My experience was AWESOME from entry to exit! I felt very comfortable asking questions and getting such thorough understanding of tinnitus. Audiologist Kate carefully worked with me and shared research that made me really appreciate her expertise and professionalism. Being able to actually see the inside of my ears as she examined and explained was impressive.

On a vacation trip with my family in the Jupiter/Palm Beach area, and unfortunately one of my hearing aids got broken. I called my provider back in SC to see if they could express mail a replacement, and better news than I expected, they were able to connect me with My Hearing Center - an affiliate supplier of theirs. They were able to make a same day appointment with Bob Ranere, and within literally a couple of hours he replaced the broken parts, and I was on my way! Well Done!

Actually, I got lost on my way to another hearing companys location & thought I was in the right place when I entered My Hearing Center West Palm Beach. I introduced myself & said I was here for my 11A.M. appt.Lorna & Robert sprang into action & called the other company & the line was busy then tried again & there was no answer...so we all looked at each other & said: Maybe, I was meant to be here?!Well, that turned out to be true!Up to this point I was so confused about which product was best, all the TV commercials & the various solutions available & varying price points.Robert Ranere was the right guy...he knows his stuff, was patient & just told it like it is. I could probably write a book about the confusing nature & options related to hearing loss.Bottom line: Im a happy camper!The right hearing instrument at a fair price.Wherever you are in your hearing loss journey... Great experience! Everyone is so nice at this office, Robert is really funny, makes you feel comfortable and explains everything clearly during the hearing test. I came like a month ago and found out my left ear was congested with hard ear wax; I wouldn’t of known that my ear was congested if I had not come in; had to reschedule for the hearing test to clean out my ear; hearing test went well, I have perfect hearing! I recommend this place, lots of smiling faces. :-)

I went to see Robert because a friend recommended him to me. I thought that I’d use him only as a starting point or a learning place. Then I would purchase them near my home (40 min away) as to be closer for possible frequent visits. However, I was so incredibly impressed with Robert that I will not purchase hearing aids from anyone else. I’ll drive the 40 min. to have them serviced-it’s more than worth it!!! Robert tested my hearing and explained to me that, yes I have some hearing loss but at this time it’s NOT aid-able. Imagine that. A salesman told me not to purchase his product and to come back in 1 Year to he checked again!! He is so personable, knowledgeable, and professional that I’m grateful to have met him, and will certainly return next year for a recheck and a purchase if needed.
