Came in on a Saturday morning and was in and out in one hour flat. 4 brand new tires, mounted, balanced and aligned. Carl was personable, knowledgeable and great sense of humor. He didn’t try to upsell. He just knew his tires and recommended the best size and brand.. great experience!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! Took my vehicle for AC service as it was blowing warm air. Was first told it was a simple electrical issue and was charged $133.75 to “repair”. Picked up car and the air was hit again just 15 minutes later. They looked at it again and then said the compressor needed replacement. Charged $665.55 only for the vehicle to blow hot air less than an hour after pickup. Learned that they put the wrong compressor part in my vehicle AND forgot to install all parts needed for the compressor system. Owner was extremely unprofessional and difficult to talk to. Said mechanic was away for a week and no one else could look at the car. Had to get car fixed at a competent repair shop. Deals on Wheels incompetence cost me an additional $750.10 for the same compressor issue and Deals on Wheels REFUSES to refund me the $665.55 that I paid for a service that they never provided. Grand total of $1,415.65 for a compressor thanks to them. BEWARE OF DEALS ON WHEELS!! DO NOT USE!!

They will tell you one thing then try to charge you double once you arrive. If I could give zero stars, I would. They stated that they said it would cost more for after market rims when they never did. While trying to have a conversation in what resulted, they started to walk away. Completely rude and unprofessional, along with the owner. It made complete since why they were the lowest rated place that offered alignments.

First, I must say, I have NEVER written a negative review on anyone for anything..As a company owner I completely understand the stress and aggravation of running a business, this is why i chalked my first negative experience up to him having a bad day. BUT today was simply overboard with attitude and inconsideration... There is nothing about this guy or his company that would ever cause me to go back there again!

I’m not one to write reviews but the customer service I received was extremely horrible and thus had to write this review. I’ve had my own tires changed at this establishment before. It costed me $20 cash to change and mount my own tire. Recently, I had a tire I needed to change and mount. When I arrived at the establishment, I said to the owner I need to change my tire and he said go park my vehicle and so I complied. I showed the owner the tire I needed to change and my tire in the trunk. The owner said it’s $25 cash. I said, sir I only have $20 cash on me and I’ve changed my tire here before. He looked and said it’s always been $25 with an attitude. I said no it has not, because I’ve changed my tire for my other vehicle over 2 months ago and paid $20 cash. I noticed he doesn’t have great customer service skills at all and I was not about to fight over $5 difference. It was approximately 25 minutes before the shop closed. There was no way I would have been able to make it to the bank and back with the remaining $5 cash. So, I asked can my pay with my card for the amount you are charging? He said with an attitude, no cash only for this service. I didn’t have a problem with the money at all. If the new price is $25cash I’m not going against new prices. I’m very displeased with the level of customer service. His attitude was more so like, I don’t care and I don’t want your money and I don’t want to do the job. Crazy enough I was able to find another tire shop 5 minutes away who charged me more than $25 for the same service and I gladly paid for it with my card. They had great attitude and the level of customer service was great. Customer service does make a big difference in business. I’m not sure if the owner have ever taken a course on customer service prior to opening his shop but I do hope he understands that without customer service, he won’t have much customers and without customers he won’t have a business.

I needed a pair of rear tires and I heard this location had good deals. Not friendly service but they do have a fair selection of tires and the price is very reasonable. The gentleman was pretty much a ‘buy or get outa here’ type of guy. His price was good but I chose not to buy here. I feel like it’s my choice where I spend my money and vocal tone plays a part in that.

Great prices but the owner/manager had an attitude from the time we arrived. When he asked for the wheel lock and car key I guided him towards my car to follow me he states “ I don’t go digging in peoples car” I then told him I never asked you to that was my whole point of walking towards the car myself.Even when he gave me the estimatedTime it would take to inspect the car he saidIt with an attitude. Stay Away- this company responded to come out and replace a tire through a roadside assistance inquiry for a travel trailer. I noticed an anomaly in the tire and wanted to have it replaced. I am not a tire expert. Technician came out and looked at the tire in question and said there was nothing wrong with it and the dimple I saw was just a seam. Then he indicated that a different tire actually needed to be changed. He changed that one. The next day on the road the one I requested he change blew and did damage to side of the camper. Could be a coincidence but I doubt it. When I called the shop to discuss the issue they were defensive, condescending and dismissive.

