire. Will never never go back to this place again.

Ive had multiple sets of tires put on here. They will Mount and balance a tire for $12. You cant beat that anywhere in South Florida. I go to other shops and they try to hit me for over $100 some places $150 to mount 4 tires. Professional shop

Dropped my truck off for battery change they let my truck sit for 3hrs and no one touched I wouldnt recommend this walmart to my worse enemy

Jemariah, Linton and Dee showed me excellent customer service when I needed a battery. I dont often write reviews but this team together made me feel my needs were number one. From the time I called ahead to ask about the battery, all the way thru the process of ordering and getting the job done. Their kindness and their hard work shows and I see their positive, fun attitudes with each other and the other surrounding customers. I would gladly buy a battery from them again.

Called the store was transferred to auto center and put on hold for over an hour. Then upon arrival they said we’re not taking anyone in appointments only and they’re booked the entire day it would be nice if someone would answer the phone and tell me that instead of wasting my time driving out there to see for myself

Wish I could give it zero stars. I just went yesterday. Never again. I have never done a review before but Im very unhappy. Workers just messing around not taking their job seriously and not helpful. Went to get my tire replaced cause I had a flat. They were able to patch it. Now the service was supposed to include balancing, but it was either not done or not done right cause now my tires are shaking when I go 60 mph and I never had a problem before just got new tires two months ago.Also the technician stole my change I had on my door in my car. I went to go use it today and found nothing there. Also when I got to my car the air conditioning was blasting. I know we are in Florida but you do not move customer cars and enjoy their air conditioning.I wish I would have not gone here.

I ordered 4 new tires online, went to pick them up and have them mounted & balanced. I made it a point to be there when they opened. They pulled my truck in immediately and started working on it. was done in a hour and a half. The register was down in the auto care center which was an inconvenience but Linton went above & beyond to get me checked out at customer service he knew that I received a phone call that my father needed to go to the VA Emergency room. Thank You Linton I was on my way to the Veterans Hospital by 9:00 a.m.

Really bad service

I was going to take my car for an oil change but after reading the reviews I decided to go somewhere else

It took me more than 3 hours to get an oil change. There was nobody working on it for about an hour because everybody went home while the hood was up. They left it unattended.

Prices are great! But of course service is horrible. Unfortunately due to the prices I keep coming back ☹. I bought new tires, when I got home I noticed that I was missing 2 rim covers. Went back the next day and asked 3 service guys but none were helpful. Finally the manager helped and fortunately found them. Another time I get to the lube area at around 6:45 since they open at 7am so I could beat the rush. 7:30 and still no service guys. Now we have around 10 cars waiting. This may be the last straw.

The worst place for car service. Take your business to Costco or independent mechanic. 4 hours for 1 tire to get changed, when they said it would only take 2 hours. The worst part is how un-professional they are. Standing around talking, while 1 guy works. Today they lost quite a bit of business. I will never come here for service again!

If you are willing to wait 3 to 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation to save $10 then this is the place for you. To call them slow as a snail is an insult to snails. Staff isn’t rude per say they just don’t care. Save the headache go somewhere else

I see the series of reviews and perhaps they hired a new Service Manager since he was cordial and transparent with me on the costs and did not coerce me to make additional spendingsHe even walked me to the pick up area to help me get me tires and ran ahead to expediate the service.

Stay away ! Worst auto place ever! After getting my oil change with wal mart for the past ten years, this place didn’t want to work on my car because I was missing a dip stick handle. Which clearly still can be used and tested ! Lazy people here and waited three hours for them to tell me this ! Stay away, manger smells like weed !

I arrived right at open time needing an oil change and tire rotation. After 3 hours only the oil change had been done. It took 5+ hours before everything was complete.

2 days wasted at this shop. The reps on site ordered tires that they said would fit my vehicle and of course they dont. First set of tires had bubbles in them already which forced me to order. Now this on this second day. I now have to pay double for the only tires they have in stock in my size because I cant wait any longer at this point. The shop manager is the person that ordered the tires. Dont bother coming here. It isnt worth the few bucks you might be saving.

Needed an oil change before a road trip to NC and they left one of the fluid tops OPEN!! I hate jiffy lube because the up-selling is annoying and normally love the value to price @ Walmart --- but this place is horrible!! The management should be more aware of what they are doing or its a culture problem within this location!!! DONT GO HERE FOR CAR SERVICES !!

Want to give a big 0. But I dont have a chance to do that. Will never ever go to this walmart tires and auto.The guys working there has no proper idea and no proper communication. I went for oil change which come with couple of other services like checking tire pressures, checking wiper fluids and wipers etc. Its generally a 30 mins task and the guy said 1 hr for it. When I came back after 1 hr, he came and submitted the keys to the counter where the person at counter charged me but didnt give the work sheet (which will have all the details abt the work they did). When I requested for it, she dont have any idea about it and after some mess she got it and which took 15-30 mins.Now, when I came back to my car.. all i saw is the mechanic didnt work on the other services like wiper fluid, checking wipers and tire pressures. I dont know how he worked with the oil change(bcoz i cant see it). I tried calling them but didnt get any response.All i say is, walmart is loosing its STANDARDS by keeping these kind of workers. They are so disorganized and dont have minimal knowledge and worst communication skills.

Stood there for 20 mins with no service at the counter while serval employees stood around and conversed at another counter 6 feet away in front of us. Not getting our business today or ever.

I had a great experience here.

Horrible customer service, cant talk to anyone and after all they say is 4 hours to install 2 tires.

After 20 minutes on hold during business hours I am forwarded to a recording that tells me to try again later

The reviews are true! Poor customer service, they dont acknowledge customers properly, and witnessed them argue amongst each other about whos shift it was when I was waiting in line w other customers.

Even with the money you save it’s a headache takes weeks to get a set a tires that were supposed to be there the same day when you find out all along they had them in stock oil change will take your whole day if you even get it I’ll probably ask you to come back tomorrow everybody ignores you nobody knows anything totally on organized place but you can save a few dollars 💵 So you’re back to square one trading time for money

Went in for an oil change. Had oil all over my steering wheel and my door (inside and out).

I never shop at Wal-Mart, however I will occasionally get some basic auto repair done there. Never again. 6 days after I get a new tire, its flat. Theyre reply, oh well, too bad.

Not everything is bad. The workers were friendly and respectful except for the character supervisor. That is all very slow like a pool of condensed milk. In short you have to go when time is too much
