Me and my family have been going to see Pete at century auto for as long as I can remember. Always very nice and helpful and always fair prices.

I broke down on the Pike over 12 years ago and was fortunate I was towed here. Pete replaced an alternator for me and I was on my way back to Albany NY. Over the years his shop has done various repairs as i travel in New England frequently. The service here is top notch as well as his staff, never a bad experience here and honesty every time. I wish I could find a shop like this in my area. Keep up the good work.

Every time i go here pete makes sure to tell me everything hes going to do before he does it. I went in for an exhaust repair and he did fixed it on the spot and while only running a crew of a couple people that day. He is honest and runs a great crew. I will always come here for repairs.

Pete and his wife are great! I came in on short notice to replace my old set of tires with a set I had recently purchased online. Not only was the pricing for that job fair, but he ended up doing a bunch of other aesthetic touch ups to the car for no additional charge! Very hard to find people like them nowadays, who still prioritize customer satisfaction. They also have a cute, well-mannered dog that welcomes you when you enter. Will certainly be back for future repairs.

I had a problem with my car. The drip pan cover on my Honda Fit was dragging. I came in on Friday the 20th in the early afternoon. I was greeted by Pete. He told me he would look at the problem. My son had his car towed in after breaking down 2 hours from home. Pete and his crew took care of him like he was one of the family. Awesome straight forward service and very reasonable pricing. Always have fixed my family vehicles right the first time even my European vehicles and Pete is awesome at communicating what the car needs and what they need to do to fix the vehicle. I am a mechanic myself and will always take my vehicles her when I dont have the time to do work myself or if the work is too extensive to do at home. Peter was the best. Im from ConnecticutAnd my car broke down on the highway. I was towed to his establishment and it turned out to be a heater hose. What impressed me was he got to my car quickly and fixed the hose very reasonably. This guy is honest and I wish I could have him fix my cars. Highly recommended.

We have been using Pete at Century Auto for almost 5 years now, he has never let us down. Always advises us on what we need now and what we should plan on for the future. He has never quoted me a price he hasnt stuck to. Hes always pretty busy but takes car of me quickly and gets it done when he said he would. Who would guess that a breakdown on the Mass Pike and sitting all day in a garage while major repairs were made would turn out to be a good experience? Well, it was. Pete recognized my special need – alone, far from both home and destination - and he rescheduled his men to do my job expertly and quickly as possible. As I sat all day, I could see that I wasn’t the only special customer. Everyone was treated well and efficiently. Even Sheila’s waiting room decor was interesting and comfortable. The mechanics there work they know what they are doing I wasnt lied too they are very very trustworthy they fixed my car checked everything and I never had a problem after that. We broke down on the Mass turnpike and were towed to Century Auto Service. Pete and his team were efficient, honest, and got the work done quickly (and did a great and thorough job). I just wish they were located close to where we live so that they could be our regular mechanic! Pete went above and beyond to help us with our trailer (a U-Haul trailer), which was hitched improperly and causing more stress on the car. He even lent us his own hitch so that the trailer could be hitched higher - and just told us to mail it back to him. He really went out of his way to help us out, far more than he had to, and we just cant thank him enough.

My husband and I where working the Big E fair in Springfield Mass and where about to head to South Carolina pulling a fifth wheel trailer when 4 miles out, we experienced shaking of our truck. We were towed to Century Auto. Within a day our truck was diagnosed and the whole front break system was replaced. They even drove us and our two dogs to a nearby hotel. They allowed us to park our trailer next to their shop. Morning of departure we realized the 5th wheel had a flat and again Century Auto went above and beyond by driving to fetch tires that would fit and even fixed our spare. The staff and the owner of Century Auto was friendly and welcoming to us and our pets! The cost of repairs and all they did for us was very affordable and we would absolutely recommend them to everyone! Deserving a 5 star!!!