What an absolute joke this place is. Owner blatantly lies to your face then gets an attitude when you call him out. I called on the phone two different times to confirm that he had a particular used tire size in stock, Then when I get there he blatantly lies to my face saying that nobody answered the phone and said that and that he only has new tires in stock trying to sell me brand new tires instead of the ones I came for. On top of that he proceeds to get in an argument with me and threatens to get physical with me because I called him out on his lie. Would absolutely never recommend this place to anybody even in a desperate dire situation, and I can’t wait until this place gets shut down for his shady business practices.

They charge $10 just to do a “tire inspection.” Sounds okay if youre definitely buying a tire there right? They basically looked at the tire, told us we needed a new one because they couldn’t repair the nail to then tell us they don’t have a used tire for the size we needed .....how frustrating. I’d suggest finding out if they have your tire before having them touch your vehicle. Or just going somewhere else entirely. I’ve never had a tire shop charge a fee just to look at a tire. We went to JJs down the street and got the tire fixed for $10. Thanks JJ for saving the day!

Rushed off the phone while trying to talk to him, rushed in person and has no customer skills when tying to ask questions. If I’m paying you over 2k for rims and tires, I should be able to ask a few questions without the sales person acting like your bothering him in the first 5 minutes. Also quoted me one price over fb market place and then bill was going to be 200 more for exactly what we just talked about . Ive been there 3 times in the past 6 months for small replacements and general maintenance, each time I was told exactly what I was having done and what it would cost, no fuss and no bs. Pricing is more than fair and each time I was back on the road in less than an hour, and my vehicle was better than when I brought it in. Ive been extremely happy with the service I got here, I will continue to give them my business and I would recommend anyone else to ignore the reviews and give them a chance. I didnt read a single review before the first time I went there, I just needed some tires and they were close. This is the place to go when when in need of great service from the automotive world. Kenny gave exceptional service and got me out of there quickly. On top of that, they had in inventory what I was looking for.

Not only are the manager and owner rude, they sold me a bad tire and then wouldnt return the money or put the $80 toward a new tire. I understand and know now that they have a 24-hour return policy (which theyre apparently doing people a favor by even offering that), but when I called within 24-hours to report my tire was flat, the owner didnt tell me of that policy. It wasnt until I brought the tire in on the following Saturday because I work during the hours theyre open during the week, that they told me about the policy (and it was obvious I hadnt driven on the tire, Id taken it off immediately to avoid using it). I regret giving them my money and will be telling my friends and family not to use their services. Its worth an extra $40 to ensure a safe tire, and that Im not just giving money away.

Arrived with a spare on my car and left with a used full size tire in less than 10 minutes! He wasn’t very conversational but that’s not what you go there for. He also topped off my spare tire’s pressure level and put it back in my trunk after. Very affordable prices! Will definitely go back when I need another tire!

What kind of business cant even tell you over the phone their inventory of a certain size used tire? Im driving an hour to see that they might have it but told theyre losing business by looking for my request over the phone?!

My husband recommended this place and I value his opinion. I needed wheels - I opted for new ones - I probably could have bartered but I didn’t. We felt like we got a good price for new wheels with balance and alignment. Service is freakishly fast - staff is friendly - and no BS suggestions - had us out within 30 minutes. For those of you looking to be coddled by a salaried salesman please go to a well advertised regional tire shop and have ur wallet drained. That way you will not be at this place pouting the next time I need new tires on one of my vehicles. The owner/manager Jeffrey at Deals On Wheels is a busy no-nonsense professional that understands time is money. I had four new high speed rated low-profile 22” 114V tires (Mounted, high spin balanced and installed plus a wheel alignment) done on my ‘18 Suburban in 40 mins. That 40 minutes included paperwork and payment of $916 total. That’s at a minimum of 20% lower than anywhere else running a so called “Special” with generic high speed tires and I didn’t have to sit in a waiting room for 2 hours or more. Atlas brand tires made in China and that’s fine with me because all I care about is the tires are safe, quite and stay that way for 30K+ miles. I could not be happier with these tires so far. This place is quick and extremely no BS professional. When I’m looking to make new friends I go to a current friend’s party or to a neighborhood hangout, not to a tire shop. The fact alone that Jeffrey is there 7 days a week makes this place highly rated in my book. Non snowflakes with a personality will actually find Jeffrey to be an interesting man with a fascinating story and background, if he is not swamped with customers that is, which happens often. Next!

