Super nice people, squeezed us in to replace our air conditioner, called me back when they werent even open. I called about 10 RV repair shops starting in Montana worked our way west and no one would even take 5 minutes to even look at it until now. So grateful, because we have a handicap child in 100-104° temps and coming from Minnesota was not good. So thank you again for going out of your way to help us!

The only place in the tricities I trust to work on my trailer. Top quality work, reasonably priced! Most of the time they have my trailer repaired the same day or the day after I drop it off. Other local RV shops make you wait weeks to get your trailer back. Friendly and honest staff. Don’t take your RV / travel trailer to anyone else.

Jerry installed a 2 trailer hitch on my Mazda CX5; I just needed to purchase the receiver and ball so I could pull my 4X8 flatbed trailer. The hitch was installed in a timely and professional manner plus the atmosphere of the shop was very welcoming. I would highly recommend Affordable Auto and RV repair.

These folks are the top of the heap and kind. Gonna be honest!! I mean above and beyond grateful for them. I’m an older lady, got mad at my husband of 36 years and ran away from home, took my camper and truck and left. Had no idea how to pull my trailer and caused some damage to my hitch. NOBODY in town could either help, had time, or even bothered to call back. Jerry and his staff was not only willing to take a look, but managed to fix the mess I made out of our hitch. Price was MORE THAN FAIR!! They could have taken advantage of a desperate stressed out lady, but they helped and helped until they fixed it perfectly!! Thank you so much!!

I have had work done to my motorhome a few years by this place their prices are way better than any of the big rv stores. It already can be expensive to have any work done to an RV I highly recommend this place for its price and quality work. I will be taking my motorhome back for any repairs in the future.

We had a repair completed on our travel trailer at this repair business. I enjoyed meeting the owner and discussing our issue we we’re having. The repair was completed in a timely and professional manner. They are a straightforward outfit that I look forward to patronizing in the future.

Took our RV here for an oil change during a cross country RV trip. We found them to be efficient and courteous. They serviced the RV promptly, even before our scheduled time, so that we could maintain our trip schedule. We highly recommend this business.

We were on our way to Seattle when we noticed our rv slide covering torn. We found Affordable Auto and RV Repair online and gave them a call. Jerry answered and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even had me text him a picture of our slide covering. Turns out that our cover would have to be ordered in for the next day, but since we were just passing through Jerry offered to get us travel ready. We would highly recommend them. Jerry and Carey are great RV repair techs. They are dependable and their work is great. If you have questions about RV repairs and/or maintenance, call Affordable. They got my RV in quickly and made the diagnosis. Why go to a big RV dealer for repairs when you can take it to these guys.

Good shop but very high priced

This repair shop is everything they claim to be and more. I took my 86 Thunderbird in to get a turn signal switch fixed. A simple enough fix, I thought. Jerry ended up fixing more than the switch, and he was very fair with the pricing. I very highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great mechanic. I am definitely taking my repairs to Affordable Auto!!

I thought I had some issues with these guys but out of fairness I did not call them back with my concerns and Jerry has since assured me they would have taken care of the problems i had had I given them the chance. I think we were on different pages in the repair book. sorry guys ill give you another try if i need service again.

Zero Stars - I took my motorhome to have the electrical problems repaired. He had it for three weeks before I went to check on the progress. When I showed up he said he could find anything wrong. As I went to show him the problems he didnt even know I had all the breakers turned off which means he never looked at it. You cant find anything wrong when you dont even look. I cancelled my business with him since my trust went right out the window. Maybe when he does the job, its great, but I will never know.

We had our RV towed from Oregon to Richland, and luckily chose Affordable RV Repair. Jerry is honest and skilled, and he definitely saved us money on the repairs. We are extremely happy with his work.

I’ve had various RV’s for 30+ years. No matter how handy you are, owning an RV means that at times they HAVE to go in to get fixed. I’ve been to every dealer in the Tri-Cities for maintenance at one point or another. The only reason I’ve been to them all is because I wasn’t happy with the wait time, mis-representations of the truth or the quality of the service they did. I was looking for a small shop that was honest, timely and just did good work. On my last maintenance adventure, I drug my 5th wheel from Camping World’s back lot due to being WAY past due on the quoted fix time, WAY over the original estimate without a change in what they were fixing and lying to me about having almost completing the work when in reality they hadn’t started it.Affordable RV accepted my 5 wheel directly from Camping World’s lot and fixed it in a day. The price was hundreds of dollars less than the inflated Camping World estimate and they were honest and up front. I’m in public service and I know that you can’t please everyone. Not everyone wants to happy. Some people choose to be miserable.I did not have an experience anything like the ONE bad review left on this site. Affordable RV wasn’t as described by the One Star Comment. They were just a couple certified maintenance guys from the big local RV dealers, investing in a new local business, wanting to treat people better than they experienced where they worked before. I recommend Affordable RV.
