So, Im walking into this dealership after finding a used Toyota on their site. I was greeted by a salesman named Michael Marx. He treated me like I was purchasing a new 150k BMW. When he found out I was there to look at a used Toyota Prius, he immediately worked in getting the keys and having the car brought somewhere dry because it was raining. He was tactful without the pressure of dealing with a car salesman. Best service as always. We bought our X5 from Braman back in 2017. Yesterday, I stepped in Braman BWM after having couple bad experiences in Lexus dealers. Jon came to us and helped us find what we were looking for. He locked in the car that we wanted and walked us to the garage to have a quick show. When we back, he provided us a better option that matches what exactly my wifes wanted. She is happy and Jon gave us a very very good deal. We made the deal and left with our new 3 series with m sport. Jon did an unbeatable awesome job. If it had 10 stars, I would definitely give a 10.
We were very lucky to have Anthony help us with the buy of two new Mini Cooper, the idea was to get one, then, I felt inlove with one on the show room. Anthony went beyond and above his duty for me to get the car. not only was I able to get a new beautiful mini cooper, but payments for my car went down, in comparison to the one i trade. Anthony worked with my daughter over the phone, over email, to choose the car that she wanted. once there i got one too. so for anyone looking for a good deal Anthony is your guy. This is for the service department. If I could give no stars, I would. I have NEVER seen such a slow and bureaucratic operation with absolutely no regard for the customers time. First, an appointment is NEVER honored timewise in any way. You drive up and have to chat with a greeter who then sends you into the front desk. The front desk checks you in and gives you a cheesecake factory type beeper. Then you walk through a long series of corridors past what used to be free food (pre covid), now apparently a permanently closed station. Then you sit in a waiting area with the TV BLARING. Is someone working on you car? OH no. You are waiting to talk to an advisor. Your cheesecake factory beeper goes off and and you trudge back through all the corridors to sit at a desk and tell someone what they already know -- that you are there for service. Then you sign a million papers that they could have emailed you the night before if they cared at all about your time. FINALLY you get to walk back through the long corridors to the TV blaring waiting room. OR you can begin the long and paperwork heavy process of getting a loaner -- with another completely different person. Which believe me you should because now youre about 45 minutes into this and NOTHING has happened to your car yet. Its just sitting there in the driveway. I know its such a stereotype to be complaining about the BMW service department. But, yet and still it is almost unbelievably inefficient and time consuming and torturous. Thank goodness as of today I will NEVER have to step foot in that place again. One more thing. The detailing department is really shabby. Its supposed to be a perk, but they stink. My local wash and vacuum place does a better job for 26$. Plus, you guessed it, it takes forever.
Please be patient and read through my experience. Im happy to have a BMW. BMWs brand and sales are amazing, but also irresponsible. The new 2020 X5 has had serious product defects for less than six months. The brakes have severe and violent shaking. When I got back there, the manager polished my brake pads without telling me. Dont you know brake pads are consumables? But after polishing is temporarily solved. A month later, the same problem happened again with a harsh noise. My car went back to the garage for the second time. A full day later, I was told there was dust in the brake pads. ! Is it true? Is this dust youre talking about coming from earth? I feel like my intelligence has been insulted! Since then I have rarely used the car (while paying an expensive monthly mortgage) and the brake problem is unsafe. I have two small children at home and I cant risk it to my family and children. After three months I lost. Lost to a BMW dealer. I dont have a spare car to use. So I drove it again. Once again! The brakes have the same problem again! 8 days to return to the dealer. They gave me a car for eight days thank you. But charge me 29.99 per day? LOL. I was stunned. I dont want to say anything. Lawyers have been contacted. Good luck to you all
Overall very positive experience with our client advisor Cristian Calero and the dealership in general. Professional and courteous. Price negotiation was straight forward. No games. Cristian kept us well informed of the progress of the build of our new 2022 model. Delivery day was easy and relatively quick. Highly recommend this dealership.