I’ve been a technician for over 25 years and recently opened my own repair facility. My new shop doesn’t have an alignment machine and I needed an alignment on my 1993 wrangler after rebuilding the entire steering system. For anyone who knows cars, they know this vehicle is one of the tougher ones to align correctly. The guys here at Deals On Wheels did a fantastic job and I’ll be back!

The tool who runs this place dnt knw how to talk to ppl... he also said nobody carries the used tire I was looking for trying to get me to buy new tire for $100. I then went to ECONOMY TIRE on 25th st. and got my tire for under $40. Dnt do business with this place.

Guy on the phone for a quote was great. Showed up and the owner took over. Talked himself out of a sale by being a total jerk. Ended up going to tire kingdom on northlake and had an awesome experience.

Today was my 3rd experience with Deals on Wheels and I have to say it is the best tire place in Palm Beach hands down. He was open on a holiday and had the tire stocked that I needed when all the big names didn’t have it, he also has great prices for your vehicle no matter the make or models. The owner is hilarious and anyone who says he has a bad temper or is just being petty. Pulled in today, a Sunday afternoon. I needed 2 tires and an alignment. The owner was great. He brought out chairs for my mom and I to sit outside in the sun since he stated the shop was much colder than outside. He had us out of there in a blink of an eye.He pointed a few things out that need to be done and Ill definitely be back next weekend to get them done. The owner an one employee are extremely rude they made me feel like I should have never went to the establishment I was the only customer and they just talked to me like a child then put a cracked tire cap on my car and my tire says 51 psi an they put 28 psi not only that it was so strange that they only have a $50 dollar tire if you pay cash some under the table stuff is going on...

I would not advise anyone to bring their vehicle to Deals on Wheels of the Palm Beaches. The service I received from the owner Jeff was poor, I asked if he had a particular product and he ensured me that he had exactly what I wanted. I explained to him that most establishments would have to order the particular tire I requested and he ensured me he had the product. Hes exact words were, We are a tire shop, we have what you need. He removed the existing tire and began the process to mount the new tire when I notice the treads were not the same. I told Jeff that I needed a particular tire and what he was attempting to mount on my vehicle would not be satisfactory. He said that the tires I had on my vehicle were a waste of money they were too expensive and he would never carry a bridgestone tire. After his statement I knew he never had the tire to began with and he was set on making a sale and less interested in giving me the product I requested. Jeff proceeded to talk me into buying the tire that I did not want. I currently have performance grade tires on my vehicle so I explained to him that If he would give me my old tire I would be on my way he refused to do so. Ultimately, I had to call law enforcement to resolve this particular issue and they told me that they could not intervene but they could keep the peace. I am so upset with Deals on Wheels I refuse to drive on Shawnee Ave so I do not have to relive that moment. Please stay away from this establishment I read the google reviews after my experience and I was not the only one who had an issue with Deals on Wheels. If I could give a negative star review I would. If you value your time, money, and want to be treated fairly do not do business with Deals on Wheels. The owner is very deceptive and this is not his first time treating a customer poorly read the reviews.

My car was shaking uncontrollably while headed to lion Country Safari.they was the only place open on a Sunday that in its self was 5 star. The owner diagnosed my problem and I literally was out in 30 mins. I was more than impressed with the service so I left a 20 dollar tip! I live in Miami and I will be driving back to this place for any tire or rim service I need. Thanks again brother god bless your shop!!!

Went there for an oil change. 1st time there. Owner operated which is great because you get honesty. The quickness and accuracy of repairs is awesome and I will be back there for regular maintenance or whatever my vehicle needs.

