Good tires. Even tho i called ahead they were training a new guy so there was a bit of confusion goin on. But all in all good service @ an affordable rate. Will be using them again 😜👍

An economic version of a ture place. Prices are very decent for used tires and thats what attracts locals to this place. The people there are also very nice. However. If you are looking for a waiting room while you are getting a tire put on, or looking for a place to sit down in cool air, then this isnt the right place for you.

After the guys at Tire Kingdom tried to scan me into new tires even though there was plenty of tread left on the tires they had already sold me a year a year ago I found Speedys while looking for a place that would rotate my tires without trying to scam me Into buying new tires I didnt need, and I couldnt be happier. I used to work in a place similar to this when I was a kid so I was carefully watching the guy who did my rotation and he removed and replaced my tires perfectly, cross tightening the log nuts exactly the way youre supposed to. I was thrilled at the service and affordability, thank you Speedys Tires!!!

Unprofessional and tacky. You get what you pay for. Their mannerism is unethical. I guarantee you they dont meet ASE standards with the way they conduct business. But if you are in dire need and youre desperate, than more power to you. I just hope you have a better experience than I did. Extortion prices, none of their OE(original equipment) equipment falls in line with their DOT.

The lady Jackie is HORRIBLE to her new employees and veterans. There is no sense of professionalism, respect, or communication. How are you supposed to be Scotts (alleged boss man) wife carrying on like that. Clocking people in several minutes AFTER they have arrived on site, yelling at employees asking for help when you dont provide the proper training in the first place, AND having an attitude 24/7 creating a hostile environment. As long as this is being allowed, Speedys WILL run away good employees and valuable customers and they WILL meet their match one of these days BELIEVE ME.P.S. I will happily give my email to anyone who would like to inquire or discuss this further.

Do not go there worst customer service ever I bought a tire for not even a month and it popped cause they give me a dry tire and it was old they refused to replace it they want me to buy another one and the manager over is no help what’s so ever didn’t even try to work anything out ……. Waited two hours for them to tell me the tire they had weren’t any good. Then she tries to sell me two brand new tires and come to find out that they actually had a good used tire. Then when I was cashing out they charged me $60 for one used tire. I’ve been buying used tires for years and have never paid $60 for one tire. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you like throwing away money.

Amazing service!!!! The owner was super helpful and accommodating! We came with a flat tire and the shop looks kinda old and dirty. I thought that they won’t be able to fix my car, which is a luxury suv. But they did fix it ! Pretty quick too! Great service!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Recently had a tire change at this location. Drove off and my car sensor still showed it had a flat. Continued home because it takes about 10min to reset. The following day it still showed I had a flat, checked my tire and the sensor was missing/broken!! I went back and they couldn’t do anything about it. Everyone caught amnesia. I do not recommend! They will break something from your vehicle and not own up.

Simple things are good... I purchase my own oil (because most places use crummy cheap oil) and filter for them to change. Tire rotations. No one is ASE certified so dont expect too much in regards to major repairs. Used tires CHEAP

WORST PLACE EVER. I waited 6 hours just for alignments and brakes on my car. So basically if you dont mind spending your day there, go for it. Also, I had to come back the next morning and waited for an additional 4 hours. The lady April, who is at the office was so unprofessional and was yelling at unsatisfied customers and the mechanic are scared of her, they can’t really help. She only cares about charging people. I spent roughly $250 there and my car is still not fixed, matter of fact, it got worst.IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GO THERE, THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!! That’s a shame for a business in the community, it’s affordable but what’s the point of people less for service and destroy your car. Also, Roshwn Young, do better for the community. Make sure your front desk is trained professional and make changes so you can run a proper business. IT IS NOT THE PERSON(CUSTOMERS); I’VE BEEN 3 TIMES THERE,SPENT 11 HRS TOTAL ON THE SAME MECHANICAL ISSUES WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EASY FIX, THEREFORE, IT’S THE BUSINESS !

