Never have had a bad waxing but the wait is horrible, everytime I come here. Today, Im waiting outside because she told me 5 minutes & no one is in the store. A 2nd employee should be hired.

I enjoy the the personal attention instead of the crowed counters at the Big stores where you are surrounded by a flow of shoppers. I like to see that the owner & staff have the knowledge & background to choose the right colors & products for me. They even know my name! Thank you for your service.