When I got there last week I sealed with Kenny he didnt introduce him self nor I catch his name, I was trying to get repairs for my car, then he made a $42.50 inspection on my car, no paperwork other than what he wrote on a piece of paper, so after that I went ahead and got an estimate from them about $2000.00 I made a $200 deposit for the whole thing then a week passed and I called on Friday since I didnt get any call from them for a follow up, then I called Friday afternoon and talked to Jeffrey, he was rude and no help, probably having a bad day then I decided not to do the job with them anymore, so they said they will keep the $200 deposit for their trouble since that I tried to talk to the owner and he was busy and told me to wait, I know how this go, and dont have the time to do this, its not worth it, they overcharge $100 bucks for material thats why they discount you on the labor its a rip-off!!!! I bought what I thought was a good used tire for $80. Went flat the next day (no nails or anything) and because of their 24-hour policy they wouldn’t repair or replace it. The guy sprayed it with soapy water and it was obviously a bad tire. I regret trying to contribute to the small business and won’t be buying any more tires from the place.

Sunday, Im at a place that rhymes with met toys. They had a tire ad online, that wasnt the same as what they actually were being sold for, but I went ahead and agreed to the deal. Its Sunday, what am I supposed to do? I had my old tires and rims in the back of my pickup. After several minutes go by, I started a Google search for tire shops in West Palm Beach, FL., because nobody seemed in much of a rush here. I saw Deals On Wheels, checked the reviews. Not too many good ones. Challenge accepted! Called, spoke with the owner, told him where I was and my situation. He said, you get here, youll leave in fifteen minutes or less. Fifteen minutes later, I was there, another fifteen minutes later, Ive got two brand new tires, mounted, balanced, and after the financial business, they were place in my truck. Told the owner about the reviews, he replied, Ive got tires, you need tires. I need to make a living. I dont care about your kids, I dont care what you are doing for dinner. I dont have time for chat. So Im a bad guy? I have other customers waiting for me. If I dont rush you through, the next guy waits, and gets upset at how long it takes. So, I work more, talk less. I get it. Ill be back again!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I should have read the reviews first! I had them check my 2015 truck for an A/C repair and after waiting all day because they ordered the wrong part the mechanic just left in the middle of the job. Literally said “I have to catch my bus” and left. When I finally got the truck back at the end of the day the glovebox was in the back seat, the passenger side window was stuck in the down position, the key fob no longer worked and my power door locks on the driver’s side didn’t work. Not to mention the A/C still wasn’t working. The owner then blamed everything on the truck saying the parts were just bad. Even though they all worked fine when I brought the truck in. I then had to take my truck to the dealership for a diagnostic to find out everything Deals on Wheels ruined. They told me there was no longer a motor in the window. So I went back to Deal on Wheels to get my motor and they refused to give it back! The manager has no respect for his customers. You will see it when you first get there! The entire service team are rude and completely unprofessional. It’s going to cost me at least $1,000 in repairs just to fix what Deal on Wheels broke/stole on my truck. I’ll be speaking to a lawyer to see what recourse I may have. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here!!

I bought a set of new tires here. After a week both front tires would be very low on air. Filled them up, back to half pressure by end of the day. Brought car back in and was told to speak to owner. At the time the owner was verbally abusing one of his employees. Horrifically berating him and doing it in front of customers in the front parking lot. I spoke to him and he said that he wouldnt have time to speak to me for an hour. Then one of his employees approached me and advised that per the owner he would check them for $10 a tire to see if there was anything in them. I had already done that and suggested it was something else. I was told the owner only guarantees tires same day. This was said while the employee was standing under the guarantee sign.

The owner was very rude. He snapped and basically told us to walk. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

I found this place on google, called them up and went in right away. Spoke to Jeffery- he hooked up my corolla with 4 tires for a fair price. It didn’t take them long and I wasn’t charged an arm and a leg.

Worst customer service. Prices are average, not great. I went there today and was met rudely by a tall man who proceeded not to even look at me while speaking to with disrespect. I would say if your tire blows and they are within walking distance, call a tow company and go somewhere else. Not worth it.

After 3 weeks of letting my car sit I was given a quote of $1200, after being told they could not produce a price for parts and would attempt to get used parts. Furthermore I was addressed by both the owner and the manager Kenny to be told they don’t provide quotes on used parts. I was charged over $300 for diagnostic fee for my car to sit and not be worked on. To be met with an attitude mainly because I am a woman and perceived as ignorant to auto repairs. Good people! I was in a pickle--I had a screw in my right passenger tire. It was the end of the day on a Sunday and I was travelling between Miami and Orlando. I called several places around and got nasty attitudes and long wait times. I called Deals on Wheels and they saw me immediately, were courteous and priced low. I went there, they fixed my tire on the spot and for free. Their help at that time was priceless.

