I think that HOMESAFE TRANSIT is the best company ever!. They did an amazing job with my stuff and they moved everything quickly. My father was also happy with the service. The price was good!

Eddie, Mike and the company as a whole are the very best! They are professional with setting up the service plan and on moving day everything went perfectly. Eddie and Mike only had to move our furniture a very short distance and they handled it all as though they were going cross country. They make moving worry-free.

This is not a good company to use ever. If they dont come out to do a visual they will take your deposit and attempt to charge you more. In making my move I explained to them what I had in my storage unit and that o have not been there in almost 2 year but I did give them the major item that needed to move. I was given a good quote, professional sales person Brock Knight but the day of my move is when the true unprofessional staff stepped in talking over you being rude telling you things that think oppose to the facts. The space that was given to me was too small even for the items that I agreed upon and the driver said it was. I was scheduled for 9-11 am pick up and I explained to them that I will be flying in from the other state but they got there at 8 am not given me time to get in storage in order for the items I was taking so the move was never made. No manager to speak with and they took my deposit and the contract was never honored.

They helped us to put the beds together and the boxes were placed in the area assigned. There were no breaks of any furniture or items. We had lots of ceramics and glass vases. thankss

Talking to these people to get a simple QUOTE was more stressful than actually moving. I wish I could give them 0 stars just for their customer service alone. I reached out to get a simple quote for a cross country move and spoke with Mitch. Not only is Mitch a long-winded slick talker, but hell try to force you to make a deposit right away on something you havent even had a chance to read over. I told him several times that Im not ready to make a commitment, but he wouldnt back off. This is the very first quote I received for my upcoming move so Im not going to dive head first before weighing all my options. He constantly cut me off and kept insinuating that my hesitation was a money issue which was extremely insulting and made him and the company look like money hungry sharks. Ive never been so stressed on a phone call. Initially, this seemed like a trustworthy company and I was impressed with the quote and all they offered, but the customer service (or lack thereof) I received will be the reason why I will NOT move forward with this company and I suggest you dont either. Save yourself the headache.

You need to be careful with this company. Once they have your money they become extremely rude. One of the guys I spoke to was so rude, the price they quote is never the same when they start the work. They’re not really a moving company they’re brokers to move make sure to work with an actual removal firm. DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. You’ll be wasting so much money if you do. Cynthia Morgan is lovely on the phone before payment of deposit then after that they place Eric who is extremely rude and sounds hostile on the phone that’s when all the Cost gets jacked up to double

They were super fast and efficient! I was so impressed by the speed and how careful they were handling my large items. They were super nice too! I used this company for a move a few months ago and was impressed then too! I only had to tell them once which items we were moving out of my storage unit into my apartment and they had it loaded up in less than 15 minutes! They were large, heavy items too! I will definitely be using them again!

These guys were able to help us out when we were in jam! We hadn’t closed on our new home yet so were relegated to moving our things in the garage!Not only did they make this happen for us, but they also conducted the move in the most efficient manner possible! They even separated our boxes for each individual room in the garage so that we could easily unpack and maneuver through the clutter. Dominic and Jordan were our movers and I’d recommend them anytime! I’d easily pay a premium price for this premium service!

