These guys have been around for 30 plus years I know for sure. My dad has been getting all of our office equipment serviced through them since the 1980s and now I still go only to them when I need our printers, copiers, registers and even laptop worked on. Bob is the owner and he is always helpful and has gone that extra mile for us quit a bit when we have a machine down and needed a same day service call. They will always have our business.

What a wonderful small business in the community. I Just moved here to west palm beach from Ohio and was in dire need of service on my multi function machines that got bumped around in our moving process. I had brought my two Brother MFC machines to two other guys in the area only to hear them tell me that they cant be fixed. Well finally i called Brother and they said to go to Alan Business Machines as they are a Authorized dealer. Well thankfully i did, Both machines were fixed promptly and i now have both machines back and working great. Come to find out this company has been owned and operated for almost 40 years from what the owner told me. Great people and i will be doing business with them again.

Very unhappy with the service at this business. Have had two less than par experiences with them regarding equipment purchased directly from their business. Their response is always the same....call the 800 number. Two strikes, theyre out.
