Came in to rent a storage unit. I was greeted by Amanda. She was very pleasant and helpful. She took me to the unit and explained in detail about the unit, hours of operation and the do’s and don’t. In my 47 years on this planet I have never been treated with such callousness, disrespect, and rudeness. I have repeatedly requested the contact information for the area manager so that I may speak with them directly and was simply flat refused to be given the information. I have an extremely urgent matter that I need to discuss with the area manager and I am writing this review in hopes that it will find the proper channel.

I had an excellent experience with Life Storage in West Palm Beach and I would highly recommend the facilities there. When I moved in back at the end of August, both managers, - Eduardo and Charles, were extremely helpful, competent and personable. The facility is clean and cool and is very accessible. Unfortunately, I had to move to another part of the state and I can now tell you that the VALUE for the space at Life Storage is also superior to any of the storage companies where I am now living. (Unfortunately Life Storage does not operate in my area.) Thank you Eduardo and Charles!

My employer has lots of money spent on multiple units over the course of 20 years only to find that the management (or corporate?) still hasn’t updated the storage carts. There are currently only three to be found, one in ok condition, one metal one that’s way too loud, rusted, and missing a wheel, and a wooden one that’s missing the handle. These should have been tossed and replaced with at least 6 of them to accommodate the amount of customers. Also the icing on the cake is the constant elevator problems. (I have been stuck on one of their elevators) I certainly don’t like to complain but these things need to be addressed before someone gets hurt.

This company recently put up my storage costs - i have only been there a few months - never had an issue with them - also the inside very dirty - the truth is i cant be bothered moving my stuff over the $30 additional each month - but for people looking to use them - you can get better value and cheaper else where - the staff are great, its about pricing from a corporate level -

Uncles Bobs Self Storage is a clean, safe, with very secure building and premises. I would recommend anyone that needs to store items permanently or temporarily tous them. They give you a reminder call if you havent paid the monthly rent before the late fees get too excessive. I think thats great! If I had any negative it would probably be I wish the hours to access the unit were a little longer; but, otherwise Im good.

Originally was in the market for a 5x5 storage unit. Explained to the sales employee that I wanted the buy one month get one month free promotion.Long story short I am out 184 dollars and will most likely only get fifty bucks back. Was lied to twice when dealing with two different agents. Very unprofessional and will take my losses at about 130 dollars. Didnt have my property in their facility for more than 24 hours.Dont believe what Tiffany or their other staff tell you because chances are theres a catch to what theyre saying.

Quiet, clean, secure, temperature controlled. 6am-9pm access. Professional staff. Used to be Uncle Bobs, but the acquisition/transition was seamless.