Worked a deal before I even went in, when I did, they had the car ready and fully gassed up waiting for me. The receptionist was very professional, cordial and helpful as well. My sales person was Jamal, he mentioned having been there for over 15 years and he had a little sales award on his desk that you could tell he was proud of. The financial manager was also helpful, friendly and low pressure. Overall a Fantastic experience! the entire place is *super* clean and everyone was wearing a mask. I felt safe and left with a beautiful car!
We purchased an SUV just last Saturday from Braman BMW West Palm Beach. I will say I hate purchasing cars, car salesmen, etc, however Spencer Johnson really made my wife and I feel comfortable through the whole process. We went to Spencer because my brother-in-law purchased the X5 a few weeks prior and highly recommended Spencer. So we gave Spencer and Braman BMW a shot, and they did not disappoint. So if you are going to purchase a BMW, you owe it to yourself to visit Spencer Johnson at Braman BMW. Mike the manager wasnt half bad either. lol Thanks as well Mike.
Took my BMW to Braman to have break service done. It’s worth mentioning that I had NO issues with my car before Braman started touching it. I’ve since had to return my car 3 times due to them not “fixing” what they were supposed to. At one point The Braman concierge even delivered my car back leaking coolant everywhere. (How does that happen when they weren’t even supposed to be under my hood at the time of visit and I didn’t even drive the car since it was in their shop for 3 days prior) Which then lead to another service I shouldn’t have had and was not at fault for. My breaks were supposed to be replaced and a month later my break light is back on already. I finally got them to admit they installed faulty equipment on my car (I paid $1,000+ for this service)On a separate occasion, My break light console was also supposed to be “fixed”… again, a month later that light is back on as well. Every time they touch my vehicle they break something new or don’t actually repair what was supposed to be repaired. The service manager has yet to return any of my 3 messages including the one through my service advisor to speak with him. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here. They will just break things and brush it under the rug with no explanation and then start ignoring you.
Needed to buy a car quickly as one of our existing ones was totaled in a rear end collision. Given the crazy low inventory, I decided to keep things sane and give Braman the first chance as we have had a prior (good) buying experience with their Audi dealership. Right from the get go, Cristian Calero, our assigned advisor was extremely helpful to track down the right car (2021 M340i) and ensure that it was reserved for us.Cristian was a pleasure to work with and between him and I, we exchanged over 80 emails. Thats how responsive he was! The entire transaction was completed via email and a few phone calls and all I had to do was go in and sign when the car was delivered to the dealership. The Finance department was outstanding as well.Long story short, this dealership is top notch and I would strongly recommend them if you are considering a BMW.

Braman BMW is a top-notch new used and pre-owned dealer where your expectation will be met. I traded in my 2009 BMW 128i coupe for a 2015 BMW 228i coupe with low mileage and black on black. Maurice helped me and went out his way back and forth to help me get this car and made sure I was happy with the price I had in my mind. He didnt pressure me into buying and the buying process was great and the manager was nice. The finance department also took good care of me. I am one happy customer and I do recommend others as well.
We had such a great experience with this BMW dealership. We had been working with BMW out of NJ and had a very negative experience. When I called and spoke to Robert Chae, it was a stress free experience from day one! I can’t recommend working with Robert enough. He was a true professional from start to finish! Happy to be part of this BMW family.
I was going to get my car serviced and get two recalled fixed. I asked for how long this was going to take since I have a busy schedule. I was told max 4 hours, which is fine. When I arrive at the workshop Iam being told that it was going to take 3-4 days.So if you dont mind getting your time wasted I will say go for this place.And they wont give you quotes unless you pay for a $300 inspection.
Horrible service department lying to me. They said they told me everything yet no one said a single word about it now Im being charged $80 for their mistake. The enterprise is also just as bad no one helps no one answers the phone on this entire building horrible place

Great customer service. I was interested in either buying or leasing a Mimi Cooper. In the end I leased. Anthony was wonderful. He drove the car I was interested in to my resident for a test drive. I decided pretty quickly to lease the car since I had been considering acquiring a Mini for several months. Anthony took my Mini back to the dealership for detailing and then drove it back to my home where I signed all the paperwork. Completely no stress transaction. I didnt have to do anything except sign paperwork. Best car leasing ever!

