Wasnt impressed with a $30 quoted tire rotation (overpriced) or saying no mechanic did customer supplied parts in Springfield. The next mechanic I called accepted the work.

Needed a new battery fast as I needed to get to work this morning. I drove up and the guys tested the battery, confirmed it was bad, and then popped in a new one in less than 30 min! Battery and installation was $200. Outstanding customer service! Definitely Recommend and will return for future service.

We for a gas fill for $52.31.15 minutes later went on my online banking and there’s a separate charge for $85 at the same location. Call my bank and cancel the card right away and to credit that amount back to my account.Never going back there again. Maybe that’s how they get the money for the special holiday decorations.

I am definitely not going back. I took my car for oil change. When I got back in my car to pick it up, stuff out of the box between driver and passenger sit was littered on the floor, even a pair of sunglasses.I felt insulted and left wondering what else would cause such disregard. About an hour later, it just hit me that my tire lock may not be there. Sure enough, it was gone out of the box where all the stuff was thrown out of. I called them and asked for my tire lock. Fortunately, the found it few minutes later. Obviously, I had to drive back to pick it up; but, as I said earlier, am not looking for another round of abuse and/or neglect.

Wonderful prompt and polite service! If they had fixed my car any faster I’d assume Flash worked there. This being my first time there I will be going here from now on. Old fashioned customer service is rare these days.

Everything is over priced here and i dont think they like minorities. The place is well taken care of and i like their seasonal decorations.

Great place to go, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never a problem with them. They hire the local high school students for many of their employees too.

Worst shell experience ever. The guy in charge didnt want to serve me at first because of his temper, and then claimed that I dont know how to swipe a card, and then told me the system was down!! No customer respect. Will never come here again.
