Woman who I had was not experienced dealing with customers..handed me a flyer and said call them..I asked her initially about also buying a tablet and once some crazy whatever flag came up on her screen she immediately reverted to handed me the Internet essentials flyer and told me just go outside and call him and theres nothing else she can do so I knew she was either new or had no I dont know common Sense with dealing with customers other than black and white so I I called I went on I went online and I called the customer experience supervisor at the 865 number and I dealt with him before and he was excellent he did everything I asked her to do even added self-protect that I added her to do what she said could not be done and even apologize for her so I actually probably wont even deal with this location anymore this is at Palm Beach lakes

Xfinity Cell phone service NOT GOOD and is a scam with false advertising sales people to commercials.. I lose signal or have no signal in town and as Im a traveling each week with zero Wi-Fi and cell data service.. I did the unlimited after talking with another sales guy last month & its still does not work. My other phone service works better and wish I would have not listen to a young sales person who has NO Clue about its own service!! DONT Trust Xfinity Cell service!!

I went in there yesterday because my 2 phones were not associated with the correct devise. I tried on 6-7 prior occasions calling customer service to resolve the issue but my call disconnted or no one followed up with me. So I decided to go local. The Xfinity team meneber Jxxxs called tech support and told me he would call me back because tech needed to fix it and he assured me it would be resolvedI wasnt a sale so I didnt add any value to his time there. I texted him back requesting a call about 4 hours later..... Nothing except for all of my phones being disconnected from service. I again had to call tech support and 1.5 hours later my service was reconnected . Thanks Jxxxxs TERRIBLE customer service. Ill use another location next time.

I came into the store to figure out why my bill was so high and return equipment which I thought was making my bill higher but the customer service I received was just terrible the gentleman was rude and didn’t even offer to break down my bill for me .

This is my first time with Xfinity and this is a disappointment. I showed up at around 11:30am, I came to pick up my wifi modem. And the lady outside, she said to wait in the car and wait for a confirmation text. I waited for over an hour for a text and never received one. I finally took matters in my own hand and went to the lady outside again. She said “I texted you.” I never received a text. And then two people went in front of me and then I was next. Then the person who was helping me went and helped someone else.
Lenny met us at the front door. We handed him the equipment that didn’t work and he gave us the replacements. No fuss. No charges. In and out in under 10 minutes. Great customer service! Thanks, Lenny.

I haven’t always had the best experience with Xfinity until I went to this store. Justin greeted me with a smile and helped me with everything I had issues with. He even went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best deals for the amount I was paying. The store was also super busy and they all did a great job at making sure to cater to each customer accordingly! I will definitely be going back if I ever need questions answered. :)
Had to wait 2 hours, in the parking lot. They had 2 customer service employees working on a Saturday. I had a simple billing question, which took 5 minutes to answer and resolve. The absolute worst service ever experienced.
Everything bad thing I can say about a company should be Xfinity’s motto. If you want to pay a bunch of money to a company that has the worst customer service that has ever existed and has the worst product that was ever created you should give them a call. They’re your guy.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME at this Xfinity Store. With this Xfinity store, they have a waitlist in which they would text you when a representative is available in store. I placed my name on the waitlist and waited an hour for help. However, due to a glitch in the Xfinity system, everyone who was on the waiting list received a text message that they were next in line. About 20 or so people crowded around the store saying they were next in line. XFINITY representative told everyone to form a line and wait again since they dont know they arrangement of the names on the waitlist. Therefore, everyone had to wait in line close to each other during a pandemic and in the hot sun.Even though I waited an hour, they had served the first person in line who waited for 5 minutes outside. I was arguing with the representative but they cannot do anything and blamed the glitch for their poor performance of handling the situation. Also, the representative told me that the glitch consistently been happening. Im not sure why they didnt perform any corrective and preventative action to fix the issue or took a different route by taking people name on a piece of paper. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.
Try to download my bills through app, couldnt see bills older than 4 months, called customer service, just to be told that they can pull out bills from 12 months ago, BUT they cannot email or mail i to me, the only option to get it is to go in xfinity store. 21 century, Covid situation and instead trying to do everything they can online/email/mail, they are sending you to go in person to the store to pick up your bills. No one told me that i have to make appointment there, so i went to the nearest store where i was told that waiting time is 30-40 minutes, theyll text me when my turn comes. Unbelievable.... 2nd star is only for gentleman who helped me out fast qnd was kind.
Accept the fact that you have to wait outside but they were really quick so it wasnt bad

