I had been disappointed at my usual Stop & Shop because week after week they seemed to be out of stock on basic items. Decided to see if West Springfield would be better and I was pleased with my experience. Would recommend. 🙂

Most trips here are very pleasant. Decent selection. Today I noticed that they have fresh Chinese food. Pre-made and ready to cook.

Excellent veggies & fruit. The cherries were $ priced as good as they tasted!😋👍🏽

Today I was looking for trash compactor bags at the West Springfield S&S. The clerk at the service center did not know what I meant but another employee heard me and quickly assisted me. Deb Z brought me to the aisle and looked with me then checked the back. Deb Z went above and beyond the normal customer service we get today at stores! Thank you!

The sweet chicken that the store does not sell is roasted and sold as roasted chicken the next day, I have bought roasted chicken many times and in the last few weeks the roasted chicken has turned out sweet and the label clearly says roasted chicken. so the prepared food that this store sells is mixed with the old food.

The layout of this store is very strange - things are very rarely where youd think they would be. Nonetheless, they have a great selection of foods that are hard to find, from sugar free to gluten free and organic. They also have a huge meat selection and all of it is very affordable. Definitely would recommend.

Clean aisles and friendly cashiers.The restrooms need some TLC but overall was a good experience. They except competitor coupons but I have noticed that for the most part they have the most reasonably priced grocery. The employees working the deli are very polite and courteous:) Recommended!!

Everything was good, except a few wic items that were okayd by the app, did not come off st checkout and I did not realize this until I got to the car. Same item at Walmart came off so I know its S&Ss system and not a WIC issue.

The deli is cooperative washing their hands and changing their gloves after touching each item I really appreciate it at this time and this location is clean...

Everytime I go into this Store, it seems like it needs a good cleaning. The Staff is mostly friendly.

Great service For pickup groceries, can’t remember his name but he called me to let me know ahead of time about out of stock products and how he already looked for replacements if I was interested in those and if so I would only be charged the original price I ordered online if the new product was more. He was super helpful!

They had UNfrosted Pop Tarts AND Friendlys Chocolate Almond Chip IC - BOTH not found for weeks or more anywhere else. They stay always in the mix of places to shop due to union hiring, convenient hours, location, and selection.

Overall very fresh food and good service. I wish I could give more stars. However, be careful when purchasing some of the organic products in packaging. On two occasions, I mistakenly purchased items that are expired. Make sure to look at the date on the item, to save yourself a trip back to the store for a return and refund.

Great place to shop for grocerys. Large selection. Even during the Covid Pandamic, they keep the customer informed of items that were out of stock, made recommendations for purchase allotment, and provided guidelines for shoppers in regard to traffic flow & social distancing within their store. Hand wipes were readily available upon entering to wipe down your carriage & hands.

Im done shopping at Stop & Shop. Two weeks in a row the self check out scanner at the West Springfield store charged full price for what was marked as a sales item in the aisle. If youre there at 6:30 AM, the customer service desk is not open, so you have no one available to make the correction. If the store is open, I believe customer service should be too. I shouldnt have to come back later to fix their error. Better yet, FIX YOUR SCANNERS. Big Y, youve got a new customer.

Again S & S was clean and orderlyAll veggies appeared fresh and clean with no rust mold or bruises on any fruits and vegetables all tasted fresh once home and eaten. My family enjoys lamb chops and the sale price this week loin chops made for an affordable delicious meal that is normally for special occasions because of the usual price ADDED BONUS was managers special on the day I bought them which lowered the price even more. I keep my open for those mark downs and will buy the items we like and freeze if we are not ready to eat themI will share with you that when you were dealing with the labor issues then the strike I went to a competitor and its taken a while for me to return to shopping on a regular basis at your market but have started to shop again regularly at your storesKeep up the effort

They do a great job of tending to all ends of the food needs spectrum. plenty of junk food but also a large portion of healthier organic fresh foods that Im proud to eat. really nice staff and honestly not a depressing environment.

I am rating this 5 stars because an employee tapped me on the shoulder and advised that her checkout lane was open and I would be the next customer. She didnt have to do that, they normally just call out if relaying to everybody. She took the time to walk over a couple of lanes to let me know about the open Lane she worked out. good customer service like that always gets my attention.

Store was nice and clean. Even had a run in with the robot. Literally almost ran into it. Love Stop and Shop cause the have food products at a good price. Always found what I was looking for.

This one is tough but the workers just came back off of strike so my usual trip which I am able to find everything i am looking for was much different because there were hardly any fresh produce or fruit stocked. But I was happy the strike was over.

I love this stop and shop, its always clean, staff is very friendly and their early hours make it convenient for me to do my morning shopping before work... They open at 6am although the hours listed on the door state 7am to 10 pm... I am not sure why this hasnt been changed yet.. overall good experiences every time I come here...

Stop & Shop is a well known big competitor in the grocery store department. They have a variety of products ranging from foods to health care and more. The prices are fair and, although you can find some products cheaper at other named stores, their store rewards program gives massive discounts upwards of 30% off select items. The employees are friendly and you can almost always find someone to pull aside to assist you in a moments notice.

I chose to order my deli meat ahead and that worked out great! I knew what I needed and I was in and out. Staff friendly and helpful.

Always a great selection of products at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy folks are awesome too.
