**UPDATED**I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze from the West Palm Beach location in May. The car had 61,000 miles on it, and Im paying for the Silver Rock service plan.After a few weeks the engine began sputtering and even stalls out. The traction control/Stabilitrack service light turns on. The front end makes a loud squealing noise while its running. The engine idles roughly and now overheats constantly. Ive been going back and forth with the dealership, Silver Rock, and the repair shops for months with no resolution!Each time the repair shops quote me hundreds of dollars in repairs, Silver Rock declines all of them! Where was this car before you guys put it on the sales lot?!This vehicle is 3 years old! Theres no reason to have all these issues! I want a refund and I want DriveTime to take this lemon back! Im tired of dealing with this! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IM NOT GOING AWAY!

My credit score is in the poor section. Meaning its under 500. This past week Ive been to almost every dealership in this area and was denied by all except 1.Juan Liriano at DriveTime in WPB was able to work with me and all I had to put down is $800 on a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. Every other dealership wanted me to put down a minimum of $3,500. Those dealerships that turned me down were Lexus of Palm Beach, Schumacher Automotive & AutoNation of Greenacres.Juan Liriano is a good guy who was patient with me, let me test drive my new ride before I fell in love with it. If you come to DriveTime in WPB, ask for Juan Liriano. Thats if you want to be treated by one of the best agents in the business. His customer service skills are excellent. He is professional and yet he makes you feel comfortable and laid back. My experience dealing with him was a great one. His manager Haseeb also assisted in this great deal.

I went with my mom because she was looking to buy a new car. We went online and my mom submitted the credit app which came back with the down payment. The issue comes in when i started to speak to the representative about the car it was a whole different story then what i was told in the beginning FRIST RED FLAG. Now I’ve bought a car through drive time before and the only bank they work with is BridgeCrest. Anyways the representative didn’t really care about our needs or trying to help he was really just trying to rush us out of there. Which is fine. My mom actually had 3500.00 to put down but didn’t want to continue with the deal because of how we were being treated. Drive time used to be good. We had an appointment and they set us up with the same rep i had complained and reported before. This location used to be good I suggest if you want to buy a car from drive time you go to another location where they actually care about the people

The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the sales guy I had (Rohan) was a nice guy. Im surprised by how many positive reviews on here. It makes me think people at times are in desperate need of a car and are accepted here while being denied everywhere else.Every single car they showed me despite me saying over and over I wanted something with lower miles were right at or slightly under 100 thousand. Then after showing me these high mileage cars knowing it wasnt what I wanted I was told the warranty would protect me. That may be true but its only for 5 years and it doesnt cover everything. By the time you pay the car off you will need a new one or it will die long before you pay it off. The cars are over priced when compared to the blue book value and price at other dealers and the amount of interest you end up paying should be criminal. I did not end up buying with them. I was almost desperate but Im glad I held out and had patience with a Ford dealer in my city because I ended up getting what I wanted for a fair price.