Excellent online response & online purchase process. Love the 2020 X5, but Braman Motors has proven themselves to be untrustworthy. The luggage area cover was missing & they committed to provide one. They will not even answer texts or emails from me. I am ready to launch a negative social media campaign as a result. Very sad. I strongly urge all to avoid Braman Motors.
After searching nationwide for the vehicle I was looking for, I found it at Braman. I had located the same make and model at other dealerships, but none of them would provide the out the door price plus warranty information I was looking for in writing. Braman sent me everything I requested, Steve the GM set me up with his sales manager who then introduced me to Alex, my sales agent. I negotiated my deal, a very good deal, online and over the phone, and Alex even delivered my new car to me 5 hours from the dealership. Unprofessional. The enterprise staff within the building were not friendly and also did not close out my rental agreement for when I needed a rental for an oil change. By not closing out my rental agreement, someone used the car I had used for an additional 2 days, and I was charged with their tolls. The first time I called the sales man told me I was wrong and that is not what happened when I had the paperwork to prove it. I asked for a manager, he said he would refund the charges. A week later the charges were still there and I called back. The new manager told me that they do not have any control over toll fees, and when I got frustrated, hung up on me. Thank God I got rid of my Mini and dont have to go back there.

The only reason Im giving 5 stars is because of Alex. He did an amazing job with the sale and making things go as smoothly as possible. I was not too happy being charged sales tax on everything when its only supposed to be on the vehicle. The rest of the transaction went smoothly and for that I am thankful. Would definitely buy another car from Alex.
I will love to write a positive review for BRAMAN WPB, BMW but facts and actions are against it .I purchased a 2018 540i CPO on December the 23rd or 22ndcar was sold with used tires and when i raised the issue i was told these are tires that match the BMW STANDARDS ...so based on these pictures you be the judge of the standard level . Also after 3 days I had to take the car to the dealer (car was vibrating when brake was applied, also the computer board was not reset car still belongs to the first owner. With a bitter taste I must confess I dont think this car was inspected. .ATTACHED PICTURES WERE TAKEN RIGHT AFTER THE CAR WAS INSPECTED .
This is the worst case of i dont give a ..... I have ever seen. I have yet to recieve a return call after 5 voicemails. Ask to speak to someone live and get placed in vm again. Go anywhere but here

Took my car to the west palm beach, FL BMW dealership to service my x3, the car came back swormed with ants . I am bit head to toe no exaggeration!!! My neck till my toes!! Not one inch without a bite !!! How is that even possible !! It is not just unprofessional or inconvenient it is dangerous and is causing me physical harm . I tried contacting the dealership several time over the phone and texts and no one is getting back to me yet !!! Is that even acceptable !!!
Great sales experience, but lackluster QC checks and management follow-through.This is my third time buying from Braman BMW. All of my sales experiences have been great. Their service department has always been honest, communicative, and competent too.This past purchase I did have a couple issues with their QC checks of my car. First, one of the key fob batteries was dead. On its own not a huge deal. Then when I got home I realized that the staggered wheels were installed incorrectly on the car. That is a rookie mistake that I wouldnt expect to see on my car thats just been through their pre-purchase inspections.What perplexes me more is that I received an email from the general manager asking me to write an internet review or email him with comments about my experience. I wanted to relay my issues to him in email first, but never heard back after over a week.
I arrived at the BMW WEST PALM location looking to buy a completely different brand car but ended up leaving with my dream BMW thanks to JOHN TOSCANO. BEWARE!! Worst dealership experience and full of greedy crooks as sales reps. Sales rep Tim McLeod is a liar and would never recommend going through him for help. He sold me a torn up 2019 Lexus and had the nerve to call it mint condition. It didn’t even have floor mats 🤯 he said it was so dirty they had to throw them out (you would think they would replace considering they’re rolling in the checks) When I reached out to him he stalled and kept coming up with every excuse possible. When I sent him photos the day I picked up the car, he took forever to get back to me in regarding the issues. Couple weeks later I resent the same photos to him and he tried to pretty much accuse me of damaging the same problems that the car had when I contacted him the first time. I would take your money elsewhere & get far better service from actual people that want their customers happy and satisfied!!!

