I had a great experience there,Mr Richie is a nice guy he explained everything to me from point A to point Z and even helped me out to find a great price insurance for my car,One of the first reason I gave 3 star instead of 5 its because after a month I noticed something about the car which was when I pushed on the break It makes a little noise,I brought the car back cause it was came with a 3 months Warranty,they said theres nothing wrong with the car after check it out cool,bring it to a mechanic I trust he said actually it is a problem of rotors,I asked how much it will cost to fix he said between $300-$400... He told me not to worry about it cause I can drive it for even years like that,which was a life saver for me cause I did not have enough money to cover the repair at the time,basically I got 6 months since I purchased my car after that little issue my car is running great with no problem, and the second thing for the 3 stars its because compared to a few researchers I did my car was also a little overpriced,but what can you expect when theres no credit check and no hard Inquiries into your credit report.

I waited a few weeks before posting a review so it would include any follow up customer service and would not be based on just first impressions. My whole experience has been a good one.First of all, Richie knows the cars under the hood, he works on the cars and doesn’t just try to sell them like a stereotypical used car salesmen. He gave me all the info I asked for about the car I bought and did not try to push a sale even when I came to see it. When I did decide to buy it, he was flexible and accommodating to make the purchase convenient with my schedule and my preferred payment method. After purchasing, I discovered the car needed a couple of minor adjustments/fixes and Richie handled those free of charge. I now have a car in really good condition that I am excited to own and for a fair price. And I have the peace of mind knowing that if it needs anything, I can take it back to Sunshine and they will make sure I get what I need. At the time was looking for a used pickup truck for a work vehicle. From the woman who came out to greet us to our sales person it was an overall good visit. They are never ever pushy and make you feel relaxed. They have all sorts of vehicles to choose from and most are lower mileage. I ultimately did not buy a vehicle from them. However, they seem to be very honest and the cars I checked via carmax were in good condition.

The thing with a used car review is it needs to be written a little while after the purchase to give a true perspective of the timeline:It has only been a few months since I purchased my vehicle from Sunshine Auto, with Richie and Melissa. And I feel its only fair to breakdown the review into pieces so that it makes sense.Richie and Melissa: Great, nice people, and used car sales people at best.They were unfortunately unwilling to negotiate off of the full asking price, because they felt the vehicle was such a top notch used car and in great condition.From the first day, the windshield wiper fluid container leaked out the fluid the moment fluid was put in. A day after I bought the vehicle is when I called them to let them know they forgot to fill it up. Richie swore they didnt forget. He ended up being right because it ended up being that the reservoir has multiple leaks in it. I have put less than 10k mile, mostly highway driving, on the vehicle since purchasing it, and with each oil change (3 total) the coolant reservoir has been near empty needing to be filled. Also the engine has been low on oil each time it has gone in with obvious leaks pointed out by the oil change places. As of today it is costing me another $1,100, only a few months after purchasing it for a very high price based on their belief about condition of the vehicle, to replace the intake manifold gasket along with another gasket which was the source of both the oil and the coolant leaks. So either they knew it had all these leaks, and decided the buyer wouldnt notice right away, their mechanics are inept, or they just didnt care and wanted to make money, which isnt honorable.Also, the front passenger fender looked like it had been in an accident, and possibly just banged out by a body shop and banged back on, which causes the passenger door to RUB and CREAK only every time its opened because of the metal on metal. That alone probably wouldnt have warranted a poor review, but given other performance issues listed above, I chose to wait and see what popped up before writing the review. Its just like any other used car place, sell it to you high, you drive away thinking you got a pretty good vehicle, and then with a little bit of use, the problems start to emerge.

The best buying experience I’ve had in used car sales. Rich makes the experience great he never pressured me into a sale. Had a minor problem with the vehicle and it was taking care nothing out of my pocket. I’ll def recommend this place.

