I walked in the store and saw my item on a shelf behind the cash register. I went to the clerk or owner at the register and he saw me standing there. He got on the phone and walked away. I tried to get his attention by saying Excuse me, but he ignored me. I saw a woman working on the shelves and I asked for her help. She was professional and polite and rang up my item. That was my experience about an hour ago.

The female associate was not helpful in the slightest on my April 15, 2021 visit. She could clearly tell I was struggling to find a particular supplement while checking the same aisles more than once. It wouldnt have been hard to deduce that assistance was needed. Instead, and from what I can recall, she stood behind the counter while keeping her head buried in her phone. I highly suggest traveling a bit further up the road to their Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. location. Much friendlier atmosphere.

So I just went to the vitamin shoppe for oregano oil and Elaine that works there help me out very well and directed me to a silver oil with spray for him shes very helpful and I appreciate thank you great place

Really bad customer service. Dont go here, infact order Amazon, they are cheaper and deliver so you dont have to waste time or gas. Placed order online for this store cause my usual store didnt have quantity. Got email showing order confirmed for all items. Charge for full amount on my card. Two days later go to store dude doesnt ID me just ask last name and hands me bag with half the stuff. Explain stuff missing and said oh it was cancelled. Told him i want to cancel all and get full refund. Show him the charge on account only showing full order amount. He gets manager Elaine that yells at me when I explain and tell me to stop saying your business and denies any responsibility but claims its all online fault and i was charged half. I dont care who did what and dont yell at customers who are charged for something they didnt get and can prove it. Infact nobody could show or provide any evidence of cancellation for full order.

This is a very clean store well stocked well organized the products are not all bunched together you can actually see things without having to move things around some places that sell herbs vitamins and supplements have a funky smell to them this has no such smell the ladies that were working there were very kind and helpful so much so that I ended up having to tell the one lady that I was not in need of assistance I knew exactly what I came in there for now Im just looking to see what else you have after I made this clear they finally went on about their business and left me alone I could tell that they were very bored and just wanting to be helpful which is appreciated Im just a d$#k sometimes and would prefer to do my shopping without dealing with people

The Karen that works there is extremely rude and tried to rush me out before I could even take a look at the supplements. Awful customer service!
