Overnight parking available. Only about 10 spaces but it seems like they are not over scheduled so plenty of parking. You do have to walk up to receiving office and open the big yellow box outside. There are papers on the left to fill out and paper clip your paperwork to. Place your paperwork on the right hand side in the big yellow box. Receiving will call you with a dock and instructions. You do need a physical check to pay lumper fees. You do get a phone call when unloaded and paperwork is ready. So you don’t have to watch a green light. Backing into docks is not too bad. I watched everyone set up for straight line backs into spots. Slow unloading but it is a food warehouse.

Not bad. Unloading was pretty fast with no issues. Make sure you have physical EFS or other check bcz they don’t accept cards or cash and require check.

The title “C&S” scares me every time, but this one is different. I arrived 6 pm the evening before my appointment, for a 6 am appointment. It was a ghost town, i parked in the designated parking area and caught up on sleep. Trucks trickled in over night. 545 am rolled around and just as my alarm went off, a lady knocked on my door and handed me paperwork to fill out and hand in to the yellow box at the receiving door. About an hour from that point i was on my way down the road. Only delivered one pallet so wait times could vary.

I could give a zero i would because this c-s tops in West Seneca buffalo New York has to be the worst warehouse ill ever been to been here over 3hrs still waiting for them to unload my trailer but they take your lumper fee first and have you sitting in a door they really need to get theyre act together makes no sense

Closed on weekends. There is overnight parking. Check in starts at 0600 but dont bother, since receiving guy comes to your truck and tells u what to do. Unloading was pretty fast. Took them abt one hour for 18 pallets. Can park on the staging area till next load as well, So long as u keep it clean.

The guard shack at the entrance is unmanned. Just drive on in. Plenty of overnight parking.

People are nice enough. Somewhat slow to unload. Stupid space setup for backing what else is new.

Did good unloading. The young lady at the window was good well giving out the information on what to do.

Checked in T 5:45 for a 6:00 am appointment, got a door, paid limper fee and unloaded and out the door NY 7:00

Some docks pretty challenging to get to

Been coming this warehouse almost every week for the last 5 years for my company cause I live an hour away and go home on the weekends. Never once have I waited longer than a couple hours at this place. The best c&s Ive ever delivered to in 10 years. Give yall a tip having a bad time. Show up an hour early, make sure you have a vest, and be pleasant with the check in lady. Face to face or on the phone like they are doing bc of covid. Dont have an attitude talking to her and you will be in and out

Well to start if you show up & dont have a safety vest they make you buy one for $5.00. I showed up @ 9:40 for a 10:00 appointment got right in a door which I thought was good. I only had 8 pallets for them. About 11:30 dock plate went in trailer but dont get too excited, not unloading yet. Finally around 12:15 they started unloading got my paperwork about 1:15. Seems to me this place could be a lot quicker about unloading. They certainly were quick to tell me how much the vest and lumper cost! Very nice @ the window though.

There is plenty of over nite parking here. There is 10 marked spots and probably another eight around the perimeter on the entrance. They are strict on a safety vest and they sell them for five dollars each if you don’t have one. Note to self. Bobtail to a self serve truck wash nearby.

Well... receiving closes at 2pm, thats the time you will have your bills in hand, no matter of your appointment or check in time

I was 5 hrs late, had issues with my efs check going through but the lady was very patient and helped me. Unloading literally was nomore than 45 minutes. Great place to me.

Warning truck driversI don’t understand no mask no Vest no businessBut none of them wearing one ☝️They forcing the driver to wear a mask 😷 and safety vest 🦺Only to go and get your paperwork in the office but they are the one work in a warehouse don’t worry one :(Plus they smoking like 5-10 people all the time together how it’s possible to do that :(It’s like treating the drivers like animals and uneducated humans :(

Somehow they’ve managed to delete reviews, I’t my 2nd time here, I showed up 1 hr before 8:00 am apt, got doors 10:00, paid $210 lumper and left 13:00, both times it takes 4-5 hrs to unload 😭😭😭

Never had a long unload time here. I can never and will never give any grocery / frozen warehouse 5 stars because they all suck in their own special way.

I got 10:15 for 10:30 appointment but what I saw in this company is very different from the other American company is their employees are in and out continually walks to parking to smoke sigaret every 15-20 minutes while we are in the dock waiting to be unloaded running our reefer and abusing our equipment and wasting drivers time.next time if I go there I will record video.