I cannot say enough good things about Homesafe Transit and Paul Neiman in particular. We had just gotten taken advantage of horribly by another moving broker, so we were very reluctant to even consider using an outside company to move us from Nevada to Florida. It seemed almost too logical to just make the move ourselves in a rental truck. You know the old saying If you want something done right. Paul was our guy and he was pretty darn incredible through the whole process. Was I nervous about it? You bet I was. Especially after just being burned the same week by another company. Paul was reassuring and sincere and I took a leap of faith and went with him and Homesafe Transit. I do not regret it whatsoever. Paul and the owner of Homesafe, knowing our unfortunate and very costly situation with the other moving broker, reached out to some of their inside contacts to get our move done on the fast track. In spite of the moving crew team heading straight towards hurricane Ida, and having to alter their route, then the team lead getting covid, the move still went pretty smooth. Im a critical guy, having spent many years working in Fortune 500 corporate America. Do me wrong and I will shout it out at the top of my voice on every possible social media outlet I can. Do me right and I might take the time to give you a good review. These guys though, Homesafe Transit and Paul, they earned this one. Great job guys! I move frequently for my employment and these folks brought me the worst experience I’ve ever had. They sell you on a premium experience and then as soon as the carrier shows up act like they don’t even know you. Like leaving you at the alter on your wedding day. Great sales pitch! Got my trust, and then dashed me to pieces. Don’t believe them, don’t trust them.They changed the method of payment within a few days of my move (painful to move money around).They couldn’t give me a straight answer when the carrier would arrive.Increased my price the day before the move, so I could either go with someone else and forfeit my deposit and delay my move or pay the increased cost. That’s called extortion.They’re the worst kind of company, wait until they have you where it will hurt you and twist your arm for more money and less service.Find a direct company with their own trucks. Not one of these companies that outsource 3rd party.I hope this review helps someone else have a better experience for their move than what I’ve had with Homesafe.

Deposited money, and they never came to move my stuff! They ignored our calls and when we called using a different number they answered but very rudely. The reviews are fake or from their friends or family. ALSO had to cancel our flights and were stuck now dealing with this bs!

I moved at a super crazy time and these guys emptied my 3 bedroom house in an hour and 45 minutes, disassembling beds, an elliptical, and wrapping up a few breakables I missed, it was just amazing to watch. DO NOT HIRE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY- ADDITIONAL FEES (>30% HIGHER THAN ESTIMATE): Homesafe Transit will give you a much lower quote than any other mover, but then charge $200-700 upon pick up and another $200-$700 upon drop off in additional unforeseen fees.- NO TRACKING OF YOUR STUFF: Homesafe Transit does not keep tabs on where your belongings physically are during the move. They have a policy to check where your things are at least every 72 hours, but they DO NOT follow this. Homesafe Transit is not in contact with the 3rd party moving company that is actually moving your things. As a result you will have no idea where your stuff is/how long it will take to reach you.- WILL BE *VERY LATE* TO ARRIVE: Their timing estimates are made up - and will change throughout the weeks they have your stuff. 7 days will become 14 days, which will become 14 *business days*, which will become 21 business days by law. Expect 21 business days from the start.- CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS, DISRESPECTFUL: Calling is useless. 75% of the time they simply wont answer. The other 25% of the time, a boy named Jonathan (who constantly sounds like he is crying for some reason) will hang up on you. His bosses, Cassandra and Eric, are no more helpful. They know nothing, you will get zero answers. They will blame the 3rd party movers and insult you.- The reason you dont see MORE BAD REVIEWS is that theyll offer $100 at the end of the process if sign a non-disclosure agreement. This is after charging you $400-1400 ABOVE your initial estimate throughout the move. I was originally offered a $500 refund, which was rescinded days later in favor of the $100 non-disclosure agreement (another case of Customer Service not knowing/making up policies on the spot)

Homesafe Transit came on Apr 6, 2021 to do the first half of the whole move. The crew was Dominic, Eddy, and Mike. They showed up on time. Went right to work and worked hard and fast. They took good care of all of our belongings. Just an overall great job. Very well satisfied.The second half was on Apr 8, 2021, in the pouring rain. But these guys were professional and worked non-stop the full day. Despite the cold rain all day, there were no complaints and they did everything they could to protect our belongings and took the best care of them. They did a great job and we would use them again.

The folks at homesafe transit are, without a doubt, THE BEST movers Ive ever worked with. They showed up on time, took great care of my belongings and made sure all was well before they left.They even did my [local] move in two stages (part one day, the rest another day) to best accommodate my circumstances, AND they charged me HALF what another local mover had quoted! And believe me, I contacted A LOT of moving companies, and this companys prices were reasonable. Loved them - from the office staff to the guys on the truck - they were awesome!!