I purchased my 530i on 5/31/2021... I arrived pretty late to the lot (around 5:30pm) and was met by client advisor Stephon McCline after about 5 mins (Im glad they gave me a few mins to look around first)... I told him I was there to see a recently posted vehicle that I didnt see on the lot.. He found it within 2-3 mins and allowed me to test it for 30 mins! It has now been 3 months post purchase and Ive texted him several times with questions (as recently as last week) and each time he replied right away and helped me out w/o hesitation!! Please ask for him when you go for your new BMW!!
I drove from Orlando (220 miles) to Braman BMW in West Palm Beach, because of their reputation. I was very pleased with my decision from the moment I was greeted at the door. I have owned 20+ vehicles over the past 40 years... but never has trading in a vehicle been more enjoyable. I usually do NOT deal with car dealers! I simply do NOT consider them honest. I was hoping that I would be wrong. Late June We purchased a Mazda CX5 2018. They mention how much is done in prepping of the vehicle, sure they did wash it (: they refused to change the oil, even though more than 6k miles had passed(as per carfax) later I find the cabin filter filthy, wonder what other maint they did NOT perform? very disappointed J*** proposes a 20.00 coupon from Walmart !! for my oil change, A container w 5qts of syntetic cost 24.00 but he replies its just a Mazda!! You leave the dealership and you are screwed, not a happy camper from a BMW dealership!!

Did not have a good experience when I took my vehicle for service. Dropped my car early in the morning 8am, Service advisor was not friendly, got me waiting for almost an hour just to complete paperwork. Did not offer courtesy vehicle or other means of transportation. I had to ask and then he offered Uber ride. Was told that service procedure was going to take about one to two hours tops, never heard back from service adviser until I called in at 2pm and was told vehicle was not ready. Advisor called back about 5pm to notify car was ready but again, did not offer any means of transportation. Horrible service and experience, ruined my entire day.
Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. I took my car in specifically for a check engine light, check tire pressure light and a broken windshield wiper fluid pump. It took 5 days for them to look at. I was called a week later to pick up my car. I asked if the check engine light had been assessed and the pump had been replaced and was told they had. I arrived to pick up my car and was told to wait outside and the car would be brought around to me. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked the front desk about the car. I was told that the check engine light was on... this was a primary reason I brought the car in prior to a family road trip that we were supposed to be leaving on the next day. I was sent home without my car and told I would be called. I waited 3 hours (until 4pm) and no call. I called and was told the spark plugs needed to be replaced. They had been replaced by Braman less than 6 month prior. When I told the tech this he said he needed to check the computer and call me back. When he called back the story was that my fuel injector needed to be replaced. This created a lack in confidence. I asked to speak with the manager who offered no explanation or Guarantee that my car would be fixed by next day when I was supposed to leave to my family for the holidays. He said he would call corporate the following Monday to see what could be done but this also did not solve the problem of how I was going to safely get to my family ( I was told that it was not safe to drive my car) at this point I asked for my car to be brought to my house and for the manager to contact me when he spoke with corporate. I never received a call and never received ANY follow up. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
Alex Touma was my client advisor and to this day I have never had a better experience at any BMW dealership in south FL. Not only was Alex knowledgeable about the cars in stock, he was also very entertaining throughout the whole process. Usually you get stuck with someone boring who doesn’t appreciate the cars as you much as you do but this was not the case. 5 stars for Alex and for BMW of West Palm. Great experience buying a used vehicle here and I look forward to buying my next car off Alex as well.

My first car was purchased through Braman and therefore, I thought I would have a good experience. Sadly I was wrong...I received the typical used car sales pressure tactic. I can provide an offer if you purchase today is what I was told. The value for my trade in was quite low. Furthermore, this was the first place I have been to and was quite repelled by the standard car dealership approach - felt almost like a time share sales approach. Will continue to service my car there but will NOT consider them as a dealer to buy from again. BMW Delray was much better - the Autonation no pressure approach is more suited to my style.
I bought a 2021 X3 in September, my experience at Braman from beginning to end was nothing short of exceptional! My salesman was Emanuel Richardson. And, he was super professional and just made what can be an overwhelming experience, very enjoyable and easy. He followed up with me to see how I love my car and I’ve never had that to happen in all the cars I’ve had. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Great Job!!!
I had an awful experience at Braman BMW today. I do NOT recommend them. My friend Bob took his 7 series in for general, routine maintenance and they told him that his tires was worn (which it wasn’t) and that BMW “recommends” the tires get an alignment. I understand and agree that tires should be rotated annually to help preserve the life and integrity of them but an alignment which cost over three hundred dollars was completely unnecessary. I have the pictures to prove it. I went to Braman on Bob’s behalf and met with the service technician (Whatever became of mechanic?) and a service manager to voice my displeasure and concern. They told me that they called Bob with their recommendation and he gave them the go ahead so they feel as if they didn’t do anything wrong. I think that was dishonest of them considering that most customers have no idea what service / maintenance their car needs and they agree to do something they don’t need. Shame on Braman BMW for taking undo advantage of their customers.
I was able to make an appointment right away.Crazy check in system, though. You go to a front desk, they tell you to wait in a waiting area far from the front desk, you are notified to walk back to the front desk, only to be lead back to almost that waiting area to see a service rep. They definitely need a waiting area in the front of the lobby.My service rep ended up being a gem. I initially gave him a difficult time because of my check in experience and he handled it very professionally.We discussed my mechanical issues and he even came out to the car to drive with me so we could hear the unusual sound it was making. Of course, it didn’t make it while he was there. But, he never rushed me, or made me feel foolish. We came back inside and decided on a plan for routine maintenance service.Kerry Crowder is his name. I would definitely make a point in requesting him in the future.

