Called for a part, the gentleman who helped on the phone was prompt and courteous. Picked up the part and the whole staff was great!! Superior customer service & great conversation with the employees!!

I contacted Pantropic to do some work on my 3126 engines.They sent a tech to determine what we needed to do and agreed a plan...then nothing...not even a phone call back. I called them and was eventually told, we dont want to do the work, and you probably dont want to pay our services rates anyway.The service manager refused to even take a phone call.

Dave, Brian and the entire team over at Pantropic in West Palm are amazing to work with. I cannot thank them enough for all the work, endless hours and time they spent on our new generator. They drove over to our coast and worked through the night to make things happen. Being a commercial yacht every time we are down its money lost. Dave is so talented and you can tell he loves his job. The time he spent and hours he spent went way beyond the call of duty. That is someone who truly cares and its more than just a job. We appreciate all of you! Thank you!

I called 5 times to get a price for a new motor. I even drove there to get help. I was told they would call me back. I called 3 more times and was told I would have a call back at the end of the day. Unprofessional !

I bought brand new Catepillar Marine C7.1 engines from Pantropic power. I spent 3 months in the yard only to find that the motors cannot rev past 2500 RPMs. Pantropic said the fuel rail is the problem and they ordered a part from Germany. 3 weeks later the part arrived and I have been told each day that they are coming to install with no one calling or showing up. Nothing but broken promises with this company! RUN AWAY FROM PANTROPIC POWER! RUN AWAY FROM C7.1 MOTORS!
