I brought my car to a different mechanic that said I needed $2500 worth of work done. When I spoke with the gentlemen of Master Techs they said they could do the same job for just under $2000. Upon further inspection of my car, Master Techs found that I did not need a majority of the services the first mechanic claimed I needed. I ended up saving $1100 thanks to Master Techs Auto Repair!I would recommend this place because they are honest, have fair pricing, and my overall experience with their staff was pleasant. I own Junk King Palm Beach and have had a hard time finding a great mechanic. I went into the shop very nice, professional young man helped me. I told him I have 3 dump trucks each with different issues. He fixed each in the time frame I needed and that he quoted, price was reasonable, communication was great. He will now have my forever business.

I live right behind this garage. I went there asking them to replace the starter but instead a key was made and yet they still billed for a new starter. Going home I noticed what they had done so I went back and asked for my old starter. They could not find it or the new starter box for reasons mentioned above.

I have had several great experiences with Master Tech with a Mazda 5 and a Ford ranger. Two of these experiences were to correct bad repairs from another garage. My Mazda 5 had a coolant leak. I had taken the car to a radiator repair garage where a new radiator cooling motor was installed. Within a week there was a coolant leak. I returned to the radiator shop where a new connector was installed and the shop tried to charge me for the connector. I agreed to pay half. Subsequent to that there was another radiator failure. I took the Mazda to Master Tech where the coolant system was repaired properly. My Ford Ranger had a seeping “oil leak”. I took the truck to a garage to correct the leak. I spent a huge amount of money on “This additional repair is needed and it assures a long life for your truck” repairs ranging from transmission repair to power steering repair. The truck was returned with major problems. Within a month the truck had a major oil leak and power steering fluid leak. Master Tech corrected the leaks and the truck is fine.Master Tech is a singularly outstanding company. The technicians provide minor courtesy repairs. The shop is equipped with high tech trouble shooting and repair equipment and the pricing is fair. The waiting area is clean, family friendly and has courtesy coffee. This is my “GO-TO shop for my vehicle maintenance needs.

I’m not a fan of most mechanic, in the past I’ve had a few talk to me as if I didn’t know anything about cars and than try to over charge me. So going here I’ve spoke with Anthony regarding a few issues with my prelude. He is very respectful, honest and took care of my driver side axel for me. I would definitely recommend taking your car to them. They are professional (fast, reliable, friendly and have reasonable pricing). I will definitely keep taking my car here for future work!

I like Master Tech‘s a lot! The people that work there are really nice and informative about work that needs to be done and why. I don’t feel like they ripped me off or tried to get me to spend more than is needed. I just wish it took a little bit less time to get everything done. We just came in for two oil changes and it took awhile. If you go in knowing that it’s going to take some time, you’ll be fine.

Over the years I’ve used several mechanics but none of them compare to the service I received at Master Tech. Not only were they professional and honest but they cared. They stayed in constant contact with me while diagnosed the problem with the car and then offered me options on what I could do to fix it. On top of all of this I received a one year warranty on the work they did. And of course I wasn’t planning on the car breaking down so this wasn’t something I had budgeted for but Chris at Master Tech was more than understanding and gave me the time I needed to put the money together and pick up the car. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for anything from a tune-up to fully rebuilding the engine on a vintage car like they did for me! These guys are awesome! I just moved into the neighborhood so am new to Florida but needed some assistance with my A/C and Master Techs is right outside my door practically. They serviced my car but charged me nothing. They said the controls were set wrong. Then recently I had them change the oil and asked them to check the battery but they said the battery is fine no need to replace at this time. Needless to say, I am overjoyed by their integrity and honesty. In a world where getting ripped off is far too common, its comforting to know there are still some good guys around. I was told that I may have an exhaust leak and was recommended to come to MasterTech. The technician explained that there was no leak just a mount that wasn’t securely fastened. My husband and I were able to walk next door to Taste of India and enjoy lunch while waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Chris, the owner, has done a nice job of setting up a waiting area with a water cooler and Keurig machine so its a bit more pleasant when we do stay on site to wait.

My husband and I took our Honda Accord to Master Tech for an oil change, as we had a coupon for a good price. Actually, out of the many coupons we receive, this one had the best price.My husband asked them to check out some things on the car, and they gave us a report indicating an alignment was needed, and offered us a discount for a special they had going.The mechanics said the struts also needed replacing, which is a very expensive job, so we opted not to do that at this time since weve been considering replacing the car. There was no high pressure to do these jobs, which was refreshing! Very pleasant mechanic and easy to do business with.My husband also asked them to balance the tires, and when we drove on the highway, the car was so much smoother than it had been in a long time, so obviously, they know what theyre doing there. The car seemed a lot smoother after oil change, too. Cars happy, owners happy!They have a nice, clean waiting room with tv and free coffee. A little bonus when you have to wait for a while.We will definitely return to this shop when we need repairs or servicing of our car again!

Anthony (supposedly owner of son) refused to accept car for conventional oil change, saying it requires Synthetic.Told me the dealership and other auto repair shops lied to me all the times they’ve serviced the vehicle because they want my engine to die.Pictured is my owners manuel which calls for conventional oil.Avoid these scammers.