Its cheap, but you will pay substantially more with your time and aggravation. After 3+ hrs, i was taking off the wheels myself and putting them back on just to get out of there before they closed and left me in the parking lot with my my vehicle on jacks. The employees wanted to finish the job but the big mad black women in charge was nagging and yelling at the hard working employees to to leave my vehicle unfinished because she wanted to go home. She allowed someone else to go ahead of me because I am white and he was black and he was cool with her. Speedys is the absolute worst place to go for anything. One star is extremely generous. Ive been patronizing Speedys for years mainly because of the competitive pricing and the quality of service. Today was my last visit. The lady working the office this morning was very rude and unprofessional. She was attempting to get tech support for the cash register and was rude to the guy on the phone. While getting support for the register, she was on another phone with DirecTv attempting to get another payment extension for her home services. Due to her negligence my 15 minute visit turned into about 50 minutes. I feel for both the employees there this morning because they couldnt even focus on one task because she was literally pulling their arms in a different direction.

When you’re at the point where you have to call the cops because you can’t get your car you’re at the WRONG place. If a shop can’t seem to make time to fix your car despite you being understanding an return 3 days in a row because they’re ‘so overwhelmed’ and they don’t have professional mechanics that show up to work you’re at the WRONG place. If a shop lacks systems to manage the flow of customers despite you being there first thing in the morning..you’re at the WRONG place. To top it all off they lack accountability

Wasted 7 hours for a tire valve replacement.

I stopped to replace my tires stem valve. The lady was kind of rude, i didnt feel like giving them a chance after a first impression that was not good. Customer service is very important to keep a customer base. I know, I work in a tire place myself.

Today, I had one of the best experiences with a tired place in my life. I went to Speedy’s because they were actually open on a Sunday, and when I arrived I had nothing but the best most professional service. I met Shawn who told me my tires would be changed very quickly seeing as I was in a deadline, he changed my tires and installed them within 20 minutes. My truck is now smooth riding, great tires for the price, and done in a very timely manner. Thank you Shawn and everyone at Speedy’s!! Definitely earned a return customer!

Arrived early in the morning, was quickly greeted and assisted. Flat tire was replaced and all tires were rotated/ balanced and air added. Great quick service. The two ladies running and managing the place know there stuff when it comes to tires and were a great help!

They seem to make their own prices as they go. They charged one guy $20 for a valve stem, when they usually go for $10

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, while waiting for your cars needs to be fixed. Service to your attention is brought upon quickly. Theres a Food Truck next to the building, Healthy Foods on Wheels a beverage from there is a great way to refresh yourself by waiting also.

I bought 2 tires from them and after 10 days found one had a big bubble in the inside sidewall. I took it back and they said it was too bad their warranty was for 7 days. So I bought another tire and this one leaked on the edge of the side wall. The guy went to put a plug in it and i knew that it would never hold in that location. so they got another tire and put it on. the next day I took a good look at that tire and it was completely cracked everywhere from dry rot. I ended up just buying a new tire somewhere else. this company is garbage and they dont care who they screw. i recommend going anywhere else but there. Most other places charge less for much better quality used tires. Buyer beware!

Speedy service. The guy put my tire on wrong but I went right back and it was quickly corrected. Other than this experience they do pretty good work and are very fast. I wish they werent so expensive thought.

Everyone feels entitled in this world.Like the person with land Rover showing up before they were open well at 730am. Obviously no appointment and MAD you have to wait over 2 hours without an appointment?Seems like a good turn around? To me?We all need to remember life sucks and anyone with a job in florida hopefully is doing their best.PS anyone complaining about used tired WELL thats what you get for being cheap. Spend the extra money and buy new. Its rubber would you buy used condoms or bushings I dont think so.

Avoid the place at all costs. The manager is a scam artist and the place continues to sell bad tires! Purchased a used tire on 2/27 that lost air within a day and had to refill it with air daily. I came back today and they refused to exchange the tire even though they have a conditional exchange policy within 10 days. The manager said it wasnt flat because theres air in it. Now I will have to wait a few hours for it to become flat again just to prove its flat. Then I would have to get it towed or barely fill it up. See you in small claims court!

