Friendly, service was a little slow. You pay for the convenience of getting things right then. I paid twice the cost for new lug nuts if I would have ordered them but needed them to get new rims mounted. The cost for re mounting tires was $50 more than the other shop so I went back to No Ugly Tire and had them do it.

The Guy at the desk is very rude, no type of customer service at all, from the time I said Goodmorning the not welcoming facial expressions, the quick talking, and not friendly at all the whole time I was very uncomfortable then he comes out and downgrades my vehicle appearance I guess that was his way of offering other services the whole experience was horrible even the side conversations on the phone about him drinking was just too much for me . Not professional at all and I feel if I wasn’t using a Groupon he probably would have bee more friendlier but it still should not matter he needs a course on customer service, and customer engagement ASAP . Moved up to Lake Worth from Broward not long ago, and now I wanted some suspension upgrades done on my recently purchased Ford Taurus SHO from Al Packer Ford, just north of Custom Wheel Connection on Military Trail. So, when living in Broward, having already been told good things about CWC from my car nut friends in Palm Beach County, they were the obvious choice to have some H&R Sport Springs installed. Not to mention, the close to 5-star rating from the 170+ reviews before mine certainly confirmed what I was told.One that caught my eye was from a guy who came in knowing his vision and the end result he desired, but not the specifics of how to get there. He stated CWC helped him through options and he posted a picture of his Mustang with custom wheels, which also appeared to be lowered an inch or so.I then called up one day and got Vic on the phone. Explained to him what was on my mind, and he provided me a fair estimate to furnish & install the springs. Asked how much additional the required alignment was, and he said it was already included in the price quoted. Who knew? Like I said....fair.Of course, as I expected, being a new customer a down payment was needed, but only 25% to order the material. In my experience other companies routinely ask for 40-50-60% down.Gave the deposit, Vic ordered with expedited shipping, while we also scheduled a day for the install. Next, dropped the car of 1st thing that morning @ 8:30 AM, and with Vic not in that day the owner Andy took good care of me. He estimated the time frame, about a 5 hour job, and gave me call at home when it was ready.Springs were installed perfectly, alignment was all good and in line with Ford specs, and all the benefits of the moderate (1.5”) lowering were felt. The SHO now rides, steers, and handles noticeably smoother / better in all respects. The less drag (from less air in front of the car) resulting from lowering it gives it a little more zip when accelerating, with the additional downforce (air is now on top) allowing for better cornering. Unlike a police cruiser, it looks nice and hunkered down as it should. Exactly the upgrade the SHO needed.And since I commute to work, the daily highway cruising is much more pleasurable. Wasn’t bad before, but again, everything is smoother & better.........and the wife and I can’t wait to head up to the Carolinas and Virginia to visit family, for upcoming July 4th week and as we do several times each year.Why all the before-after performance information and pictures? It’s a sign of a job well done, which is to say there are other shops that DO NOT do the same quality work. Also, everyone @ CWC – beginning with Vic - treated me like a long-time customer, so it was a great experience for me. Should also note, since I’ve had this work done on a few other vehicles before living in Palm Beach, the price I paid was what I’d expected. (Translation: Very reasonably priced, and as a regular working class – not rich - family man.....I did not overpay.)Last, but not least, suspension lifting or lowering work is but one type of service they provide – check out their website for the drop-down menu of services offered - and I look forward to doing more there in the future. (Custom wheels have already been discussed.......thinking gloss black, maybe gunmetal?)You should try ‘em, too.

Needed an alignment on my BMW 530i, so I called and made an appointment around early-noon.When I came in, the guy at the desk was looking at me stupid as I was explaining my appointment, and then proceeded to ask if the appointment was made with CWC...really?I’ve only visited here 1 other time, a few years ago, and don’t recall any issues regarding customer service, so I don’t know what that was about.EDIT: The service was good though so Ill give them credit for that. Just work on the customer service, honestly.

I went in with a pretty good idea of the look I was after for my particular car, but I needed an expert to help me pick the right size, offset, tires, etc. Pat and Andy helped me pick out wheels, tires, and suspension for my 2017 Mustang GT and it came out exactly as I hoped it would! Installs were very clean and issue-free, and the balance-job they did was top notch. When the difference between a 30 and 35 series sidewall makes a difference to you, I dont think theres anyone better in WPB than this shop. See you guys again soon.

Not too sure about this place. Have never done business with them but I can speak on one thing. I went in to get some pricing on tires for my car, the guy at the desk was trying to sell me some cheap never heard of tires for $500. I got quoted on other tires also and just ridiculously expensive.So I went home and got in my computer, the same never heard of tires they were trying to sell me for $500 were online for $58 each tire. How do you get $500 from $58 a tire which should only be around $250 after taxes. Which makes me wonder if they were trying to make another $250 just to mount and balance the tires when my wheels were without tires on them already.Trying to rip people off Id say. You may get someone who doesnt do their research but you arent fooling me. I Will never go there again........

This business does not seem to care about customer service. I called to get a quote on a set of new tires for my truck and the worker that answered the phone (Andy, I believe) came off as very rude right off the bat. He sounded as if he did not want to be there, and made it seem like I was wasting his time by calling to get a quote/place an order. Please be aware that customer service goes a long way. Needless to say, I will not be giving them my money, and judging from the previous feedbacks of them damaging customers wheels, this is probably the last place I want to take my truck to. (I ended up purchasing my tires from Tire Kingdom)

Took in my wife’s challenger for some new wheels and tires. There were some order issues for my wife’s rear tires but Andy handled it right away. The job was done faster than what the time they told it would be done in, which usually never happens at auto shops. The car came out looking spectacular, the guys were professional and diligent about the small details and it came out great. Our wheel and tire shop for years to come.

Came for audio upgrade and met Angel. From the very beginning of him assessing my wants versus money available i knew i was in good hands. Took my rims to have new tires put on them they charge me $40 to balance,When I got my rims back home to put back on my car they had the same weights on them.Called Andy to let him know, He asked his worker did he balance the tires the worker said yes and I knew that was a lie I will never go again!!!!!ONE BIG RIPOFF!!!!

I took my jeep wrangler in for new tires and an alignment. During my alignment they found I needed ball joints, so I proceeded. The job was done on time and on quote.About a week later I noticed a small oil drip at the axle/ball joint area. I sent Andy pictures and he was very accommodating with getting me back in to look at it. When I arrived I was expecting a ton of excuses why it wasnt caused by them, but nothing.. he said immediately he would take care of it and there would be no charge.Things happen, to me its how people take care of them when they do. Andy at Custom wheel connection is A+ in my books and they have gained a customer for life.

I had purchased some tires online and had them mounted at a chain owned tire shop near me in Orlando. the car didnt drive smooth at highway speeds so i went back to that shop and they tried to sell me one of their more expensive brand tires, a new set of struts and an alignment that i know i didnt need. I drove in to West Palm Beach real early yesterday and had time to kill so i decided to stop at a place that deals with aftermarket wheels and get mine checked out. while taking a look into the shop i noticed that their wheel and tire equipment looked newer and more sophisticated. turns out the place that originally balanced my wheels and tires did a horrible job and one tire needed to be repositioned on the wheel..I was really worried that I was going to have to throw more money at this car to get it to ride good again but now its real smooth at highway speeds...
