Merchant metals gave me information how and where I could get a 8 ft fence post when there was a shortage of fence material. The man that answered the phone told where to go and what to do if they wouldnt sell me what I needed. Due to the boom of business no one would sell me a fence post because they needed them for booked jobs and I wasnt a prior customer. The big box warehouse stores only had 5 foot posts and I have a 6 ft fence along the canal and needed at least an 8 ft post. Thank you for helping me when you could have just hung up without taking the time to give me a phone number and address of a place that would have what I needed. Thank you for your help.
