I rented a unit today from Georgia at Compass Self Storage Okeechobee Blvd. I can honestly say that his customer service was unbelievably 100% !! Alex Barros the GM, made me feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated from the moment I walked in the door . I highly recommend using them. Its rare now a days for people to care about their customers . So, when it does happen it does not go unnoticed. The place is also cleaner than any storage facility I have seen and the price is good. Highly recommended. A+

I got a storage unit and had it for several months and so far it’s been a great experience. I feel that my unit is secure and easy to access in and out. The price was the best when I shopped around in the area as well.

Alex and Amanda were amazing. Every storage place I went to was a hassle but they made my experience so easy. Amanda was so sweet and her and Alex just made life easier. Do yourself a favor a go straight there.

Found Alex (Compass, Okeechobee Blvd), location to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable. The location is new, well lit and extremely clean. Lastly, priced right best rates in the area, would highly recommend Compass as your storage facility. Tony

Just walked/ran out of this poorly run storage office yesterday....Not only was I surprised to see the general manager Alex Barros just sitting there without a mask on but when I politely greeted him and said I see you have several large units for rent on your website....he said no ... thats not true....I said who does your website …he said corporate in Ohio and then asked me whats with my attitude...and then I asked....what about the two free months for a business rental posted on your website...his response was thats not true either...I said ok...do you have a large unit available or not...he said yes but I cant help you....! He then asked me If I wanted to know why...! By then Im thinking these people pay for google reviews...I said no I do not need an explanation and asked again if hes going to show me the unit I asked for and was prepared to rent .... he again cited I have an attitude and that he cant go any further in helping me unless I acknowledge to him there is no business discounts....as advertised.Im in sales and have never spoke like that to a client in 30 years....I would loose my business for sure!!!!! So I just left after that...I said dont do me any favors ... its your job to help me....At the end of it all.....this place is not set up for easy move in/move out or regular visits/use of a storage unit...with only one normal size front door and one normal size access door after you walk through the office where it says one person admittance at a time with a mandatory face mask ... (why doesnt the Boss Alex have a mask)....no loading /unloading work area...no carts where present...have to go up and over a sidewalk to get in only! Even the drive way is all ripped up...horrible place/horrible manager.Shame on me I drove there and did not call first....dont waste your time also !!!!

Excellent choice.Clean. Small units located up front. Climate controlled. Easy process. Easy access for after hours.Alex very helpful — and efficient.

Looking for a short term storage and after trying a couple of others including P.S. (they just gave me a run-a-round...too close to closing I guess and didnt want to wait on me...) found the guys at Compass. Pretty cool guys! they were friendly, straight forward, didnt try to hide any charges and beat P.S. on price and courtesy. Ron and Ed were very helpful, got me in and out and I was loading up my storage unit within a few minutes. A good place and nice guys!

Alex Barros was extremely helpful when choosing a unit to rent. However I noticed a small gap in the seam of the wall that you could see sun light. I plugged it up with bubble wrap. Other than that, I would recommend Compass Self Storage as everyone is very courteous.
