The team at Northeast Security Solutions has been my home alarm system monitor for years. When I contacted them with an issue with my alarm panel, they sent out a technician to help address the issue. The technician resolved the issue quickly. However, given the age of my system, they helped me upgrade my system that uses cellular technology. The upgrade was done quickly and the technician trained me on the use of the new system. The project manager was a pleasure to work with. Well done Northeast Security!

Northeast Security Solutions is the best! When we needed help with replacing the locks on a building we started leasing, they were not only very responsive, but they came out the same day and did a security consultation for us on the whole space! We found out through David there were a bunch of items we needed to bring up to code and he took care for them for us right then and there! They are the best!

Wonderful Attention to Detail and Great Communication

Had some problems with a security system on a house we just bought, the seller left no information (as he had promised) about the system. Ryan from Northeast Security Solutions came out to help the very next day after we called, for a system they hadnt even installed! The service was great and Ryan gave us some good advice on what to do to get the system working.