If have tough skin and dont expect good customer service but want to get a good and fast service at a great price then look no further.PS park your car and come out of it if you want service. Or else...

First let me start out by saying that my parents owned a shop my entire life so Im really picky when it comes to getting my car worked on....With that being said, I couldnt be happier with this place! The owner really knows his stuff and is very straight forward and to the point, a rare quality to find these days! We had to get 2 new tires and an alignment and were out in under 45 minutes. Not only was the owner great but his entire crew seems to be really good as well, couldnt help but to observe them while waiting on my car. They were just as fast and efficient with everyone as they were with us. Couldnt help to feel like I was back in my parents shop :) I eagerly recommend this shop to anyone that needs some TLC for their vehicles!!

Quick service, competitive prices.Upon mounting 4 new tires, a brake line started leaking as I started the car in their parking lot.Up on a lift,the old we wont let you drive this car. Two days wait time.Asked how does a 74 year old disabled man, without access to his cane, up on the lift, get home.Walked 4.2 miles to my condo. Took almost 4 hours. It was Hell.Got to say it, making an old man walk home, when rough installation ruptured a rusty brake line be your guide.

Right now- forget all your other tire places youve gone to over the years and probably over spent or waited 7 hours * promised to be in and out* for a 10 min job, DEALS ON WHEELS is the only place in WPB that will give you honesty, knowledge and wont waste your precious time for a simple tire change or tire plug or tire rotation. ive been going there for about 4 years. seriously I am IN and OUT tops- 20 min. the tires are good. You cant control what is on the road, but you can control the tire you get. inspect the tire, maybe do some research on tires, you should do this ANYWHERE YOU GO They dont BS you. they dont get commission so there is no sale trickery into getting you to buy something you probably dont need or can get else where cheaper.. Deals on Wheels have always been great with service, fast, efficient and great prices. Ive been to tires plus which they sold me a faulty tire that i waited 8 hours for, Ive never had good service there, always SUPER over priced for a simple fix. wasted whole days there, been told they can sell me a tire at cost price, which after taxes and fees .. comes out to the same price as a new tire- therefore no point in trying to negotiate with people who dont care about you, all they care about is the sell. Deals on Wheels is loyal and true to their clients. and wouldnt you want someone who is looking out for YOUR best interest/safety.. not the sell.

The owner is so rude. Quoted me a price for Evergreen tires and installed Aoteli tires without my consent. Wouldnt let me in his shop to check out the tires he was installing. I paid for my tires and realized he installed a different tire on my car. His response to me was it didnt matter what f...king tires you put on your car because of the gravel roads in Florida .If I could give him negative stars I would have!!! Stay away from this business he is a rip off and doesnt deserve to be in business. Customers deserve to get what they agree with the business owner and not get ripped off!!!! Go to a real tire store. The tires he sold me I found out from a pro was made in 04/2014 . I questioned it because after a week on my car they were turning brown because they were in his shop so long meaning they were dry rotten. Stay clear of this place

I wish there could be a negative review. I doubted using them, but i thought, they have been around for a long time. But unfortunately i was wrong. Even after specifically asking to be careful with wheels, they ended up scratching badly one of them. I cant say which of the employees did the work, but in general the manager is very dismissing snd does not take any responsibility whatsoever.

I love this place.....I hit a pot hole and only needed one tire....and you know how that goes - if your tire has wear you have to get two. Well, I didnt feel like spending over $570 on two tires, so I went to Deals on Wheels. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful, knows the inventory by memory and rolled out 2 or 3 of my exact same tire and found one with almost the same amount of wear so that I only had to purchase one and at 1/3 of the price I would have paid for a new one installed. The took off my donut and put my new tire on in a matter of minutes and I was on my way!!!! Everyone was friendly - professional and knowledgeable. I wont be going anywhere else for tires in the future!

I cant say thank you enough for helping my out today. I can in to get a new tire and you saved me from a disaster by showing my that one of my other tires was about to blow. I had no idea how dangerous it was for me to be driving. You went the extra mile and got me back on the road safe. Thank you again!