Returned my car to master tech because it was still running rough and check engine light was on. This time they found the problem quickly and did the repair in record time so I could keep a scheduled lunch appointment. CHRIS IS FANTASTIC!!! When Chris opened the doors to his shop a few years ago, I took a chance and got an oil change. He was courteous, quick, fair, and most important he is straight up honest. Little did I know that within a few months I would need to get my transmission replaced. I liked the service I originally got from Chris, and went back to him for that really big work. That was five years ago. He gave me a one year warranty, and it is still going strong! Tires? Lasted well beyond what most dealers would have given, and he did the rotation quick and free! Now, with the economy still in the toilet, Im still using the same truck and Chris is still working on it. It aint a perfect truck, but he keeps it running great, and he keeps me safe on the road. I trust him. He is honest, and in todays world, that is a very rare thing.

This is a big city car garage, you got ripped off and talked tough - when else would you expect? ... I go out of my way to drive 2 hours to see an honest car mechanic to avoid people like this. On the good side they never broke anything on purpose but they just charge me an arm and a leg for it - the most expensive possible solutions they can think of. Like going to a doctor for a broken finger nail, and they tell you that you will need a whole new finger and reconstructive surgery.

Had been a customer for about 3 years until my visit last week. Went in for a simple oil change tire repair brake check and battery install. They put in the wrong battery left the broken holder battery holder under the hood with battery acid on it. I had told them there was some battery acid damage and they said it was like that when they got the car. Well even if it was like that you do not place the battery in the car without securing it or at least telling me that it was not secured. The car should not have left the shop, the tech said he only does what he is told which is an excuse for poor service. I had to jury rig a way to secure the battery and in doing so cut my hands. Since the battery is the wrong type I had no other option. They should forget about repairing the scrap metal Mustang in there yard if they cannot replace a battery. I am going to have my car serviced by a competent tech in the future. I wonder if they checked my front brakes as I asked or even changed the oil. I may dispute the 20.00 battery installation fee with my credit card company.

BEWARE!!! I brought my truck in to get serviced. Chris the owner called me and said it needed a fuel injector and a fuel module. $3000 later they ended up doing other work that I was never told about or agreed-upon. I drove the truck back home to New Jersey after spending all that money and parked my truck and was not able to start it a few days later. Upon bringing it to a trustworthy mechanic back home they revealed that master tech had damaged my vehicle while making their repairs. They had no knowledge of the type of work they were doing and should not have touched my truck. There were even missing bolts and parts from my vehicle. After spending $3000 with Mastertech. I now need to spend another $5000 due to the damage caused by Mastertech. I have called numerous times and poke to the owner Chris and he denies any wrongdoing and is not willing to make this right in anyway. I would advise to stay away from these Dishonest crooks and take your vehicle elsewhere. They should not be in business!!

I own a car dealership in Kansas City. I buy cars from all over the US. We were loading the cars we purchased in Palm Beach and had one that had issues we were unaware of. It seemed as if the transmission wasnt working, and an issue like that means the car doesnt go back with us, and will be resold wholesale where it was bought. To be sure, I took it to Master Techs to get a diagnosis. They found that the car had been tampered with at auction and just needed to have a sensor plugged back in, a very small fix. They had the car fixed and ready within hours. After dealing with mechanics all over the country, I can attest these guys are honest and know their stuff, and in this business that is something rare and special. I wish I could have their shop in Kansas City, I would be their best customer.

I gave this place one star because I had too otherwise they would get 0 stars. I took my car there because I thought they were good according to their reviews, what a huge mistake. First of all the owner Chris likes to talk down to women and be little them. I grew up around cars, Im not an idiot but apparently because Im a female he couldnt be bothered with me except to cop a look down my shirt every chance he could while we spoke. So fair warning women stay away from this shop and this creepy perverted owner. As for my car he didnt repair it correctly and I had to take it to another shop.

Terrible experience . They identified the issue, gave me a price point only to call back hrs later saying its going to be more . Fine . I get my car back and I literally drive off the lot and the car breaks down again . If they would have test drove the car this couldve been avoided. Its called being thorough, which they are not. Had to walk a mile to work and have them tow it to the shop (Heres the kicker) They charged me for it . Mechanic tells me now the starter is the issue and proclaims my starter is the issue and swaps it out . Exactly one week later Im having the same exact issue, and now its something else and I have to pay upwards of $2000 to get it fixed . I like my mechanics transparent and they are not . These guys are patchworkers who suck you in then try to hit you over the head . And to throw salt on the wound they left my car as dirty as can be not even decent enough to remove the dirty floor mat they placed in my car . I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

When you drive a vehicle for 20 years and put over 400,000 miles on it, you are very particular about who you want to work on it. My rear differential needed work and I called Master Techs Auto Repair. They took the vehicle in and not only repaired it, but installed parts that were better than the original ones. While my truck was up on the rack, I asked them to look for a gas leak in the tank. Turns out there was a rusted hole in the top. They found a new replacement tank and sender unit and installed them. All at a reasonable price. My truck is ready for the next 400,000 miles.

I wouldnt trust my vehicles to anyone else! Great place, excellent staff, honest and high quality service! This place goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible.
