I received an exceptional service from Ramia L. Not only did I find what I was looking for but purchased some extra suggestions from my sales associate. She was patient and so kind. Also very knowledgeable the products and where they were placed. Well versed in all the departments. I love the store and her.

Awful management who completely ignored me when I tried to tell him that a item was on sale and was charged regular price!!Cashier didnt know what she was doing and was rude!!Charged me the regular price of an item that was on sale and I told them and showed them the picture that I took of the sale tag but they told me it wasnt the same item it wasnt until I got home I knew I was right when I told them it was the same Dammm item its not even about the dollar difference its the fact that they didnt even know which item was on sale when the picture I showed them clearly show the same name and ounce of the item!!!So I guess they thought i couldnt read because they told me NO its not as if I was lieing!!Just terrible!

I can say this for a first time shopper, it was a great experience shopping for me. Especially with the help from Ramia. She found exactly what i was looking for and i would recommend anybody to her. Huge thanks to you!

I purchased a full lace wig from them with a tag saying it was 22 inches. When I got home it wouldn’t even be 18 inches on a good day no matter how you turn it. I spoke with a manager at the store which was unable to help. So I called the corporate office and was told someone would call me back in 48hrs. It’s been a week and nobody has called back yet. I sure won’t be buying anymore wigs from them. If a wig is 22 inches you would SEE it. There was not one hair on that wig 22 inches long. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Hard to shop for wigs when you can only try on two. The pandemic is the reason but it seem as though they could find other sanitary methods that would allow customers to try on more than 2.

I wish there was a beauty supply like this in Ft Myers. Greeted as soon as I walked in and directed towards the product I was searching for. Asked another associate about how to use the product and she was extremely helpful. The store is a decent sized beauty supply and its clean and well kept. Prices are what I expected. My checkout experience was very friendly and fast. Ill definitely frequent this location when Im in town again.

Bought a blonde wig for my birthday costing over $200 which the sales girl shamelessly convinced me it’s 100% human hair that was a complete lie it was synthetic hair. Literally couldn’t be wore after 1 install.

I bought a large spool of thread and a razor for my eye brows.The thread started falling apart smh.I didn’t have any more thread to continue sewing in my hair so now have tracks falling out of my head.The razor I bought was 2$1.00 now I know why The razor cut my eye lid and didn’t take any hair off smfh.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out which hair I needed based on my hair color. Would recommend and definitely will be going back very soon!

I like this place but it definitely depends on the location and how good your customer service is going to be. I used to go to the location located in Pompano Beach on Atlantic they relocated to a bigger facility married nice staff usually friendly although it may take you awhile to flag somebody down if youre looking for wigs. I also go to the location thats in West Palm Beach on Military. Customer service is really good there. But they dont seem to have as largest selection as the location and Pompano which is twice the size almost.

This is my go to beauty supply store. Not only is it huge but the staff is always pleasant and helpful and their hours of operation is very convenient, open until 9pm on Sundays. I would suggest getting their VIP card, which is only $10 for an entire year and it saves you money each time you go. I like this store and would recommend checking them out.

This is a very quiet place to shop in Peace for any hair product! They do sew in right the the building! The service is top of the line! Prices are a bit steep but its worth every dollar! You pay for what you get, dont be cheap! Love the staff, very honest and consistent with serving!

If you like beauty products- this is your place ! There is a product for almost anything you can imagine. My daughter, who loves hair extensions, almost fainted when she went in here. Instead of wallpaper, there is hair to the ceiling. The salespeople will spend endless time matching your color and the prices are reasonable. They also sell wigs, fashion jewelry, and skin and hair products that are unlimited . There is a hair salon on inside this store which seems to cater to ethnic hair styles.

The majority of the time I go there the staff is very helpful and patient. They politely hold your items upfront if you have an impulse to go back and get something else. The ladies in the wig department are very helpful in finding the right wig and styling products.

This is so far the largest Elegant Beauty Ive been to. It has everything you could need as a client, shopper, student learning cosmetology or even a professional stylist. I would have given it 5 stars but they need more employees out on the floor and employees should have better customer service skills

Very unprofessional place. I brought back hair that had clearly been used and the clerk said “we don’t refund.” When I explained to her that I would call American Express and have them refund she then agreed to refund (with an attitude). To make matters worse the manager came running out scolding the clerk for refunding. The clerk was so scared she told manager she was going to pay out of her pocket. The manager never acknowledged me or said I’m sorry or anything. The clerk also was laughing and mocking me. Do not shop here. They do not value customers and don’t deserve business. They just lost a loyal customer over $10.00. Stupid.

These people are very dishonest. A few weeks ago, I was urgently in need of a hair do for a function. I purchased a wig from them for $150 that they claimed is human hair. I was suspicious of the quality of the wig but because I needed it I took my chances.I found out later through testing that it is not human hair. Not even close. I would not even think of returning because their customer service is extremely poor. Ladies, please find a better place to spend your money.

The best store for hair products with excellent customer service! If you dont have your VIP card you wont get a discount although when you sign up for your VIP card your ex all your personal information and they dont keep track of it. Only Elegant Beauty in Delray Beach keeps your information and the system, therefore if you forget your card, they can look look you up by your phone number.

The girl who helped me was very nice and also the cashier. Their prices are amazing on their wigs and other stuff.

Ive never had anything cosmetically done before so I wanted to really do my research before going for it. After doing research and finding Elegant Beauty Supplies not only had the best reviews, they also had great documentation of their clients procedures/before & afters which ultimately led me to believe they were the best place to get my first lip fillers done.

I have the V.I.P card which comes in handy because everything I happen to buy is like $3-$10 cheaper compared to if I wasnt V.I.P

The wigs are horrible. Lack of service. Rude teenagers who work there who doesn’t really need a job. Next time hire someone who wants to work and who is not rude and think they are in the streets.

You can find everything here. If you are buying rubber bands for hair here be careful they break very easy and are not worth the purchase.
