Great service the gentleman spyder was very helpful if he didn’t give me the service he did i wouldn’t have purchased a new pair for no reason i went in to do an exchange with my insurance on my current pair just awesome all around customer service

First time visiting the West Palm Beach Outlets and what a great experience I had at this Sunglasses Hut store (note: there are two Sunglasses Hut stores at the WPB Outlets) thanks to Sales Associate Justin. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I was most impressed by his dedication to his job, professionalism with me (the customer), knowledge of the variety of sunglasses, his honesty, and and desire to make sure I was well informed about the products (sunglasses) that I was most interested in. Because of Justins overall knowledge and great customer service I purchased a fantastic, although not inexpensive, pair of sunglasses.

Ive never been more insulted. After waiting 15min to be serviced when i finally am Im greeted by an officer as if im stealing. I work hard like the next man i feel like if i want to buy a pair of expensive frames i should be able to do so without having the law called on me. I never said a single hostile word nor spoke anger of any sort. I shall not be back and i will encourage family and friends to do tge same.

I went to Sunglass Hut at the Palm Beach Outlets to try to get my dad’s 20+ year old RayBan Aviators fixed and the lenses replaced as a Christmas gift. I ended up buying a new pair of RayBans, but Justin, one of the best employees, also provided me with information on how to order replacement lenses just in case my dad didn’t want the new pair. Low and behold my dad just wanted his old pair. I returned the new glasses I bought very easily, no hassle. I finally ordered the replacement lenses online and got my dad’s RayBans fixed for his birthday 4 months later with the help of the same employee that helped me originally: Justin! He was so so helpful, personable, and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. I got my dad’s lenses replaced for no additional charges at Sunglass Hut. Customer service is A1 and Justin needs a raise!!

Melinda helped us choose a pair of glasses that fit well and suited us best. She was very helpful, and would return to that location to have her help again.

Justin was awesome. That guy needs a promotion. He spent almost an hour with me answering all kinds of questions and suggestions. I would return just to get help from him. Kudos to his customer service skills

1.30.2021 Went in at around 8:30. The store smelled somehow like they were cooking food, a lady came out of the back, clearly eating. Super bothered. I politely asked about the sales and deals. It seemed like there was a good deal. I grabbed my wife from Forever 21, walked back in 8:39 (They close @ 9:00) and the lady literally looked at us and in the rudest way told us that she is gone at 9 o’clock so we better figure out what ever we are doing. Then complained about other customers who made her stay later. They have a close time. Understood, we were not at that point and it did not need to be stated. We walked out and the lady was to preoccupied to even realize it. I will be following up with corporate. I am a disabled veteran and rarely get out. This person should bot be there is they do not want to show some professional level of customer service. Unacceptable.

Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased two pairs of Oakley sunglasses that were on sale for 30% offProblem was you don’t get the cases!Why?I think maybe the cost of the case is the amount of money that’s taken off for the “sale price”I want my case

In a hurry, I ran in to see if there were any special offers on a pair of polarized sunglasses - I am super picky (who isnt?) and Taramae was not only super patient with me but incredibly helpful! Im so glad I found her AND this store - I absolutely love my new Costas. Thanks for the excellent service! :)

Justin had served us the last two times and had sold us 4 pair of glasses. His knowledge of the products, designers, and best fitting glasses for someone face is impecable. Unbelievable customer service and the only person we’ll always buy glasses from.

I bought a $300 pair of Versace glasses and hadley wear them. I noticed that the color and wording was wearing off faster than my $20 pair of sketches glasses. I took them back and was told that they could omly offer me 50% off a new pair. So becareful because they do not stand behind thier product and do not care about their customers after you purchase glasses from them.
