My laptop fell right on the power button and got stuck. Went to Geek Squad at Best Buy, they looked at it for 10 seconds and told me I would have to replace the motherboard and wait for 3-6 weeks or buy another laptop. I went to A Plus Computer Support, and my laptop was fixed within a day with no additional parts needed. Honest company that will tell you how it is and will provide fair prices. Highly recommend !

I was extremely satisfied with the work performed by John R. at my home on my computers and printers. From the moment he walked in, John was courteous, professional and on time. He paired our printers with our computers in 42 minutes. Now he had to go up and down stairs several times and didnt seem to mind. Our cable company technician who replaced our modem, had neglected to re-connect the printers to the computers. John was very pleasant and efficient. He absolutely knew what he was doing and the price charged by his company, A Plus Computer Support, was reasonable.I would recommend this company and John for any computer related mishap because I am confident they can fix any problem regardless of the operating system (Mac or Windows).

After getting tired of driving to computer repair shops via google in my area and finding out its just a UPS drop box or a different business where they do computer repair on the side I decided to drive up north to visit A Plus. I was very relieved to see an actual business in place and not something that looked like they would close up shop and vanish overnight. Even when telling them I was in no rush for the repair as I was leaving town for a bit I still received a call a few days later letting me know my computer was ready to go. Fantastic job on the repair, great customer service on both trips to the store and I felt the price was more then fair. I would definitely recommend bringing your computers to them if you need work done!

Honestly fulfilling promises and a computer repair store sounds like an oxymoron.However, I definitely found that Todd was open about what they would do - how much it would cost - and when it would be ready. He kept his promises.I cant speak highly enough about my experience with A Plus and would highly recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their computer.Lastly, if you are looking for a new computer - let them build one for you. I did - He asked me several questions - then explained what he would recommend - built my new computer to meet my specifications - IN 1 DAY - and I saved money.

We moved to Stuart, FL from Wisconsin where we had awesome tech support - finally had to find someone in south Florida to update our system. Kind of like finding a doctor - you have to feel good about WHO is working with your sensitive personal information! They were the only Mac repair place that responded to my messages and they were extremely efficient and helpful. This was much easier than going to the Apple store in Wellington. These guys know what they are doing with computers and they know how to run a business. Todd also gave me helpful tips for upgrading my computer on my own. Its great to have found a Mac repair shop I can trust and Im sure they are just as good with pc repair.

I had a BIOS problem preventing my computer from booting up. The computer manufacturer was not able to fix it but A Plus was. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time and money. I would definitely recommend them. Good job.

Amazing company. After getting some sort of virus on my computer, I was very frustrated and needed computer repair immediately (as my computer is my life- work, school, etc...) The techs were very straight forward and PROMPT. I dropped my computer off yesterday morning and it was ready the NEXT DAY. My computer is working like new and I am very happy. I strongly do not recommend A Plus Computer Support!!! You are treated well only when he needs your job. This was the most terrible experience. The owner is Todd Trahan. He advertises 24-48 hrs. service. I picked him because I could not wait too long for my computer to be fixed. During our initial conversation he offered many alternatives and prices for fixing the laptop. This was very confusing and price range from $ 60 to $230. After 2 days he informed me that the cost after discount will be $ 230. To replace the hard drive on my laptop took him additional 2 days. After I got my laptop I found out that the wireless driver connection is missing. Next day I had to drive again to his office to finish the job. He offered 30 days guarantee for the hard drive disk. Other offer 1 year guarantee. This experience was very unpleasant. He is very unprofessional, taking calls during my initial visit, talking badly about others to customers, not cooperative, poor communicator, etc. He should be graded F.

Matt was so helpful! I got really personalized care, the kind you cant get from a big chain store.My problem was small, I bought a used printer that was missing a cord. They let me bring the printer down to their store, and try it out with the cord, just to make sure it worked, before I bought anything. They even let me use their paper and their internet. All for such a small purchase! They were helpful and friendly, I really appreciated it.