While the staff is attentive and professional it is obvious that there software system is antiquated and difficult to use and you have to wait hours to even see anyone. Top it off with them not even having Wi-Fi available to customers as they wait. If coffee shops can do it I don’t see how they can justify not providing that as you wait for hours. It’s a shame there aren’t more options.... they really have us by the throat.
Cancelled service a month ago and dropped the equipment off a week later, it took these people additional week to process the returned equipment. The following month still charged me for a monthly fee and it was a royal pain to het ot back

Standing on line at the palm beach lakes blvd store for an hour. Appointments are coming every 15 minutes ahead of walk-in lines. Could not get through to get appointment. Only opened at 11am...only store open for 30 mile radius. Unfortunately expect this from Comcast If they didn’t have a monopoly on cable they would be out of business...just horrible
I had a salesman who knew absolutely nothing about his products. He was wrong about delivery times, he was wrong about prices, he was wrong about the specs and clearly dealt in bait and switch. I repeatedly ask for aManager to call me and was ignored. Horrible service! I am better calling an Indian call center than I am talking to someone in this store!
This review does not directly reflect this store location. It reflects how God awful Comcast/xfinitys customer service is as a whole. If you have the the choice to choose another service do it. You will never accomplish anything when calling these people. When someone doesnt want to deal with you. They transfer you and then you have to start fresh with a stranger. And guess what. They are going to transfer you too. They canceled my security without my say so and then wanna charge me for the equipment. I spent HOURS talking to at least 10 different people just to get wifi at my new house. As far as internet speeds go Ill give credit where credit is due. They have good speeds for decent price. But dont ever expect to resolve any issue.
I returned all my equipment, boxes, and cables to the bins, as told, and they never stopped my service nor had a record of the returns, even though I was told thy scan the barcodes. Now they are saying I have to pay. Having read reviews about the store manager, I suppose I will have to take it up with corporate. The North lake offices seemed better, rather than this ew location which clearly is just to sell.

They made us stand outside in the pouring rain because they can’t provide social distancing inside. 9 people under a 10x10 text outside gettin drenched. That’s worse than inside with being spread apart to wait. This policy and Harry got to go. You can’t make people wet in the rain outside.
Best Xfinity store by far! The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming. This store is extremely busy, but they acknowledge everyone who is waiting. I was having a billing problem and Justin was able to get it straightened out for me. He was professional and didn’t hesitate to get my issue resolved. This is my new store from now on!
I went to the Xfinity store to return equipment. The greeter was very pleasant and informative. Even though I had to wait over an hour, she was very attentive by telling me how the system works. After patiently waiting, I was able to speak with a technician and all my needs were addressed and taken care of. Very professional staff.
If you care getting new service for cable I suggest you have the cable boxes delivered, because that line is slow and hot 🔥 you might even get caught in the rain⛈️, great people, great service....

I was promised on a phone call to Comcast that an in-home service call to get my TV to work with a new router, would be a no charge service call. It was bad information. I was charged $100 for the service call.

Nice new store, piss poor management.I walked in to the brand new store to address a problem with my bill. There were customers walking around aimlessly as there was no signage directing people where to check in. Eventually a gentleman called out from the back corner to have people check in with him. After doing that we were directed to take a seat and wait. I sat there for an hour with no indication that my name would be called. Meanwhile as I sat, I watched a person that may have been the manager bypass everyone that was waiting and began taking care of anyone that wanted to exchange equipment even if they just walked in the door. I got so angry and frustrated I just left. That manager needs to be fired as she has no clue about customer service.
Tuesline, taunia, were really helpful with my product and service. There customer service is really great, and I would recommend everyone that I know to come to this location and ask for them Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate it.

After finally speaking to a human this morning it was determined I need a new cable box which I was told I could quickly pick up at the Xfinity Metrocenter Drive location. Problem was I went but this location had moved to 1831 Palm Beach Lakes. Now, I am sitting here for 45 minutes waiting to exchange my old box for a new one.I would have had it mailed instead of already using two hours of my day to go in circles. Not fair having to wait behind people setting up service which takes a long time.Already fed up with Comcast, leaning toward going back to DirecTV for many different reasons. Only three reps here with over 30 people waiting.
Manager there kaprice is very unprofessional, she know nothing about customer service. She talk to me with a ugly tone of voice and provide no solution. She needs to be fired. Very poor management for such a nice attractive store. Extremely disappointed.
The worse service I ever experienced is with Xfinity!! Caprice who is the supervisor at the Palm beach outlet store in west palm beach is very very unprofessional and offers no solution. She is the worst leader I ever came across. She is a big monster and a dumb person who does not even know how to talk to a customer. Worse experience ever.!!! Went to pick up a modem which took less than 3 minutes when we finally spoke with a representative, but had to wait over two hours before being assisted. If a manager was at the store it was not evident. Would not recommend visiting this store
