WORST PLACE EVER! Store manager sucks! I gave him a phone that I thought was unlocked. As a store clerk and STORE MANAGER, he should of made sure it was unlocked before trying to activate my phone. I was charged a $16 activation fee bc he activated the phone anyways. He kept telling me there is nothing he could do about the $16 and if I called the hotline and explain to a rep what happen, they will give me the $16 back. Instead I had to pay the $16 when I tried calling and my account was suspended immediately! He sure got me for my money. The store manager is name Ham. Do not accept his help.

Good morning, I love going to 958 North lake, The Manager is very Professional and has great skills, in fact i remember the Story the lady is lying i was there when that happened, she ddint want to Pay and the manager, the manager told her, if your phone is unlocked, she said yes and lied about, she is liar come, stop lying girl, you know you are scammer trying to scam People, the manager said there is a 16 for device changer, in fact i did mine also and gave me a receipt, call customer service they charged, people like are very discussing an very terrible liar
The worker ham is a scam artist. He tried to sell me a phone that was more then retail and then he realized that the phone was missing a battery bc the other employee sold it.after he locked my account he offered to sell me a refurbished phone for $130 which was more then what he tried to get me for the 1st time.after all the troubles the pos gave me the wrong account number bc I told him I was going to cricket.he is a scam
The manager tried to rob me of $32! i brought them a new phone that was unlocked to replace a different phone on my acctount. the manager told me it would cost 16$ to repace a device. i said okay. At which time he began the process which to not even a minute and said he couldnt do it because the phone was not unlocked. i said okay, but then i need to get my phone number back on my old phone. He then said it would cost me another 16$! what?! you never performed the first service, how on earth will you try to charge me AGAIN, or even at all! He insisted and would not give me my old cell phone. At this point i never bought anything, i had a valid sim.. so why charge? After a long argument... i left without paying the 32$ but oh how unethical that all was!He thought he could try to rip me off because i was nice...WARNING NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION!
