One star since you cannot give less to write a review. This company is nothing but a big joke. Do not waste your time or you will loose money. The owner is nothing but a two bit thief and a liar. Luckily we only gave him a fraction of a down payment instead of what he asked, so financially not a big loss, time wise yes. The owner Felipe Puentes promised a refund check right a way but stopped answering my wifes calls after second time she asked for the check, blocked company number after first call, and evidently blocked my cell after the first call....

This so called professional came out to my house and did all the measurements and insured me he would have a proposal done for me in two weeks. This was after he stated that he could do the kitchen the flooring even the deck I wanted. I call him and set an appointment for him to return with the quote which he states is completed. He does not show up or call, when I call after he is 45 minutes late he says he is stuck in Miami and Saturday would be better. No problem I call Saturday to which I get an answering machine that does not accept messages. I just tried back from a different number (a week later) and he answers until he hears it’s me and hangs up. Obviously I would not be using him at this point but he has put me three weeks behind and down a bid as I like to compare three on this big a job. If you are considering using him BUYER BEWARE. By the way I have never written a review so good job getting me motivated Felipe.