In palm city Bought used tire here which was defective. Next day I got a flat. no nail or anythin . Tried to get refund or tire replaced . They denied it was defective and tried to charge me tire testing fee. Kma. U gave me a defective tire. Took tire to another place and theres a leak this place didnt find.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!! Bought THREE tires from this place and in less than 30 days my tire was sunken in and coming off. Took it back to them and they said I only had a ten day warranty. 😑Then they offered me a discount on another tire. Why would I buy another used tire from this place, so I can be right back in two weeks to purchase another? Regardless of their 10 day warranty the office administrator CAROL was unprofessional and even went as far as to lie and say that the manager isnt there when he was. I took my car somewhere else and when they replaced the tire they said used or not, this tire should have never been put on your car maam. I will not be back. And the people I refer to them will not be back either. I wish I could add photos on here to show people the EVIDENCE of their poor quality tires!!

Was in need of a tire switch, was quoted by phone and it went up after the service was performed... No sales tax on the receipt...Decent service by the people performing labor but the office staff, not so much.I do not recommend.

I went there because my sister recommended them, wish I didnt they sold my a tire that had leak. Came back to get the tire replacement because of the 10 day warranty. They refused to replace the tire and told me that I must of picked up a nail. Which wasnt the case, tire was low on when I left the shop. I filled it up and the very next morning it was losing air.

Depending on how many people are there, the service can be fast. They offer air for tires, used but in mint condition spare tires for about $40, and they may offer oil change.

I’ve been there twice and they have been wonderful. They really help me out when I’m in a jam.

It pains me to have such a bad experience here because I’ve been coming here for the past 3 plus years for used tires and usually it’s confusing there but always didn’t mind the chaos for the good prices but this time the tall lady at the front behind the window who seems to be a “manager” of some sort just had the rudest and snobbiest behavior!!! I asked for a total to the other lady her helper because she was on the phone and the new girl couldn’t figure it out so we waited looking at each like “hello” and just smiling at each because the lady could’ve easily answered our question but was obviously ignoring us which is why we were laughing at the situation. So finally she gets off the phone and acted like we weren’t just standing there waiting for her. So finally she asked the “manager” for a total and she replied “I already gave him a total” and she had told me just the price of one and that it was on order. That was it literally. Didn’t say where to wait how long or that it would take over an hour to get there. So I said “I need a total for everything not just one tire. As in installation and everything”. So she looked at me like I was an idiot and told me. So then I waited for almost an hour after the half hour I was there already trying to figure out who could help me and who didn’t want to help me and just exactly what was happening. Because yes that’s how damn confusing it truly was. Think I’mexaggerating go ahead and go there and experience it for yourself. So I sat there for almost an hour and was just so damn bothered by how that lady just allows herself to treat the owners clients coming in. So my total “would” have been $275 and that lady costed Speedys that transaction and all future transactions from myself. With no further recommendations from myself which I’d always had sent friends and family there before. Wednesday September 5th 2018 @ 10am i was there. Two ladies in the front. Not the short tomboy but the tall lady is the one. Y’all might want to give her some customer service skills or training. Just have her sit and watch a YouTube video on common courtesy towards other humans for goodness sake. Just truly bothering. Not sure how people can behave like that it’s just mind blowing. I gave 2 stars only because I feel bad leaving just 1 star if I’ve had ok experiences there before 🙄🙄🙄

The wait is ridiculous. I went there to get my tire fixed and i was the 2nd person there upon opening. I waited over an hour to get a tire fixed. The thing i didnt understand was how all the workers were just walking around looking at me. Its almost as if they didnt feel it necessary to get me outta there because they werent busy yet... i was eventually late for work that morning, because when i finally left i had to stop by somewhere else to remove 10 psi of air out of my tire. The guy put 50 psi of air in tire which could have easily caused a blowout as it was well over the limit for my car.Prior to that i went to get an alignment, the guy literally gave a reverse alignment.... i drove away and had to come back and get my money back and go to different shop. It was the craziest thing Id ever seen. For my car to drive straight, i literally had to have my steering wheel turned to the right.

