The WORST customer service experience I have EVER had!! I ordered a Mothers Day dessert bundle with some add-ons from Wellington Trace - spent $89.15 for an order that was delayed being delivered, was incorrect, and looked poor, so I called to talk to the staff. Dawn was rude and told me to slow my roll when she said I could have my recipient bring the incorrect item back and I told her No, you all made the mistake, you need to make it right.. I asked to speak to the manager, Donna, and she was no better. She immediately had an attitude and told me she called corporate and what they did is perfectly fine because their website says they can make substitutions. Mind you, I ordered Dark Chocolate Caramel and they sent Berry - HUGE difference. I said, perhaps someone should have called and given me the option to change the item or cancel it. She said Really? We have over 300 orders, its a holiday, blah, blah, blah. I said I dont need the excuses, just refund me for the incorrect order. She said Fine and hung up. I have ordered for YEARS from this store and the last two or three orders have not been good. I have also ordered from other Edible Arrangements for years and I will NEVER EVER order from this store or any Edible Arrangements EVER again. I will make sure everyone I know is aware about the awful customer service at Wellington Trace and the poor customer service from corporate right down to the store staff. Such a shame but there are too many other options for sending delicious gifts to have to deal with this nonsense, awful customer service, and worsening quality with each order. Donna and Dawn have definitely ruined the experience at Wellington Trace Edible Arrangements. Avoid this place - no wonder it has such a poor rating.

Terrible service. It was the receipt of a thoughtful edible gift and the delivery never arrived. It was told the driver got a busy signal when he tried to notify me that he was on the way. When is the last time you got busy signal ona placed call. Then 2 days later l received a call from the store asking to deliver the ediblesWell you know its similar to get your birthday cake 2 days after your birthday. I would not recommend this store.

My wife was sent an offer for her Birthday to come in to any store during her birthday month to redeem her free box of fruit. The Wellington store would not fulfill the offer and stated that she was NOT in their computer system, that it was also a bad time of year and that she would have to go to the place where she did her ordering from which is done mostly online and to other states as gifts. My wife said so I need to go to N.Y. N.J. or Ohio to redeem the offer? Yes is what she was told. The store blamed corporate for constantly doing this to them. Corporate assured my wife that she could go back to the store to redeem the offer but my wife was just embarrassed and felt like she wouldnt be received any better than the first time that she went there. Its like Macys not honoring a Macys coupon really!

Delivered to the wrong address. It was a surprise for the recipient and unfortunately the surprise was ruined because they had to go pick it up at the wrong address. Use a different location if you can. Or just order from another company.

WANTED TO SEND AN ARRANGEMENT TO MY VET AFTER MY DOG PASSED AWAY. I CALLED THIS LOCATION EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT I COULD AFFORD, THE YOUNG LADY CATHY WAS SO HELPFUL. SHE HELPED ME PICK THE PERFECT ONE, THEY ALSO GOT IT THERE IN PERFECT TIME ALSO. I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY

Stopped by to pick up bite size cup...2 chocolate covered green apple,2 chocolate covered strawberries and 2 chocolate covered bananas. They also gave me a thick slice chocolate covered pineapple cake with lil candle. Every bite was DELICIOUS!!! 😋

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They will give you the worst experience. It is Mothers Day May 12th 2:50pm. I called to complain about a order my mother received of fruit that was not fresh. My mom had to pick it up because they could not ship it. They did not refund my money for delivery fees and were being very rude when I called about the fruit. When I told the lady she was being rude she yelled and said “I CAN SHOW YOU RUDE” and hung up on me. I tried calling back and never got an answer many times. Clearly their employees are bitter and hate their job. If I can give zero star I would.

The fruit were fresh and tasty. I rated them a 3 because when I arrived NO ONE was at the front counter. There was no one there to assist me. They were ALL in the back talking amongst themselves. They were having personal conversations which could be heard at the front of the store. Pretty vulgar language might I add especially for them to be elderly women. I had placed and paid for my order online expecting a swift pickup but no it took about 8-10 minutes for someone to come from the back. I even tried calling the store while I was in the building just to let them know I was there. Sometimes the staff can ruin an experience at an organization.

I normally order from the location on Congress in Lake Worth because it’s close to where I used to work and I tend to order for people from work, but I decided to check out the Wellington location since I live closer and wanted to get an arrangement for my father in law for his birthday. Mind you, it’s Sunday before Memorial Day weekend and I know a lot of places are closing earlier, but I checked before I left and made sure they closed at 3PM, so I arrived around 11:30 to have enough time to order and pick up. When I got to the door, the closed sign was up, but the door was unlocked, so I went in. About a minute later, an elderly woman with short blonde hair (Baby boomer-age) comes out. I ask for the binder I’m used to seeing from the other location to browse through options and she says there isn’t one but she can show me on her computer. A little uncomfortable to look at from the other side of the counter, but so far so good. She’s showing me options and I finally decide on one. Then she asks me when I need this for and I say today if possible. She says no we can’t because I’m closing in 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES. It wasn’t even noon yet. She didn’t even apologize. Rather, she just looked at me like well what did you expect? So why is your closing time 3PM? Ironic that they call us millennials lazy. I was so disappointed, I called the Congress location, which closes at 1 by the way, so way less wiggle room, and they said they’d have my arrangement in half an hour. So nothing against edible arrangements but you can clearly tell who wants to work and who doesn’t. Obviously this woman needs to retire and take off all the time off she needs.

