This was my first time ever visiting this store, I must say I was impressed! Everything was in order and the store itself was very clean. They have everything acrylic, I will be coming here from now on instead of purchasing online I love it! And the sales associate Madison was extremely kind and helpful! I am absolutely in love with this line… everything I’ve had the opportunity to use looks absolutely amazing on my clientele. The Gel colors are beautiful and the consistency is marvelous you don’t even need to use 2 coats if you don’t need. All the cover colors are beautiful and be it that I blend to customize a color for my clients they always fit the bill. Try it for yourself and you won’t be sorry (My Opinion & I almost didn’t try)!

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered a nail table even since March 2021. It was taking to long so I wanted to cancel but the service lady (Ashley) said my order had shipped and was on its way, and that I would have to refuse the order when it arrived. I did receive the nail table vent, but not the table. I waited a month and heard nothing back, before I disputed this charge with my card company. Fast forward I still haven’t seen my money yet as of today August 5, 2021. They told me check with my financial institutions, because they had refused my money, so I did and they said nothing has yet to return to my card. This is so unprofessional. I can’t believe that this big name company is giving me the run around like this. I have sent several email and have tried to call but call you get is their voicemail to leave a message. I want my refund that is owed to me. I will never order from them again!!! Very unprofessional

I placed my order of over $200, over two weeks ago and I still have not even received confirmation that my package is in transit yet over 2 WEEKS LATER 🤦🏻‍♀️Mind you I am located in the same state as them just a different city. This is absolutely ridiculous for my first time purchasing from Valentino and probably my last. I have ordered from other nail supply stores across the US days after I placed my order with Valentino and I have already received my other packages in a timely matter with no problem. Therefore they cannot blame it on the mail system being slow due to COVID-19 Because obviously it is just their company that is having issues. They need to do better. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company. Hopefully the products are well worth the terribly long wait. Thankfully there are still some other beauty supply stores that genuinely care for the satisfaction of their customers. Fingers crossed. 🤞🏼

My credit card was compromised when someone tried to order from this website. The customer service agent was very rude to the investigator. In other words, they do not want to cooperate when fraud is knowingly committed.

The colors are pretty but the quality is inconsistent. Sometimes I get little white dots in the acrylic and it looks ugly.

Ordered weeks ago and still havent recieved my order....Ive ordered from amazon and other places twice and have everything. Not to mention they put the wrong zip on my order when clearly they was careless bc I put the right zip! Now my package is lost! Ill never order from here again

Recently just went to Valentino’s store and the staff was amazing ! Honestly best service ever ! I went in for nail supplies and got life advice and acrylic powder lol! These people were really helpful and super nice! The powders are amazing and soft to the touch ! Best experience and product ever !

Ordered a collection and when arrived some had spilled and it was a mess. Noticed how two don’t close all the way, i don’t think i’ll be ordering again.

Although I am not an active nail tech, however I am a salon owner, my nail techs and now myClients WANT this product. Our trips to the showroom are so exciting and everyone there is so helpful and educational, including David himself. My staff describes these products as the Cadillac of acrylics! The top coat, Ooooo, the top coat, is still super shiny, even after a 3 week old nail client comes back.I am so happy to have found Valentino, which now is a trusted, consistent brand in my salon. This machine has changed my life! I was beginning to develop skin rash from the excessive amounts of dust. I no longer have that problem. I would also get headaches by the end of the day when using lots of acrylic, which no longer happens. Thank you Valentino beauty pure for creating such a great machine to keep us healthy.