Called for an appointment on a Friday to fix a problem I was having with the air conditioner in my 2021 540i. I was told I could come over anytime, so I made an appointment for 8:00 AM the following Monday. Once I arrived and asked what time my car would be looked at and diagnosed, I was told by the writer that my car would not even be looked at for 3-4 days. I didnt want to leave my car there and drive a loaner for 3-4 and possibly more. I asked if I could reschedule an appointment for the future when I could have it looked at the same day. I was told thats not the way we do things here. I was then offered a Mini Cooper as a loaner. I told the writer that was not going to work that we had people visiting from out of town and I needed a 3 series at the very least. I was told it I wanted a 3 series Id have to wait an hour or more just for the loaner. I got the feeling that this dealership didnt care about my business or my car and therefore I left. I made an appointment at another BMW dealer and was taken within 48 hours and my car was diagnosed and repaired in the same day. Ill never go back to Braman to either buy or service any brand of car.
We have nothing but good things to say about the employees at Braman BMW West Palm Beach. We worked with Sean, Chris, and Sam to buy a new BMW X1. Alex was wonderful and personable signing all those financial papers late on New Years Eve. We then came back in two weeks, after discovering the X1 was just too small for our needs. Sam was very understanding and did not treat us like fools for making such a big mistake! This time we got to know Niko from Italy. Once again, Sam assisted us with the selection of another vehicle - this time, an X3. As usual Chris “the closer” stepped in to close the deal. Unfortunately for us, Alex was busy with other clients so we got to meet a delightful man, CJ to work with us on all that paperwork.Each employee was knowledgeable and very personable. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

No valets so it 30 min to bring car up.Brakes cost double because service rep last year didnt tell us brakes were worn.Never again! Will never ever return

