I talked to Tracy a week ago. She told me they were waiting for prescription from Dr. So i faxed the prescription over to them on sat of last week. Thursday still havent received the freestyle meter. So i called back today 5-8-21 talked to karen thats her real name but she did act like a rude KAREN. She told me they were waiting on prescription i replied no maam i faxed the orders from my own home on sat. In fac i did it twice just to make sure the received it. I ha e confirmation proving they received the faxes. I told ruse mare. Cancel and i will take it to publix. She said go for it. They dont care. Then hung up. Very poor customer service. Should be fired

I spoke with a rep and had my Dr. Send his notes for diabetic shoes. A week later aend me a letter that says they dont have a shoe fitter in rhe area,oklahoma, they new that before we sent everything abd waa expecting them.They .

How this company has a 4.7 star rating is completely beyond me. I’ve tried writing this review multiple times, and always exceed the character limit because I have so many stories and bad experiences that I want to share. The bullet points... You’ll definitely have to call and bother them to get any help with the issue you’re having. They’ll tell you they’ll call you back within “a couple of hours” or “by the end of the day”, but that won’t happen. They may charge you twice for the same bill... which is what happened to me this week. There goes almost $700! So far, nobody has been able to tell me if that charge was a mistake or not. I called and give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe I did owe them more for a different bill, but after the two phone convos I’ve had today, I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that they charged me twice for the same bill. Nobody seems to know anything over there... one time, I placed an order, never got it, called to check on it, and was told that it seemed that the person in charge of entering the orders “must have dropped the ball”. So basically, she never entered my order into the system and my very important medical supplies were very late. I could go on, but you get the idea.

My son, who has Type 1 Diabetes, has had nothing but problems dealing with this company in getting medical supplies he needs that are insurance company has authorized for him. Quantum Medical Supplys incompetence is matched only by their rudeness. Avoid this company at all costs. We are working through our insurance network for another supply source.

I already responded However I appreciate the fact I was able to receive shoes. I had to go 2 years before I could find a place to get that would give me the shoes. Thank you o much!!! I love that the representative came to my home to measure my feet and then to bring the shoes to my house to deliver them. I can not tell you how you meet my needs in an amazing way. Nice shoe. A bit too big. They should have measured my size for better fit. I got black mary jane style. Sure better than flip flops!! LOL

I have been diabetic for 17 years and what I found most helpful about this company is there ability to educate me after all these years! I had no idea insurance companies will pay for a free pair of shoes for me annually!
