Went there to get a few vinyl posts that Home Depot didn’t have available. They talked to us into returning our fence supplies after knowing we had never built pvc fence before. They said that Home Depots products will break and are worthless and said he’d give us a discount way cheaper than Home Depots price if we bought the whole fence from him. This discount was never applied on any materials he supplied us. Once we brought the supplies to the house we realized that he sold us two six foot sections of panels that were a different shade of white. Missing two 24” stainless steel drop down latches. Tried calling to return, he said if it’s not in the original packaging he can’t do anything. The original packaging was just plastic wrapped around everything. If I could give zero stars I would give this company has terrible communication skills with rude workers. They will most likely will get your order wrong and not allow you to return anything or pick up something they didn’t supply so go somewhere else besides pvc supply.

My experience at PVC Fence Supply was first rate. Although I had never previously installed a PVC fence there was only a very small learning curve. The pieces went together very easily and I receive many compliments on the finished product. Thanks to Francisco and crew.

My wife and I wanted to replace our old wooden fence and upgrade to a PVC fence so we shopped around to get quotes from different fencing companies. We came across this company (PVC Fence Supply) online. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and most of all they had the best price that we found in the area. We went into the facility to order the materials and the shop was very clean and had lots of different samples to look at. They greeted us and treated us like family and it was very quick to order and receive our materials.I usually don’t write reviews but I would highly recommend this company for your fencing needs.

They screwed our order up completely; two different colors of panels, shorted us $60 in materials, and gave us wrong hardware. They would not refund anything because it’s not there original packaging and it was “a whole week and a half after I picked it up” Was very let down after seeing it was highly reviewed. Not sure if this was because I’m a younger guy or just a quality control issue.

This company provides top notch products and even better service. I placed an ordered and it was at my house within a week. However as I was installing my fence I realized I was short and contacted them to inform them of the error. They admittedly made a slight error and delivered the missing product to somewhere else. On the next day/Sunday which was a non working day they delivered my product and even provided extra. I really appreciate their professionalism and transparency. I highly recommend this company.

I was looking to buy local instead of pumping more money into the Big Box stores and found PVC Fence Supply on Google. Francisco was responsive and sent me two different fence options at a fair price. He spent time with me to make sure that I understood how to install it, he even drew me out a few schematics to help me understand. He even came out himself on a Saturday to ensure a timely delivery. We replaced our chain link fence with a 6 foot vinyl fence. Everything was supposed to be included with our purchase, with the exception of installation. With the fence near installation completion the gates were ready for the hardware. Missing from the hardware were the latches for both the single gate and the double gates.My husband went to PVC Fence Supply to get the latches and was rudely told that he should have made sure everything was there before he left the day he picked up the fencing. As if anyone could make heads or tails out of the massive load until it was unbundled and unloaded. They said everything was there, and we had no reason to doubt them.They have refused to give the latches to him or refund the price of the latches that we had already paid for.Bad business practices for any company. The BBB will be notified.Very disappointed with their service.

I contacted Francisco because I wanted something a little different. I had seen a wood grain PVC fence at a friend’s neighbor’s house. It looked great and I was wanting something like that. Francisco has a great selection from standard colors to those that you will not see anywhere else. The product is solidly build and is much more durable than the ones I had looked at at HD and Lowes. My friend’s neighbor’s HD fence is so faded one year later that you can hardly recognize the wood grain. I cannot say enough about the product and Francisco’s professionalism.

I had a headrail I needed to replace, who knows how old this fence was. Francisco made me a new headrail in a matter of minutes and even took it back a second time to enlarge the holes. I did not have a pocket with me but I looked like the pickets I had were slightly larger, judging by the size holes in the old headrail. Great service and Francisco was a real brick for hooking me up. I’d recommend them to anyone!

The amount of start allow to provide are not sufficient there should be be a10 stars for starters the product is better bi a large margin way better than the major houseware stores orange store change or the blue once . Also the staff is great Anthony help me thru the process I was able to install the fence with help from family members an save my self lots of money in the process. I even texted him on a Sunday an he reply with the answer on the issue.. I was amazed.