I am very disappointed that I am having to write this review. Given the situations, timeline, and outcome or lack thereof of events, I think it is important to share my experiences with anyone considering buying a vehicle from the Braman family of dealerships. My vehicle is a 2014 Z4 followed by a 3 series and then an X5. I’ll begin with the Z4. On a number of occasions, after having purchased the extended service package through BMW, I have had issues not with the car, but with the service. I first brought in my Z4 to have the wiper blades replaced. The technician improperly installed the wiper blades and they in turn came loose while the blades were operating the same day after it started raining. This caused the arms to heavily scratch my windshield. They had a glass repair company come to fix the windshield but the clarity has never been the same since and the deep scratch is still visible 2 years later. The next service “experience” I was dealt was when I brought my Z4 in for an oil change, and after receiving the car back from service, the technician working on the vehicle FORGOT to change the oil! No work was performed on the vehicle and I had to bring it back to them to have the work done. This wasted another day on top of decreasing my trust in Braman to actually perform the work they stated. Who knows if the oil was ever changed. It’s a good thing, I decided to buy oil and an original BMW filter to do the change myself after the fact. On top of this oil issue, my service advisor mentioned that I needed Brake Rotors at 20k miles. I purchased the extended service package upon his recommendation as he told me that the package would cover the brake rotors. Braman had yet to change my brake rotors, 26,000 miles later or offer a refund of the service package they sold me and have failed to perform adequately at all of these occasions. On to the 3 series. I brought the car in for the Takata airbag recall. 15 miles after having Braman perform the work, the airbag light went off on my car. I brought it back to the dealership, and requested they remedy the problem, being that I never had an airbag light to begin with. The service advisor attempted to sell me a diagnostic fee, which I was quick to decline as I knew there was no need to do that as the technician just needed to go back in and correct whatever plug was improperly connected. It turns out, I was correct, and the technician did in fact improperly put the new airbag in my car. The grand finally goes for my X5. I specifically purchased this vehicle because I love the design that BMW was able to execute and the fact that is a wonderful turbo diesel SAV. Here is where my experience has gone farther than unacceptable. After purchasing my truck, I received a recall notice for the airbags and the driveshaft. Apprehensive, I decided to give Braman BMW another chance with my 3rd BMw and brought the X5 in for the recall service. After receiving my vehicle, I noticed a HOLE IN MY DRIVERS SEAT! Braman did not want to accept responsibility for the damage to my car and I had to go to a leather repair shop, pay out of pocket and have my seat repaired. On top of this, the technician that put my dashboard back together after performing the airbag recall, did so improperly and my dashboard was rattling for weeks. I brought it to a repair shop to have them remedy the problem and turns out, over half of the bolts were missing and parts of the dashboard were not even clicked into place correctly. The next problem was the worst of all. I brought the X5 in for an alignment. The next day I drove to Orlando (250) miles and the truck was vibrating aggressively. I pulled over to a Tire Kingdom to have it checked, and we discovered that ALL OF THE LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE. Had a wheel come loose and fall off, this could have been my life. I immediately contact Braman and they decided to accept no responsibility for what has happened. I have reached out to BMW North America and am still waiting on a response from them. I will NEVER recommend the Braman experience to ANYONE.
I always come to WPB Braman for services, today I was very disappointed with the service and hospitality. I drive 45mins to get a service from a place that dont value there customers. I was told over the phone when making my Appointment I would get a loaner vehicle. When I arrived things change

I was rushed by the sales team to do this deal. It was a Sunday after closing and I was exhausted and asked if I could return the next day to finish everything. They insisted I would only get the deal on that day. After hours of paperwork they came out and told me that the car I wanted wasn’t even available and wanted me to take a car that had more features that I didn’t need for more money. As I was walking out the door they offered me another car. They told me it would only take 45 minutes but I was there for over three hours to finish up all the paperwork. Three weeks later they never changed my insurance over or send me the registration. They have beautiful cars at this dealership but I don’t recommend working with this particular dealership.

Emanuel Richardson went above and beyond, to help me get into a new car.. His knowledge and professionalism was extremely impressive, He made this experience. I would highly recommend Braman car dealerships to anyone in the market for a new car. Make sure to ask for Emanuel if your in the market for a new BMW.
Terrible all-around experience with the upper-management at this dealership. I will never do business with this dealership again. As an existing 2017 M2 owner, I was given an allocation for a $88,000 limited-edition M2 CS from the national sales head at BMW. I unfortunately sent it to Braman out of convenience (10min drive from my house), which was a big mistake. Not only did they order the incorrect configuration because they never returned my calls, they also surrendered my allocation without telling me (I had to find it two months later on their website). To make matters worse, my existing M2 which they said was worth $39,000 in November they decided was worth only $33,000 in January while holding MY allocated car hostage by threatening to give it to someone else if I didnt accept their egregious offer that day. The upper-management at this location, specifically Lisa Solodar, repeatedly lied to me and never returned my calls throughout the process, and then raked me over the coals during the actual buying process every step of the way. After admitting the experience was a disaster, they repeatedly promised me a call with the dealerships GM, Steve Grossman, to rectify the situation only to again fail to do that after numerous attempts. Notice a pattern? These guys dont care about the customer at all! I will elect for the longer drive to Vista BMW in the future. Only good thing to come out of this experience was the car, which they had nothing to do with.

I was able to get a great deal on a CPO 4-Series Convertible for my mother. Some FL dealerships will try to nickel and dime customers by tacking exhorbitant extra fees onto the sale price. Not Braman. Our price out the door beat offers from other dealers - without any questionable fees. They also gave us a great value on our trade-in! After the sale was completed, we drove away with confidence knowing that our car had been prepared expertly by the Braman Service Department. Marcio, our salesman, was professional and transparent. He went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of from start to finish. Braman earned our business and we will definitely be returning in the future.
