Walked in yesterday with my mother to get a free hearing test done since we heard it from a friend. The whole experience was pleasant and informative. The tests that were done were quick and detailed. We got the results and got a thorough explanation of what the tests measured and what they meant. Glad to see that my mothers hearing is not an issue and that she has healthy ears. We even got the information to an ENT, if anything serious may occur. Much appreciated and would recommend this to anyone even curious about the state and health of their ears, hearing, etc.

Dikpal is extremely professional, helpful, informative & easy to address. Great communicator and so helpful with Senior Citizens. He was extremely patient & helpful with my parents (fathers) hearing aids going above and beyond to return his hearing aids back to Lucid for repair, following up us on the process, and getting the new hearing aids back to him in a timely manner.