He took his time explaining which cars were within the amount I had for a down payment, he took his time, gave his honest opinions, didnt try to push me anyway. Richie even let us know before we left that there was a small valve that needed to be replaced for the oil and to bring it back in the next couple of days for them to take care of. If you need transportation and you need it quick and easy then this is the place. I was in a time of need for some transportation and this place was really easy to work with. Although I did patiently wait for assistance for over a hour, I was taken care of rapidly and easy once it was my turn. (maybe more employees) My vehicle was not perfect but it continues to run today and has served its purpose. They work with you on down payment and also are very friendly and professional when dealing with late payments. When I found this place they had a picture of my car with different hubcaps and back seat on the website. When I arrived I realized they have more than one crown vic and I realized they probably took the parts off mine to make another deal. I understand what they must do and I really wasnt there for the looks of the car. Maybe a discount or acknowledgement of the discrepancy would be appreciated next time. I warn to all dont buy a used car without someone who knows about cars. But all in all I would buy from them again should I ever need another dependable ride. Thank you RIchie and team.

I had been searching for a vehicle for about 4 weeks at ALL the local car dealerships in WPB County. Every one made me feel obligated to purchase an automobile beyond my means and uncomfortable about the vehicle itself. Hearing about Sunshine Auto, I was skeptical to say the least. Then I met Richie, right off rip he made me feel at home and didnt try to sell me anything I couldnt afford. He was open and honest about every vehicle, payments and was very helpful with every aspect of the process. He took care of everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good car at good prices. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the selection of vehicles at the time I was looking but thats probably because he cant keep them on the lot. Great job Richie and team, keep it up!!!

This review is long overdue. I bought my car almost a year ago from this place and Ive never been so pleased with a business in my life!! Everyone here is super helpful and kind, and has done so much for me since I bought my car. The prices are fair considering how well these people will take care of you and your car. Whenever I had issues I brought my car to them and they would help me with whatever I needed for cheaper than anywhere else. I dont trust my car to any one else and always recommend them to friends and coworkers looking for a used car! Best used car dealership in south florida.

My car buying experience at Sunshine was the best! Richie was really helpful and was very professional & customer service was great, he worked with me and I was able to drive the same day. Any questions I had regarding every detail of the Nissan Sentra I bought were answered. They had nothing to hide, I feel 100% comfortable about my purchase. I would rate Sunshine after-sales service as First-Class. A machine is a machine and may serve you better than others as well as become a pain in your life at times. My experience with the machine was painful. However, the pain was not only shared by Sunshine staff, but also they made every attempt to fix things up. Richie, Melissa and Joseph are very warm-hearted and they take care of you not only during the sale but also if you run into some trouble with your car after the sale. I had to undo the deal all the way for the problems I faced with the machine, and Sunshine staff helped me with the undo with ease. They are honest and dependable people. Hard to find such prudent dealers around. My car deal witnessed a sunset in the end, but Sunshine shines bright for me! If I were to look for a used car in future, I would head straight to Sunshine for the after-sales experience I had with them in last week. :)

We purchased a car practically over the phone working with Melissa who was extremely helpful professional and knowledgeable. Her service staff was also very easy to work with. Not your typical car buying experience thats for sure. They definitely exceeded our expectations for an overall positive buying experience.

I found them through TrueCar. We came down to look at one of their cash cars. It happened to be a car that was a trade in but also one they had previously sold. Richie provided a list of repairs and work done dating back to 2012. They were quick and efficient in transferring our tag and all of the other papers. They know their customers pretty well from what we could tell. As for the car. It made it back to our house fine and is still working. Its an old car but engine seems well maintained. Its a gamble any time you buy a car but we feel the price was fair and no fine print dealership fees so what you pay for is the car. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

Very professional, cordial and polite. They really worked with me.. Richie worked with me and my work schedule and made sure my needs were met. Even I had a small issue after leaving and he told me to come back and he fixed it! The service Palm Beach Used Car Sales provided was excellent. They are polite and very efficient. She even told me how to keep up the maintenance on my vehicle.