Fast service considering not too much help

I was told new tires were 50$ 3 separate times I called. As I sat for 3 hours reading signs, saying used tires 35$ no gimmicks. I was charge 114$. After a week my tires started falling apart and I called and she was rude and says you cant get new tires for 50$ she said they are used. She scammed me to get business, if I got used tires that would been 70$ not 114$, she offers me a discount since there is a 10 day warranty. And ends off by saying bring us to court if you are not happy...

Opposite if speedy!!! And discount on price after the guy spent an hour and put on the wrong tire then had to wait another 30 mins to put the right tire... neverrr again!

Horrible customer service and they dont even care! I took my car here for an alignment and tires. I asked which tires needed to be replaced, I was informed only 2. I got 2 used tires and an alignment....2 hour wait time. I left and as I was driving my alignment was worse than when I took it in my car was pullin and my steering wheel was turned to the left .I took it back the next morning at 9 am. He realigned my car again and rotated my front tires. When he went to put my lug nuts on 1 of them was missing. Now its 11:30. The lady there called and ordered another lug nut when they arrived 20 minutes later they didnt fit. Another guy told me that the hole was scripted. Everyone walked around completly ignoring the fact that my car is now missing a lug nut and its scripted. When I finally inquired i was told that they had to order another piece for my car itll be another hour and a half . I called my husband and informed him who he mentioned the same thing happened to him. Mu husband came to the shop and was inquiring about the service and the timw being spent there he was told that my car was not a priority that he will fix it when he get to itMy husband begin to argue with the guy with the dreads and he called the police on us and asked us to leave. I asked for a card and informed the officer that I will take them to court for the repairs. The lady asked me am I sure I would like to take her to court in an intimidating way. I answered her with a yes,you guys called the police on me and my husband which leaves me with no other choice and asked for their card for the 4th time with the owners information. She lied to me about the owners name and said Scotty. I asked her to write it on the card I was given she then wrote under the direction of the guy with the dreads (Dwight Scott). I took the card and was basically escorted to leave the property, but they damaged my car. I also have everything on video. And to mention I asked to have my old tires back and they kept them and acted as if they didnt know what I was talking about today when I returned. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AND ILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! THE GUYS WALKS THE PROPERTY SS IF HES GODS GIFT TO EARTH AND WE ARE SUMS BUT HAS SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND WHILE I WAS THERE TODAY SINCE 9AM 99.9% OF THE CARS THEY SERVICED WAS RETURNS FROM BAD TIRES SMH THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF SERVICE. I DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 1PM WITH MY CAR MESSED UP & ESCORTED BY A OFFICER I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!

They hit you with tire balance fee after they take the tires off and dont mention balance fee when you ask for total price. They conviniently wont tell you about balancing fee untill tires are off.

I have been taking all my European cars to Speedy for years when he only had one shop for everything from tire balancing to alignment to rotation to flat repairs.... I never had a problem.Some folks need to get off their high horses.

I sat and waited patiently for someone to help me only for them to help the guy who came after me. I informed the mgr and he apologized and told me i would be next. While waiting another guy pulls behind me ans walks his tire to the front. I tell the tech that im next. When i go sit down he grabs thr guys tire and starts working on it. I tell the mgr i just got skipped again and he does nothing about it. The techs were too buay playing around to know who was in what order and to get the job done faster. Finally a free tech came ans took care of me. This visit an hour and a half just for 2 tires. If i wasnt on a flat as is i woulda left. Mever will go there again.

Ive been going to this location for years and they used to be pretty quick with changing my tire. these passed 2 trips ive made, the mechanics overlook me and did everyone elses car that showed up after me. the most recent trip it took them 2 hours to put 1 tire on. this will be my last time doing buisness with any speedys.
