Great service. Jared arrived exactly on time. Prepared with choices and measuring devices. He is highly professional. When it was time to deliver the shoes he called and gave us a few choices.Once again he was on time and explained everything about the shoes and inserts. I have dealt with this firm (QUANTUM)_ for a good number of years and I have found them a wonderful firm to deal with.

They were great in getting diabetic shoes for my father-in-law. They reached out to me when they werent getting responses from his doctor to ensure that he got his shoes instead of just letting it go. Everyone that has dealt with him was kind and caring. I would definitely recommend.

My mother was fitted for shoes. It was more than 2 months before she received them. Other than that, the orthotic specialist was patient, kind, and cognizant of my mother’s limited physical abilities.

Quantum /Doug shoe fitter did as good as can be expected under covidsituation. The appointments were kept as expected. The only downfall was in the delivery of the Dr. Comfort shoes. I would suggest adding Orthrofeetas an additional source for your shoes. Otherwise, everything was as expected given covid circumstances.

I loved their selection of shoes. Just because Im a senior it doesnt mean I have to wear hideous looking shoes! Quantum has a pretty decent selection and I love my choice. I also liked how easy they make ordering. They contact your doctor and once they get approval they call and make an appointment with you to come to your house to measure you for the shoes you choose. It was perfect! It was simple and easy and if you have Medicare its no cost to you. I loved it mostly because they have really nice looking shoes.

My husband was fitted in our own home by a very kind and friendly gentleman. He arrived on time and did not take up too much time. The shoes arrived a couple of weeks later and were a very good fit. They also included inserts to make the shoes more comfortable. He really likes his Dr Comfort shoes.

Good quality pair of shoes that helps support my needs and more. Comfortable and pleasurable fit and feeling. Its like walking on thick foam carpeting! The insert are a big change to have to adjust shifting and having the perfect fit. Wish I had known about these type of shoes years ago! The company representative was well adverse with the product and patient when answering all my Questions, initial and, after fitting of the No Cost Shoes!

Michael Fishkin is a very caring and friendly individual w/ quite a bit knowledge in orthotics and diabetes care. He came out to my place at a time convenient for me and fitted me w/ the proper shoe and orthotic to help ease my neuropathy symptoms. Looking forward to working w/ him in the future.