Bought an a/c adapter for $62 (rip off), returned it 2 days later, no credit issued after 3 days, called company, employee told me $45 restock fee(another rip off), spoke to manager who said $25 restock fee is best he could do(still a rip off) i agreed, being out of town and not being able to get product back, 2 weeks later no credit still. Just called my bank and told them what was going on, head ache solvedEdit: Phone disconnected? Three days a week? Whatever.... I got my money back in full, you wont get my business

Todd and the techs really came through after my senior cat had an accident on the chair my Macbook Pro was charging on - soaking the computer at the same time.I was convinced it was fried, but amazingly they were able to repair the logic board and get me up and running in a very short time. With a little google luck and a lot of Divine intervention I ended up in Todds shop. I left my laptop here with a nasty virus and picked it up good as new. They take advantage of gullible customers and will charge you over double the price of an equipment and then over 100 dollars to simply plug in a new power supply . Something so simple that anyone can do . Take your computer to a friend who knows how to use Google or any high school computer teacher and without a doubt they will probably do it quicker not to mention way cheaper

Getting a computer or laptop fixed is a hassle as many business out there want to shake you down for extra services or unneeded parts. Todd at Plus Computer support immediately diagnosed the problem my laptop had and gave me the option of taking it back or repairing it. I have done my own repairs in the past and Im familiar with prices and I thought his repair price which included the parts was fair. I am a professional videographer. Was in the middle of editing a two hour production when my computer (Dell) desktop computer crashed. Took my Dell tower to A Plus and the guy there (Todd) restored it, in a little more than 24 hours, for $300, which I believe is very reasonable.

I found A Plus Computer Support randomly while searching on Google for computer hardware specialists in the West Palm Beach area. I had a particularly interesting and non-traditional project that I needed them to work on in regards to a Dell OptiPlex. This desktop seemed like-new, but it wasnt recognizing any input tools (keyboard, mouse, etc.). That was only one of the complexities of the project.I called up A Plus first (out of all the other Google search results) and the staff was incredible from the start. They carried that demeanor throughout the entire process. Not only were they professional, but they also made my experience enjoyable. After picking up my computer, I left A Plus thinking: Its businesses like this that make the world a better place.

After having to deal with geek squad and their lack of service i called Todd at A plus computer support and was able to inform him of my issue with geek squad and the fact that i had a cracked screen. As a college student there is nothing more important than our laptops so to say the least i needed someone i can trust to fix it. Todd was everything and more his turnover rate is incredible, i got it the very next day and he was very understanding when i told him i already purchased my screen and worked with me instead of demanding i get one from his supplier which most computer stores demand. I will recommend A plus computer support to anyone looking to fix their lifeline (laptop) it is always a good thing to have a trusted computer repair store that is trusted and low cost.

They immediatelly started to try and sell me new hard drives and stuff.I took my computer to TODD after reading his reviews. Recently, there have been serious storms in the area and one of the lighting strikes knocked out my office computers and network. Generally, I go by referrals to resolve my computer/technical issues, however, there was not time for that this go around so I googled the nearest company and A+ is where I ended up. Being an owner of a civil engineering firm and having pressing deadlines Todd recognized that my computer issues needed to be resolved and it had to be done quickly. Within an hour he was onsite to get one of the machines up and running so that deadlines and projects were not negatively impacted and in another couple of days he had built a new custom machine and had my office networked with all of the printers and data servers reconnected. As a result of Todds efforts, I can say with certainty that my office is in a better position with more capabilities now then before his involvement. This place is amazing, a diamond in the rough!I was looking for someone to replace my sons WII U gamepad charging port. I found A Plus on a Saturday, spoke with the owner, and was told to bring the gamepad in. On the way there, my son dropped his ipad and shattered the screen. When we got there DeShawn was super helpful. He ordered the part for the gamepad and fixed the ipad that day. I recieved a call on the day I was told the gamepad would be done and it was (it only took a few days)!From the owner to the staff their knowledge, professionalism and friendliness will be beyond your highest expectations. Being from out of town I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had them do some upgrades to my macbook pro that is 4 years old. Doubled the ram and doubled the hd to ssd. Very reasonable price and easy to work with. Keep up the good work guys...

When my wifes iMac crashed and Apple told me that the hard drive was fried and that they could not extract data from it, I was horrified. She had almost twenty years of family photos and a massive iTunes library on her machine, but had not backed up the files. I started calling computer services, many of whom claimed they could try to retrieve the data, but that it would cost $300-400 just to tell me if they could retrieve anything. On top of that, I was quoted numbers in the $1000 range to retrieve the data on top of the $300-400!!! Thankfully, I found APlus. They charged nothing to assess whether they could retrieve the data, and a fraction of the prices others had quoted to actually retrieve it. Best of all, they did it quickly and professionally. Now my wife is happy and I wouldnt think of using anyone but APlus for any future computer needs. They definitely live up to their name. A+ indeed!