Customer service was great, was here on vacation for Valentines Day ordered for my fiance and daughter to be delivered and it was delivered around 10:30 am, great timing. Fruit was fresh and sweet and bouquet was put together with perfection! I dont know about the other comments but I deff had a great experience with this location and would use again. Thank you!

Ordered a box of chocolate covered fruit to be picked up at 2:30. Got to the store at 2:35 (they close at 3) the door is locked, open sign up & a fan on inside. Called the store, no answer. Waited until 3:10 to no prevail. If there was an issue on their end about the time of pick up, someone should have called me. I left 2 messages & still havent received a call back.

WOW. I can not believe the terrible customer service I received. It is Mother’s Day and I called to complain about a bouquet of fruit my mother received of fruit that was not fresh. The lady I spoke to was so rude and seems miserable with her job. She yelled at me and hung up the phone. I had to get in contact with corporate. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT order from this place.

If I could give zero stars I would have done so. We ordered for Mothers Day and it was never delivered. We checked all day and it said out for delivery. No explanation, no follow up. When I called I was informed, This sometimes happens. Terrible disappointment.

ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. When placing the order the lady was rude and nasty I paid for delivery and I had to pickup the order my self. WHEN PICKING UP THE ARRANGEMENT THE FRUIT WAS OLD THE CHOCOLATE HAD MOLD. I SHOWED THE LADY THAT WAS WORKING AND DEMAND MONEY BACK THE LADY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE ARRANGEMENT AND DELIVERY AFTER I PAID FOR DELVERY AND STILL HAD TO PICK IT UP I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE LABOR DEPARTMENT HOW DO THEY SALE OLD AND PAST DUE FRUITS THIS IS DISGUSTING HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE YOU CAN GET SICK

After discovering that Edible was going to start making smoothies I went in to try one. I came back the next day having had a good experience. While one employee was outside having a smoke break, I entered the location to find no one up front. Having worked retail, I prefer not to walk in and holler to the back for assistance, theres a bell, theres a system someone will help me, and it gives me a moment to collect my thoughts and order. While making my choices, loud voices came from the back with very salty language. Im no stranger to bad words, and that didnt bother me, until one of the voices referred to someone as, that black b*^& . I was horrified at the lack of professionalism, the racial epithet and the poor customer service. The smoker returned and read the dismay in my face. When I explained my issue, she took my concerns to the faceless voice. Faceless replied that she was only referring to a girl who pissed her off. I walked out without my smoothie this morning and I dont expect to return to this location.

I ordered a delivery for my sisters birthday a week and half in advance. They sent me the email confirmation with my payment info that they will be delivering the arrangements on Aug. 4th, they Never did. I received no voicemail,text,call to notify me about the failure to deliver.their excuse was that it is a gated community. I waited all day to hear that my sister received the order, at last I called their customer service hotline number in the eve. The representative on the phone was not helpful at all as she provided me NO solution, Her only reasoning there was that Each store is Individually owned and corporate has no control over any local stores work/schedule/decisions. I called the local store but the lady on the phone did not provide any apology or concession for ruining mine and my sisters day. she kept arguing back that why did I not pick up the delivery mans phone and I explained I was at work and cant pick up an unknown phone #,had he left me a voicemail I would have definitely called back right away as it was so important to me, they showed No accountability or sense of responsibility. I will NEVER do anymore business with them even though I have in the past multiple times. this is the second time they screwed up a delivery, last time their excuse was that they were overbooked with orders for that day, they werent overbooked when they charged my account. Such crappy service for so much money

I wish I would have listened to the other reviews as our experience was terrible. First they called the person the gift was intended for to tell them it would be delivered between 12-5 PM then didnt show up. When I called the store after 5 no one answered the 3 attempts even though their hours are listed to 6 PM. I had to call their corporate customer service who also was unable to reach the store. At this point I spent 100.00 and have no product and no recourse as the corporate customer service says they cant refund my money without getting ahold of the store. So we go round and round.

My son ordered a large arrangement as a Mothers Day gift. It never arrived. He called on Monday and was told that they had gotten backed up and would deliver on Tuesday. It never arrived. At six pm Wednesday it finally arrived, the only problem was that it had obviously been made for Sundays delivery. The strawberries were moldy, the chocolate was dripping off the dipped fruit and the melon was limp. I called the next day and was told that was not what was delivered. After some arguing back and forth I was told that a refund would be issued to my son. It was never done.

Ordered a basket for Mothers Day to be delivered via website. They charged me and sent me a confirmation. They didnt deliver it and they STILL charged me! And they didnt send me ANYTHING letting me know. They are literally thieves. I know Mothers Day is busy but follow up...never again.

Buyers beware of this location for ANY deliveries to people you care about. If you want to send a fruit basket that contains almost spoiled fruit, delivers late and some of the rudest people to deal with then this edible arrangements is for you. We ordered a basket that was almost $100 for my sick mother who just got home from the hospital. After specific instructions to the store, they did not follow the instructions so they could not deliver, the fruit was awful, mushy with little to no taste, and when we called to let them know of the issues we were screamed at by the nasty woman who answered the phone. We called into corporate and they said that we would need to deal with the store as its a franchise. We have ordered from many different edible arrangement stores around the country for our clients and most of the times had a great experience, those times it was not so good, they took care of the issues and made us happy. This store in Wellington Marketplace is not like any of the other stores we have dealt with over the past 4 years and will NOT be ordering anything from the company again. You will be much better off going online to find an alternative, dont give these people a dollar of your hard earned money.
