The mechanics and the staff there were superb beyond measure. I had my car taken in for repairs due to a fender bender, and my car was ready a day early to which I really did appreciate very much. Brought my Jeep there for some bumper damage related to a collision. These guys were great. They had my vehicle finished quickly and looked as good as new. They even cleaned my car and topped off my washer fluid. These guys went above and beyond and provide great service.

My car was not completed by the completion date. However. A really nice, kind employee named Chris helped me out tremendously. I got my car two days later but they mechanics did an amazing job on my car. I can’t complain.

This place was great. Fair prices, they even helped me with a recall by giving me a sheet to take it to the hyundai dealership to get the car steering fixed for free. Honest and quick. I had a bad door hinge that was fixed in a day, keep in mind that is because the part was easy to get but still really good place. Im very happy with them

Believe it or not, there truly is a five star auto repair shop and it’s well worth the drive if you don’t live in West Palm Beach. It has a clean and comfortable atmosphere, the employees are very professional and kind, and are not the type to try to take advantage of people. They know what they’re doing and they will do their best to get your car in and out as quickly as possible. I was rear-ended and my car had some damage in the rear and side. My insurance company sent me to Griffin for the repair. I can honestly say that I am beyond satisfied with the results. I needed to put this out there...they deserve it. Went to FOUR other shops in Downtown west palm and got 4 different numbers about 2000 difference and not particulary impressed...found griffin on google and called them..seemed to know what they were doing..came in and got the straight truth..price was higher than most of the others but still less than the highest and worth every penny. My car came out looking damn near brand new and they fixed an air conditioning problem I have had for years that no one could ever seem to get right.

Today’s visit was for an oil change and like always they do such an amazing job!!!! I love the environment here, warm and welcoming. The office is cleaner than any car repair place ever seen. Staff is friendly and the Owner Billy along with Service Manager Marc are absolutely honest and amazing. This is my go to spot for all car repairs!!!

I can confidently say that what I read on other reviews was correct. This is a great auto repair shop. I was referred by my friends at Kauffs and they were right. Honest and reliable. I came for a small repair on my door and a wheel alignment, and they didnt try to sell me unnecessary work. Prices are reasonable and they treated me respectfully which doesnt seem to happen as much anymore in service industries. Id go back again.

I highly recommend Griffin Auto Care. They have an outstanding team that goes the extra mile. I always feel welcome there. I get an accurate cost estimate and updates by phone. They have very skilled mechanics who were always accurate with their diagnosis, have my truck, car and ATV back on the road in a very short amount of time. They take the extra time to go over all details of the repair and look the vehicle over, as well. There is more: they are open to 7 pm weekdays, open on Saturdays and they combined forces with a towing company. If you are in trouble there is an answering service 24/7 and they will come and tow you- pretty amazing.

Tire pressure light kept showing up on car so after 2nd day I took my car to Griffin Auto. As soon as I arrived and told them the issue and immediately they had someone start to work on it. Found out it was a nail dead center of rear wheel. I waited inside as they fixed the issue, offered me coffee and had actually had a REALLY nice waiting area..lots of great humour which made the wait go quick. I was out in under 30 minutes. The staff are all friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

My car was towed to Griffin Auto Care about three weeks ago. This shop and everyone there are very professional. I received excellent service. I was given the repair estimate for my approval. Work was done on time. Even helped me get a rental car. Very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know.

Our car broke down on 95-South (we were visiting family from Tampa). We had our car towed to Griffin late at night the next morning we called Griffin and Mark, the manager, let us know they could not locate the key.. long story short turns out the tow truck driver lost the key (they never admitted it) so a bad situation turned worse pretty quickly! But Mark and his team were great they got a new key and updated us every step of the way. We really felt like Griffin Auto was in our corner the whole time fighting with us to get the car fixed.. Progressive Insurance referred me to this shop and said they were the best around my area...so glad I took my car there! My repairs were done sooner than I expected and my car looked amazing just like the day i got it from my dealer! VERY HAPPY!

Best repair and body shop around! I had a bad evaporator and it required the removal of the whole dash and windshield. Not only was i worried about my car being mistreated or accidentally scratched, but the job done by Griffin was exceptionally good. Ive never trusted anyone with my car until I went to Griffin. Great price, excellent work, and Dave, who helped me with my 2011 Camaro,was top notch with customer service.

I drove out to Florida from Chicago truck was great till my alternator gave out and the local dodge dealer wanted to charge me a arm and a leg then I found Griffin auto care inc. They had a reliable tow comapany pick up my truck and take to the shop and fixed by the end of the day and also for a reasonable price they where great I recommend anyone to go and get there car or truck fixed I literally had nothing to worry about they worked on my truck and told me what I needed and kept me posted on the repair they are lifesavers thank you again.

I brought my 72 Ford Bronco to Griffin Auto to have the transmission, transfer case, and, door alignment and guts replaced as well as, the top half of motor redone. I spent about 7k. After 10 months I had the truck delivered to me and as it was coming off the flatbed, transmission fluid was pouring out of the front bell housing. I sent it back and contact the owner.The manager was a total thief and liar. The manager, who no longer works there, constantly fed me bs and i asked the owner to fix the situation. I was confident that he would but, he did not. I moved to Los Angeles recently and Griffin Auto worked on the truck to fix it as the owner wanted to restore my faith....... I had test drove it a few months ago and talked with the owner and expressed a few things like, the door wont open because the mechanisms are broken. This was one of the things I originally requested they fix. Some other things, I pointed out to him he said he would correct. The truck was just delivered today and after driving 4 blocks the transmission began leaking like crazy. The door on the drivers side cannot open because they didnt fix the door mechanism.....the alignment of the door is a mess as well.....What a waste of time and money and I was totally ripped off. So much for quality work and taking care of your customer.I think this place used old crappy parts for the transmission and god knows what else. I saw a bunch of receipts, but I just dont trust this place and the work obviously isnt professional.I should sue but, I dont have the energy after this marathon disaster. Beware of this place.

My husband and I had to have our car towed do to two flat tires. Griffin Auto Care worked quickly to access if they were going to be able to patch them, or had to replace. They worked directly with our warranty company, and had two new tires on the car by noon the next day. They were all super friendly, and kept us in the loop about everything! If ever we have any issues with our cars we will be sure to bring it back to Griffin.

I dont know anything about their mechanical abilities at Griffin. But I do know they cannot be trusted. While my sons truck was in their possession, they took expensive custom parts, from his truck, and put on one of their personal vehicles. Then they took their own used parts, and put on my sons truck. They are thieves. When it was discovered, they concocted a lie to cover their asses. They are thieves and should not be trusted.
