Excellent customer service

The worst!! I was on the market for a new Telluride and went to the dealership and ordered a new one. I put a five hundred dollar deposit down to hold the deal until the car came in. Well that was in October. So November, December go by and no car. So I find a Palisade from a sister store and purchase that in the first week of January. I call down and ask for my deposit back and I am still to this day February 20th waiting for my money. They have come up with multiple excuses why they cant mail me a check. I am so glad that I didnt spend forty thousand dollars with them because if they cant return a deposit how could they ever take care of me and any issue I might have with a new car. Who knows I could have paid for a new car and never got it. Just saying that I feel like I was taken advantage of. In the end I still have not received my deposit back. On another note I had a deposit on a Palisade from Country Hyundai in Northampton and when I purchased my car from another dealer I called them to get my deposit back and they said they would get the check out to me. So I was in the area a week later and stopped in and asked if I could get the check at that point. The manager went out back and in ten minutes came out with a check. He thanked me for giving the dealership a shot to earn my business and said next time your in the market for a new car please come see us. Now to me that is the type of business I want to work with. They didnt sell me a car but they definitely earned my business in the future. Balise Kia West Springfield not so much.
